We got their standard tasting which was 5 pours I believe. 1 white the rest were reds. They had a couple special members only bottles open but they weren't super busy on a Thursday afternoon so we got to try those too. All of the wines were delicious honestly! My favorite was the Silken. The tasting room is beautiful and pretty big. They have a ton more seating on the wrap around porch and downstairs on the patio. They also have a short but good menu for food items as well. We got their charcuterie plate, a bowl of their daily soup, and a small salad. Everything was fresh with good flavor and the bread was addicting! Even my wife that doesn't eat bread couldn't put it down. I do wish the soup came out a bit hotter but it was tasty with a nice kick to it. Would definitely come back to Parrish for a tasting next time I'm in town.

Bought a case of mixed wines and can't wait to go back!!

The staff and owners are wonderful friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire experience feel warm and engaging. LXV is especially known for pairing wine with custom spice and flavor experiences that complement the tasting. They traditional wine tasting and a wine-and-cheese pairing experience (which I highly recommend). The cheeses are coated with the different blends of LXV's own herbs and spices, adding a unique layer of flavor to each tasting. If you enjoy cooking or simply appreciate bold, and well balanced flavors, chances are you'll leave with a few spice blends to take home along with a bottle or two of wine. I highly recommend checking them out.

Our first stop when we arrived in Paso. We've been to so many wineries, this would be one of our top 10. The spice pairing is unique but pairs so well with the wine. Buy 3 bottles to waive the fee. Since it's more of boutique, the bottles are quite pricey, mostly ranging near the 100s. But it was our favorite the whole weekend we went there. And we bought 6 bottles. We loved the spell and got 3 bottles of that! It's a Syrah cab blend. Has the Paso flavor that we love. It's not a vineyard, just a tasting room but worth a visit. We met the wine maker too. Friendly and attentive service. Can't wait to pop open a bottle at home soon!

I stopped in to share a bottle of bright, festive Champagne with a friend and immediately understood why this place has such a loyal following. The staff has that rare ability to make you feel like a regular, even on your first visit. Genuine smiles, easy conversation, and hospitality that never feels rehearsed. The interior is a designer's dream--warm, layered, a little smoky, and filled with interesting textures that invite you to slow down and look around. Truth be told, I originally wandered in as a location scout for Alchemyic Artisan, but I happily stayed for the bubbles and the ambiance. And if the moon happens to be in the right mood, you may have the pleasure of meeting Melane'... an intuitive with an infectious spirit who occasionally appears to be quietly crocheting while waiting for the next spiritual download to arrive. If you're lucky enough to have her read your tarot cards, lean in. Whether you're a believer or simply curious, she's an absolute delight. Come for the Champagne. Stay for the conversation. Leave inspired. A must-stop for anyone who appreciates great wine, thoughtful design, and places with genuine soul.

Makes sense since we were in Paso and they're famous for their big bold reds. I did enjoy their cabernet sauvignon the most in the tasting, however the puors were less than an oz, which was just enough to get a sip in. I was disappointed in that especially as a potential buyer looking to get understand the wine a bit more than a two sipper. The views are beautiful, and depending on where you're seated, you can either enjoy the harbor scenery or spend some time people-watching. The artwork on the wine labels is stunning and adds a unique touch to the experience. I also appreciated the stories behind the wine names, the focus on small-batch production, and especially the charity bottle program. It's clear that a lot of thought and passion go into the brand. As for the wines themselves, they just weren't a fit for my palate, particularly at the price point. I recognize that wine preferences are highly personal, and there were others around the tasting room who seemed to enjoy them much more than I did. I also felt that the tasting experience could have been more engaging. Our server was pleasant not the most engaging, we felt like we were bothering her. A small bummer at the start was that we arrived before opening at 12PM and were waiting outside with several other guests. Someone unlocked the door, but no one let us know we could come in. About 4 minutes after 12, I tried the door and realized it was unlocked, though none of us had heard or seen it open. Not a huge deal, but a quick welcome would have been nice. After that, everything was fantastic. I love that Justin offers this tasting room separate from their main winery, which is several miles away. Having a location right in the downtown Paso Robles square is so convenient, especially being surrounded by shops and restaurants. I also really loved the setup with tables to sit at versus standing at a bar. They offer wine by the glass as well as different tasting flight options, and they also serve small bites. We heard there are different menus depending on the day, which is a nice touch. Our server greeted us quickly, brought water right away, and got our first tasting to us fast. She was very knowledgeable about the wines and did an excellent job explaining each one. Since we were in a bit of a hurry to catch a flight, she kindly brought all of our tastings out at once, clearly labeled, walked us through them, and let us enjoy at our own pace. We really appreciated that. Wish we had more time here. Highly recommend. Also, if you join their wine club, your tastings are complimentary, which is a great perk!
