Purchased a vehicle here and the car ran out of gas 10 feet outside the gate. They made me wait about 2 HOURS, for someone to put a little gas to make it to a gas station. Extremely poor customer service from the gate/lot employees. Will NOT be purchasing any other cars here because of this. read more

Came here for a 350 car government auction. The cars are driven through a small garage like area set up with seats and auctioneers. There is a large display board which advertises the make, model, mileage, any defects or extras and the price of the car. Good thing you can see the price since it is sort of hard to decipher the auctioneers rapid comments LOL. What was really surprising is how many 5-8 year old government cars have very low mileage. Some of the vehicles had only a few thousand miles! If your looking for a good deal on a later model vehicle, this is the place to come. You must register at the front desk in order to get in and bid at GSA auctions. read more

Went in to check-in a car. Walked to the main counter, saw the owner's office right there. A President that has an office close to the people...must be good customer service...WRONG! The old lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that it was my first time there. She told me I was at the wrong area and pointed me to go to the other side. When I went to the "check-in" counter, I was told that the old lady was suppose to give me a lane number. While asking more questions, she didn't know what she was doing either. Sounded like she was new. Only after a manager help me did I find out what I had to do...kinda. When I went to the front gate, the guy there was really helpful. He showed me how to fill out the detail form and was super nice. A lot of employees in the office (about 30? all women it seems) were really clueless and not helpful. Oh, and even though my car was sold, I repeatedly asked them if I should leave the title? After a "I don't know" answer, I left it there, only to be told now that I have to pick it up. Very bad customer service. Not knowledgeable employees. I'll sell my cars in another facility next time, I suggest you do the same if you want your money in a reasonable amount of time. read more

This auction is horrible be very careful buying cars from them . I used buy about 8 to 10 cars every week from this auction but now they are selling cars with no gas super empty 99% of cars batteries are dead And mostly cars are junk from repo companies With bunch of DMV fees anyway just be very careful with this place. read more

The place is horrible. Their automated phone system will never direct me to an operator. I have tried now for 2 weeks just to speak to someone in registration. I am not allowed to get into the yard until I have an access card and it's been 3 months now. My registration is complete but just need to check on why I don't have my card. I stopped in a month ago and a new card was ordered and still nothing. read more

My car was repossessed in November I went through my finance company did what I needed to do and got my car back. Unfortunately when I picked up my car from their lot my subwoofers were unscrewed and flipped on the side and moved over to the opposite side and my amp was stolen with the live wires hanging out. I went back in and tried to talk with them and they all pointed towards the tow company and she really didn't know what to do in this situation so I left contacted the tow company they told me that they don't remove anything screwed down and that they have pictures of the condition of my vehicle before it went to brashers I saw pics my speakers were still screwed in and amp still screwed to back of seat I called brashers back I got attitude from every employee I talked to about the situation mentioning that if this person is doing this to my car they could be stealing from all the other vehicles on there lot which I thought they would be concerned about but they stand by that there's no possible way it was done at their yard I did not give attitude just mainly wanted them to investigate and look into besides completely deny it could be them with me calling several times and only getting one return call still denying that it could have happened there and with no record of how many people had access to my vehicle very poor customer service and when I called they wanted pics emailed from the tow yard so called tow and asked and was told brashers had to call to get them when I called brashers back they told me they don't do that and wouldn't call so I'm telling them my stuff is stolen and you won't attempt to call and get the proof you wanted it has been over 2 weeks and still no word on what they have found out I believe they aren't even trying to investigate I will not let this go tell I find out the truth. If this was my business and there was a possibility an employee was stealing from customers vehicles I would do anything and everything to find out if and who it was before it happens again! I understand most repossessed vehicle do not get returned to owners but that doesn't make it ok to steal from them and auction them off with live wires hanging out. I hope this gets worked out and my review will be updated Cameras should be reviewed Logs of people accessing and dealing with vehicles should be made when vehicles first come in more than one employee should be there to do condition report and pictures of vehicles when they first arrive especially when they contain expensive audio equipment that is known to get stolen all the time so that they are covered the tow company was able to and should be routine with such a big company they shouldn't allow any and everybody access to vehicles and shouldn't deny something they obviously don't know for sure since so many people are in and out of my car very upset and disappointed with this company's business standards, customer service and the lack of knowledgeable employees that amp was new I didn't even have it for a year yet. my family has been going through hard financial problems my Husband just started working again after being unemployed for 8 months and we are barely getting back on our feet and do not have the money to replace it read more

