I watched the time tick up. 6pm. 6:05.. etc. I called the restaurant at 5:58 for an update I was told- they're coming out now. The driver had already been waiting. Time is still advancing on the app. Called at 6:12- told 10 more minutes. The arrival time stopped at 6:24... but 6:24 came and left. No pizza. The app still showed the driver waiting at the restaurant. Then. The time changed to 6:40 and the driver changed (understandable because he had been already waiting 45 mins) I called back to cancel my order because our time to eat came and went. I called. They must have caller ID because he didn't say anything when he answered. I started to speak and he put me on hold. And then the call was dropped. The app then said my order was en route. I get it's Friday and it's busy. But then don't lie to me when I call two times to ask for an update. And then hang up on me when I'm just trying to figure out where my order is that I paid for. We did get our pizzas. And they were tasty. But I will never order from here or reconnect this place because of this experience.
