Horrible service! Had an appointment for 11 am arrived at 1030. And so far its 1245 and still no car. This place has no sence of urgency.

Are retail buyers able to make arrangements with those who have a wholesale license to purchase directly as Adesa (with a fee paid to the individual with the wholesale license)?

Then took all of our finished and unfinished products with invoices and threw them in a dumpster. And on the same day went into an area which wasnt supposed to be touched (as i verified this with all 3 of his employees that there was personal stuff that belonged to myself that had nothing to do with the auction. I had two of my dirtbikes we were rebuilding there. One of which was my sons race bike. I told the guys multiple times that the bikes and bike parts were mine and yet all of my parts that were new in bags and all my specialty tools to fix the bike also with the parts all dissappeared. Unfortunately i wasnt there when they took the first dumpster (one big enough to park a f350 inside of but i did catch the second one as he was leaving and he told me the company who ordered the dumpsters was acting funny. Was adamit that they went and got it right then. And said when he got to the recycler he was told just to go drop the box and not to weigh it. Unfortunately for me they had already recycled the first dumpster by the time i got there. But i was able to catch the second one. After 3 days of digging i was able to find my kick starter and side cover but the rest was gone. So not only did our company loose over 500k in finished product i also lost over 1500 in parts and over 300 in specialty tools. It just made me sick to my stomach. And when i questioned ashman they said it was protocol to go in and throw away all your stock and inventory and take dirty scrap prices for it. 4k for nearly 700k doesnt sound like a fair deal to me. I took pictures of what got thrown away. Mind you the first dumpster which was 3/4 of the way full was already recycled. So these are images of the second dumpster. Sad is all I can Say

Hiring Pacific Auction Company was the best decision we could have made. Steve Godfryd and his team were extremely friendly, super organized, listened to our needs, and brought a wide variety of items to our auction, including many "maritime related" items that fit our audience. The set up was accomplished swiftly, the bidding and check out processes were a breeze, and our auctioneer, David Sobon, raised more for us in our fund-a-need than ever before. I am so glad we made the decision to hire Pacific Auction Company.

All communication was admirable -- Gladys called me back right after my inquiry, and they kept us updated the day of the appointment, and arrived promptly. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting us up and moving forward in organizing this pile-o-stuff for sale -- we have to sell or donate all but a few boxes before we move 11,000 miles. We now have a plan in place for how we engage them for our estate sale, and we are busily doing the pre-staging *we* offered to do in advance of the sale. From our discussion, it seems they also do complete turnkey projects. Nice people. Good vibes. Smart, alert, personable -- everything you want at a delicate and stressful time. We talked to half a dozen estate sale / clear out companies and they were the obvious winner for the estate sale. Why? Their depth of knowledge, their evident integrity, the completeness of their solution, the extent of the promotion, their judgment-free attitude when facing That Back Room Piled High, and the anticipated pricing (some have a huge minimum, others too little service, still others not interested in our non-elite household). Recommended!

Our experience with Alliance Estate Sales was very disappointing…read more We hired Alliance Estate Sales, LLC to conduct a three-day estate sale at our family home July 23-25, 2026. Our biggest concern is the lack of documentation and reconciliation of property entrusted to them. Our contract specifically states: "Property to be liquidated will be documented." Before the sale, we were also told that items would be documented so we could understand what sold and for how much. After the sale, when we asked for documentation to reconcile the inventory, Alliance told us in writing: "We CANNOT do an individual accounting for items." We were also told that they had deleted the photographs and that if we wanted to see them, we should "look [at] the ads." This was particularly concerning because numerous valuable or distinctive items were not adequately documented or accounted for, including large vintage Hot Wheels, original unopened Tamagotchis, high-end furniture, large fishing poles and fishing equipment, All-Clad cookware, and other collectible and household items. We are not alleging these items were stolen; our concern is that we could not determine their disposition from the documentation and accounting provided. Other issues included: * We were told Alliance would regularly add new photographs to keep the sale at the top of the advertising listings. This did not occur as represented, and we ultimately supplied photographs ourselves, including photographs of our substantial Santa collection. * We were told the sale would be advertised on multiple sites. Advertising was initially limited, and additional advertising was added only after we raised concerns. * Only two street signs were used, and they repeatedly fell down until we asked that they be corrected. * We specifically instructed Alliance not to use the front door because of the configuration of the entry and our concern that the doors could be damaged. We proposed using the side gate and garage instead. Despite those instructions, the front door was used, and damage occurred in the area we had specifically warned about. * We were told before hiring Alliance that a third-party company called Timeless would pick up unsold items at no charge. We later learned that Timeless Elegance Vintage Store was associated with the same individuals and business address as Alliance, which was not our understanding when we agreed to the arrangement. * After the sale, communication became difficult when we requested inventory information, accounting clarification, and information concerning remaining property. We waited while Alliance was on vacation as they had told us, but communication still did not resume as expected. We eventually received our sale proceeds, but payment did not resolve our concerns about the documentation, inventory reconciliation, and accounting. An estate sale company is entrusted with someone's home and belongings. In our view, accurate documentation, transparent accounting, following property-access instructions, and clear communication are basic expectations. We retained the contract, emails and texts, advertising records, photographs, accounting records, and video documenting relevant events. Prospective clients should ask specifically how inventory will be documented, how photographs will be retained, and how unsold and unaccounted-for items will be reconciled before entrusting their property to this company. A few Pictures included to show that this happened. If you do use them make sure in the contract that they have to document EVERY item not just the price but what was sold!!!! Make sure you Video tape everything in the estate each day. At the beginning of the sale then at the end of day. (The only reason I gave them one star is because they made me do it to post my review)