Taking a check in for a vehicle over the phone and the sales rep was told the vehicle I intended to sell had rust. I ran the vehicle as-is... well as-is wasn't enough because apparently it still guaranteed frame. Car sold then got kicked back. I never saw the check in list nor did I ever sign it. 3 weeks later I was finally able to off these cars for less money. Why would you not ask me specific questions about what I wanted exempted or not when I clearly told you the cars had rust. Lately I have been filling out the check in forms myself... cant trust anyone these days. read more

I have been to many auctions over the years and all I can say is Brasher's knows how to treat customers. I have several major auctions (Manheim So Cal, CADE, Riverside, Adesa LA) all closer to me. I find it worthwhile to drive the extra 2 hours and sell my cars and buy my inventory at Brasher's. John has put together a top notch crew. Rod, Lucy, Greg, Georgia, Gayle, Dawm, Patti the list os endless. I love this auction and recommend it to anyone. It is as good as it gets in this business. read more

Ok I never really write reviews but I really felt like I needed to share my experience with Brashers. Who am I? I work for a transportation company as well as a current student about to graduate in computer engineering. I'd like to support that opinion someone here already posted, that Brasher's sometimes seems to care more about bigger dealers and banks. I tried to get rid of an older car there which didn't cost much. Their sales representatives did a good job at trying to get me a good offer, those guys were constantly calling me telling me of new offers (even started to get a bit annoying), only cause of them I put 2 stars instead of 1. However then I decided I could sell it somewhere else for a bit more and decided to take the car off the auction. Since I was busy a bit, I didn't take it from them for about a month, which is kind of my fault I admit (though I still paid for the run fees). Then I guess I tested their patience for too long. One day I got like a couple phone calls from Brasher's representatives who provided me with the latest offers I received; I told both of them I am planning to pick up the car that same week. Then later in the day I get a call at 3:30pm and a representative told me that if I don't pick up the car by 5pm, they will transport it to my residence on the next morning, and I will be responsible for the charges. I was honestly shocked; a business like this treating customers this way? I asked them if I could pick it up myself on the following morning, the representative talked to the supervisor and supervisor said no. (in short, supervisor was being a jerk) Would I be asking too much to give me at least a 24 hour notice?? Even the representative agreed with me that the supervisor wasn't being reasonable at all. Gave me 90 minutes to pick the car up, seriously? I was not given any deadlines at all previously, I was not told in advance something like: "If your car won't sell in exactly 60 days, we will give you a 90 minute period to pick it up otherwise we will deliver it ourselves". So I had to drop everything that I was doing and go pick it up. Sales representatives: I'd give them all 5 stars. Cost of fees to run the car on their auction: 5 stars (pretty cheap) Sales Team Supervisor: 1/5 for those times when you run out of patience and treat customers like crap. I apologize in advance for giving the whole business a rating which I based upon a one-time experience with only one of their supervisors, maybe I'm being unreasonable with the rating, but I'm just still cooling down from the shock at how I was treated.. read more

NEVER do business with this company. I bought a truck from a man that bought it from Brashers, but didn't do the paperwork and tried to pass it on to me. I did the paperwork with DMV, but found out that Brashers sold the truck that had a lien on it from the lien holder company. I couldn't register it for years because neither Brashers nor the lien holder would budge until finally the lien holder was no longer interested. Brashers finally complied and gave me the release of liability. They were very unprofessional and rude throughout the entire process and since it took 5 years for them to work with me, the penalties on the registration were nearly as much as the value of the truck. I moved, and unfortunately misplaced the paperwork (that I paid $50 for). Now they are completely unwilling to provide me with another copy because it's too much of a liability and they're unwilling to make an exception. purchased a vehicle paid by wire transfer next day. 1 week later recieved the car in mishigan cast 750 in shipping. called about title barb said dont worry well have it out 10/7/2012. Were now in December no title did repairs on the truck that cost 2000 plus the 750 shipping they offered to take the truck back. No appology like there doing me a favor and they said they will cover 500.00 toward my cost, i have over 2750 in the truck over what we paid. its OK screw over the little dealer but i will tell everyone i know or deal with to beware of BRASHER'S AUTO AUCTION UTAH read more
