When confronted about the poor quality of the vehicle, Steve became combative and threatened to physically harm my husband. They then proceeded to play games by refusing to give him a receipt for this month's payment. They attempted to physically throw him out of the office without said receipt. I strongly advise ALL car shoppers to AVOID this car lot. Once you've driven the car off the lot, they don't want to hear from you, unless you're making a payment. They claim that their cars undergo a 37 point inspection. I find this extremely difficult to believe, since we've had to replace every system on this vehicle, including the fuel and cooling systems. They claim that they are retiring, but we have doubts about that too. Anthony and Steve have been completely dishonest and have made no attempt to show that they care at all about good references or repeat business. Being in customer service myself, I am appalled at their overtly insulting and outright threatening demeanor. We give this business zero stars. Don't do it, you'll be sorry!

Two tires worn to the cord on inside so not visible on the outside, which is a safety violation for a dealer. Radiator was 2 gallons low. Trunk lid inoperable and their fix is that now it has a string running from trunk mechanism up to the driver to pull on to open it. AC refrigerant needed to be recharged for over $100. when the headlights are turned on, the dashboard lights go off and are black at night, also a safety violation I would think. If dash lights are on, headlights won't work. As-Is still has basic safety requirements that must be met by a dealer.
