It is my first time to this winery. It's very cozy and I tried a Few different wines on the reserve flight. The wines where excellent. The Cab was the best. The environment was cozy and the staff was very hospitable

A wonderful winery with excellent wines. I loved the aesthetic/ambiance. It was very warm, welcoming and picturesque. The service was phenomenal and they were very friendly and accommodating to our group of 4. We had a wonderful time visiting and will definitely be returning to this winery next time we are in Paso.

Still fantastic! I want to note they have several EV chargers in their lot. Much appreciated!

Beautiful winery with amazing staff! Our large group of 8 walked in without a reservation since we had some time to kill in between other reservations and they happily moved some tables around and took us on their outdoor patio :-). We had just enough time to share a bottle so our sommelier graciously gave us a few tastings to share. We decided on Anna's Red. However, their signature Cabernet Sauvignon was our favorite. IMO, if you're going to splurge, that would be the bottle!!

This was such a hidden gem! It's one of the smaller wineries, but that's exactly what made it special. The vibe was low-key, quiet, and beautiful -- perfect if you want to escape the crowds and just relax. Mary, our server, was absolutely amazing -- so sweet and attentive! We loved that our tasting menu was even personalized with our party's name, which made the experience feel extra thoughtful. Come here if you're looking for an intimate, personal, and comfortable wine tasting experience. The service and atmosphere were both top-notch!

We were here celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary! Lisa was our somalíes . She was amazing! As Amazon as the wines! Our palettes were treated to some excellent quality wine and then we had a very special experience! Thank you Lisa for making our visit and anniversary so special!

We drove on a Friday early morning from Southern California heading to Carmel for a wedding on Saturday and decided to stop here at Adelaida to do a quick Wine tasting and buy a bottle to take with us only to find out they don't take walkins, reservations only. It was not that busy at all and I feel they could have squeezed us in but they wouldn't and weren't very friendly about it. Views were nice though and thank goodness there are many other wineries close by. Drove across the street

Great visit here! Michael was great host and we learned a lot about the wines and the region! Michael also recommended other great spots for us to try.

So we hadn't planned to visit Adelaida, but we had some additional time for a wine tasting, which turned out to be the best case scenario. I do recommend reservations for every tasting, but we were lucky enough to get seated as walk-ins. The customer service was excellent. Kennedy knew her wine and made us so comfortable. The entire experience was conversational, and Kennedy made it seem like she was invested in our wine journey. We ended up walking away with 3 wine bottles, an increased comfortability with wine selecting, and some great photos courtesy of their Instagram worthy vines out front. Overall stellar experience - comfortable, educational, fun, and beautiful because, let's be honest here, the scenery is breathtaking.

Tasting room bar, however most tastings occur in other locations.

Classic Flight: $25/tasting for 5 pours (fee waived with two bottle purchase), and a Reserve Flight: $40/tasting (fee waived with two bottle purchase of signature wines). Second visit, but first time we were able to do a tasting. We made reservations and upon arrival were presented with a custom printed tasting menu just for us (see picture). There's a large bar in the main tasting room, however all of the tastings are done at private areas, both off the lobby and outside on the covered deck. I think we had the best seats, the "living room pit" right next to the stone fireplace. WINES: On our recent visit, Bob poured for us and was an exceptional host. Very knowledgeable about the property, the vineyards, and the wines. We took advantage of both (shared) the Classic and Reserve tastings, which consisted of one white wine ('18 Picoul Blanc), with the remainder being reds. Bob also gave us an additional pour, their '21 Chardonnay. To be honest, we weren't fans of the two whites, but we have friends that would love the crisp, acidic style. The reds were right up our alley (min. 15 months in French oak), and we ended up taking home four bottles of their Signature series wines (a '20 Mourvèdre, '19 Cab Franc, and '19 Cab Sauvignon). On our first visit, we were only able to try wines by the glass, due to it being a private club pick-up party day. However, we really enjoyed the Signature series '15 Syrah and '17 Cab Sauvignon so much, we took home bottles of each. Overall, the Adelaida staff provides wonderful service, the winery and property are gorgeous, and the wines are delicious. I strongly recommend you make reservations and enjoy a tasting the next time you're in Paso Robles. NOTE: They have two EV charging stations in the parking area, which will accommodate up to four vehicles.

My husband and I did a wine and food pairing for $75 per person. We were personally served by an employee of the vineyard for the entirety of the tasting, with him hanging around for the duration to answer any questions we had. They had one of the wine makers come in and answer questions, and they provided a personal tour of the area where they aged and bottled the wines. The grounds are beautiful, as was the wine tasting area. We loved every wine we tried - EVERY SINGLE ONE - and the paired food was delicious.

We visit Adelaida after so many fail attempts to come. This time was to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday We are so glad we came, right from the door the experience was amazing , from the spectacular views to the cozy sitting . The wines where really good and we are planning to come back !

We booked the "wine tasting and lunch", which was a 90 minute experience on their patio ($40). When we arrived, we were greeted with the first wine on the tasting list, which was the Grenache (pretty good, different than what I normally go for). The patio had a nice view of the rolling hills and we could see goats running across them in the distance. The tasting consisted of 4 wines, and we also got a bonus pour. Our host was friendly and knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed the wine selection, especially the "Messer" red. We also ordered lunch, and both my Harvest Salad and Parmesan Fries were very tasty. The grounds were nice, but not quite as breathtaking as some of the other vineyards I've seen in the area. Overall though, a good experience!

To be offered a "partial" tasting as a favor after nearly ten years of support was the final straw.
