This auction provides a decent mix of newer to old models with prices from 5k to 40k. The cars that are repo's from the big banks are generally all in good shape. The big dealer trades are not bad either but its their "consignments" from small dealers is where you find the worst of it. This place should be investigated for fraudulent cleaning up of cars not worthy for the road. It is surprising GSA cars for the Federal Gov't are allow to be sold at this auction. The AG for the Gov't needs to review this auction house. Case in point, a Ford Taurus was presented as a low mile GSA vehicle. Going off of a car fax, I was able to speak to two Ford dealers that serviced that car within 5,000 miles of auction. It had an engine and transmission which were no longer suited for Gov't use, needing replacement for both. Buyer beware, this place is dishonest and shenanigan's are done on vehicles at the auction garage before selling the junked cars. Save yourself time and in the end money by avoiding this auction house. Go to Norwalk Auto Auction if you have the means to do so. Better. read more

WOW....... one crazy spot to buy cars....... make sure you check them well before you buy them cause their psi demp does not cover most of the car only engine and trans mech problems only and frame that is it..... so bring scaners and good tech with you not to step on a stone...... The previous review is a bit misleading due to the fact that this auction is a dealer only wholesale auction. The lovely broneesha must have been 90+ days delinquent on her car payment. Has anyone had a good experience redeeming their repo'd vehicle? Apart from that.. very well run and managed auction for one its size. Nothing to say but good things about the place except for the unnecessary attitude from the front counter employees. I would give them zero stars if I could. They have the rudest employees that answer the phones. A North Bay Auto Auction employees broke something on my car that is going to be over $150 for me to repair out of my pocket. Rob, whoever that is doesn't deny they did it but is very condescending about helping to rectify the issue. He suggest I call a lock smith or go to a dealership to fix the trunk lock that is broken from North Bay Auto Auction making a key from it. The dealership just told me its $150 just to have them diagnose what they need to do, so that doesn't even cover any parts they need to replace. OR if I don't want to pay out of my pocket I can be inconvenienced and drive 2 hours to their location in Fairfield and be subjected to more unnecessary attitude. All while spending my time and gas money for them to do so. After being treated the way I have there is no way I want to step foot on their property again. I don't recommend supporting this company in their business endeavors. read more

Good place to buy cars lot staff is very nice , some of the drivers shouldn't be drivers or should take a driving test before given the job. I understand sex sells but the females inside are very rude I have had many experience with misty and amber and even Rachel being rude to me and other dealers just because they think they can . They need to remember we are the ones who make there pay checks . Raises need to go to the lot crew. And lay off some of the dead weight inside read more

This auction house is a joke. They're super small and keep talking about expansions. News flash you've been talking about it for years. Nothing ever happened and do you know why? Because there business practices are horrible. Every car I bought from them break down outside the auction. Even green light cars. I bought a car green light with warranty and when I came to pick it up, car wouldn't go into gear. Transmission was shot. When I brought up the fact there is no way it could have passed inspection there response was " I'm sure it was working at one point". Yeah moron when the car was brand new probably. Anyways I declined the sale, car sat on my floor plan for months. And after I threatened to sue, they removed it blaming one of the girls by stating " she's new here. It was her mistake". My buddy bought a car from here and same thing, it took them over a year to provide title. He asked them to take there car back and refund his month and they stated " we can't because we already gave the seller his money. Why should we take a loss" even though there dealer agreement states that they have 90 days to provide title or they will buy it back. But they only play by the rules when it suits them. By CA law they have to disclose all information pertaining to the vehicle such as title status, condition and DMV fees. I bought a car from them once and it was announced DMV 136 dollars. When I went to DMV that week to post fees it was 7241 dollars to register. When I called them they said it's not there responsibility. When I showed them that by law they have to disclose all DMV fees and my attorney called them, all of a sudden they were like " can't we talk about this without your attorney. We're friends here" let me tell you something I've had the same problems at brashers Sacramento auction but they resolved it within two days. Literally two days I was more than satisfied with the results. And they went above and beyond for me. I bought three cars for brashers and it took them a week to find them. They delivered them to me for free and credited my account 400 dollars for the inconvenience. You want to make money in this business, stick to Adesa and Mahiem. read more
