He was always a quick message away and his effort and dedication was evident from the beginning. He helped with multiple issues that came up including negotiations and repairs. But most importantly, he was honest and considered my best interest in the decisions he recommended, which the other reviews here will also attest to. I actually found Shane through Yelp and am very happy that I made contact. I know who I'm going to the next time I have a real estate-related issue.

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

So money hungry even if you qualify for 3x's the rent they want to see what you currently in real time know what you have in your bank account before even running credit ! Kimberly spent hours asking for way more information into my billing matters outside the fact we could afford it. Filed 3 applications for $85 ea. Not running my credit BUT have the nerve to deny because they couldn't have access to our banks account (no bank will have a statement for current month) so we sent screen shots & soon after it was denied. SHE NEVER RAN THE CREDIT & per Nevada Law if the credit isn't ran we need a refund! There was so much confusion on what they were asking from my bank account with verifying we qualified & still asking for current bank info like my saving. We already applied to another home & approved for 2375 (way more than this one which was: 2200) The ONLY reason why we didn't get it was because of 1st come , 1st sever. They didn't even go through half the extent Kimberly was asking for in all our banks. We were confident about this with Kim/eleanor especially cause it was cheaper than what we were approved for 1st. I'm just trying to rent not take a loan ! I asked so many times before the denial to call me & trying to call her not answering it at all like literally not acknowledging it , like I never asked for a # to call so we can understand WHY does she need more banking info IF SHE ALREADY HAD STUBS/STATEMENTS we can afford 4xs the rent w. 3 applications! She never responded & we all sent screen shots from our banks (because you can't get it for the current month) she send a denial for no proof of income BUT SHE SAID WE QUALIFIED & NEVER RAN MY CREDIT (again we have an whole email chain) HOW CAN YOU EVEN DO THAT?? Of course soon as the denial came she stopped all communications. I will report complain do whatever until someone address this professionally & become accountable! Eleanor made it seem like she could make it work & Kimberly was asking us to show the $$ before even checking out We know this isn't right due to our previous home approval process for something way more them & we understood why & didn't ask for an application refund That's how I know this wasn't right. They thinks it's just a review welll they met the right match ! & this why people house is on the marketplace right now / will not sell !

I was willing to pay for certain items such as the toilet seat or toilet paper roller, but she charge me $400 for a toilet seat and $150 for toilet paper holder. I was renting directly from the homeowner and we had a phenomenal relationship before this awful company took over. Once they took over. Nothing got done regarding any repairs. I had a whole in my wall for 6 months after a plumbing repair in the master. They also raised the rent $400 the first time and another few hundred upon the second year (directly after the pandemic in which I paid all the way through the pandemic without missing once). I decided to move out because of how horrible key property management was. We went our separate ways and all of a sudden I'm being contacted by a collection agency saying I owe $6k on top of the fact they never returned my security deposit. I never received ANYTHING from key stating what the charges were or what it was for or how I could dispute it. BEWARE!!! Very very poorly run and clearly they operate in a shady manner. Rather than a phone call or something to reach me to discuss any charges, they just stay silent then send you to collections. The house was left in better condition that I originally rented it in and I just found all my pictures/texts and documents proving all of it. I'm pretty excited now. I take that back, I am VERY excited for the future. DO NOT USE KEY PROPERTY MISMANAGEMENT!!! Unless you want to have minor repairs take 6+ months, poor communication from the office and to be charged a bunch of charges and never be told until you see a collection agency calling to tell me that I not only don't get my security deposit but that I owe $6k for a house that was a forclosure with nothing done to it, when I moved in...... BBB will be contacted and my attorney and I will talk to you soon KPM

Dishonest & Unprofessional: From the beginning, Jackie has had a passive-aggressive & condescending…read moreattitude. To make things clear, I have always taken good care of the property. The house is a "reverse floor-plan" & it sat vacant for months before I moved in. I have the house professionally cleaned every two weeks, I don't have pets, I don't have anyone living in the house besides my child, I don't smoke, I haven't drilled into the walls & I have treated the property with respect. But I'm now realizing there seems to be no point. Through these two years of renting, there's been different instances where Jackie has been unprofessional. Before I signed my lease, Jackie made condescending comments about me having to rent a studio for legal reasons while I was in the middle of separating from my abusive child's father. My child's father is an attorney, & we were battling in court at the time while I was trying to move & find a new place for myself & my two-year-old. Jackie would also repeatedly ask me, in a condescending way, how it felt to "finally live in a house," & "not live in that little room" as if I had never lived in a house before. In reality, I have lived in brand new houses my entire life as a Vegas native & I had previously lived in a house with my child's father in QueensRidge. While I was signing the lease, Jackie also made comments about my "low credit score," even though both my credit score & income easily exceeded the rental requirements. After I moved in, the washer malfunctioned & flooded the downstairs. Jackie immediately accused me of leaving the house with the washer running. I had to send her a video showing that I had actually been upstairs when I heard the water & that I ran downstairs to unplug the washer. She then blamed me for an already-ripped green cover over an outdoor water pipe & questioned why I wouldn't "cut that ugly green bag," even though the bag came with the house & it's sole purpose was to protect the house's pipes. She has also repeatedly texted me pictures of my trash cans that she took from inside her car & complained about the cans being kept inside my private courtyard on the side of the house, even after I explained that the odor from my child's diapers is too strong to keep the cans inside the garage. I also told her my neighbors put their trash cans outside too. Jackie then claimed that the HOA had sent letters complaining about the trash cans. However, when I specifically asked her to send me pictures of these alleged HOA letters, she never provided them. Throughout these two years, I've complied with these specific situations and other situations. Just recently I had issues with the sewer pipe & the washer downstairs. The sewer pipe behind the washer had years worth of mold & damage, while the washer also had mold. The whole house was smelling like a sewer, even when the washer wasn't running. Jackie then sent out a technician & he offered to fix the sewer pipe & washer for $75. The technician also said twice on camera (I have cameras in the house) that he spoke to Jackie & that she was responsible for the $75. Next thing I know, Jackie said I owed her over $300 for the "damages" even though the technician said I was not responsible, due to the sewer itself being part of the home's structure. Now Jackie just sent me a notice to perform a lease condition for "damages" and pay $270 or I'll be evicted. It's clear that Jackie is being dishonest & is determined to nickel and dime tenants over any little thing. At this point, I'll exercise every legal right, and deadline available to me until my lease is over--just because I can. Decent tenants are hard to find, but apparently Jackie has yet to realize that. Instead of appreciating a tenant who pays rent, keeps the home professionally cleaned & takes care of the property, she seems determined to create unnecessary conflict. Based on this pattern & her past reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if Jackie finds something else to blame me for when it comes time to return my security deposit. Renters don't want to deal with a hostile property manager, & I'm sure homeowners don't want to hire someone who drives good tenants away. Message me if you're interested in screenshots.
