Anna is amazing! I recently moved to Seattle from San Diego and was looking for a new hair stylist. I found Anna on Yelp and chose her because she has such great reviews. Well, the reviews don't lie! She is a great hair stylist. I had her color my hair a brighter blonde and I think she did a fantastic job! She listened to everything I had to say and gave me exactly what I wanted! Plus, she is really easier to talk to which makes the salon visit a lot more fun/less awkward. Also good to note. If you want a "normal" hair cut/color, you should still go to Anna! Although she also does edgier looks, she is superb at the mainstream look as well! I'm blonde with a mainstream hair cut and I think she did an excellent job! I really recommend her. read more

It is so hard to find a good hair stylist and I am so glad I found Adi! I started going to him when he worked at Bridge Blond Salon because it's close to my place but I followed him to his new location in Wallingford because I knew I would never be satisfied with anyone else doing my hair! I am a brunette and had never gotten super blond foils but I wanted to go for it (I got inspired by Audrina Patridge) and Adi actually went for it and did a fantastic job! The full blond foil looked great and he put a tad bit of caramel and strawberry color in it and it just looked great. I got so many compliments and people asking me where I got my hair done because their stylists were never brave enough to dramatically change their hair and always talked them out of it. The next time I went in I got it lightened even more and again, Adi didn't question me and I walked out completely satisfied. My hair held the color and never turned orange or some horrid color. Not only is Adi a great hair colorist but I love the way he cuts my hair as well! I just have to say a couple of words and it's like his thoughts are in sync with mine and he never fails to deliver an amazing haircut! It is hard to get last minute appointments with him since he is so busy because everyone keeps going back to him! So schedule a couple weeks or a month in advance! Although I don't like to disclose to everyone who my hair stylist is in fear that everyone I know will go to him and end up having foils/haircuts like mine but I have told my sister and some close friends about him and after seeing my hair they all started going to him! Oh and he is super down to earth as well and the salon space he works in now is sooo nice and private! read more

I cannot recommend Adi (formerly Ana) enough. I have particularly thick and frustrating hair and have been through SO many stylists and salons. Nobody has ever been able to handle it like he can. Adi came so highly recommended to me from SO many people that this was honestly the first time I transferred to a new stylist feeling confident that my hair was in good hands. Turns out that was an understatement. My hair has never looked or felt better than after Adi is done with it and has never gotten more compliments. Adi is superb in personality and talent. When I first went to see them, I had been growing my hair out for some time. Adi could tell that my cut history included a particular type of cut, even after all the grow out time, and also knew exactly what method would be best for my curly hair. Just got back from my visit to Adi in their new location! I've followed them from Borseno's in the U District, then over to Bridge Blonde Salon in Eastlake, and now to their own space located in Wallingford! The new location is great and you can park for free near by! As always - Adi gives the best haircuts! They've been cutting my hair for the past 8 years and they are without a doubt the only stylist I'll trust my curly locks too! Especially since they cut my Bettie Bangs so they are perfect every single time. Plus, they give you one free bang trim between cuts - does it get better than that? Yes, actually it does, they also do eyebrow services! I'm a new threading convert since my skin is oh so sensitive when tweezed or waxed. Anna is the best. It feels really great when people you meet guess your age at 15 years less than you are. I have to cross over 2 bridges to get to her salon! It's worth it. I love my hair!!! Anna has been my one and only for colour for over 2 years now! I initially found Anna by reading tons of rave reviews on Yelp about her blonding techniques. I'm really picky and specific about my hair, and Anna is always super understanding and accommodating. Anna also does all kinds of extensions/weaves so recently I had Anna sew in extensions (tracks), which was a new experience for me but she made it easy. She's great about responding to my texts regarding scheduling or answering any questions I have about taking care of my hair. If you're looking for a versatile stylist who can work with a lot of hair types and styles, Adi at Locks of Fury is the stylist for you! They've been cutting my hair, my sister's hair, and my husband's hair for years. They have even cut my parents' hair on occasion. We all look much better thanks to their efforts! Adi always gets my "vampire bangs" just perfect and isn't afraid to play with color. Adi also corrected my color a few years ago after an ill fated attempt at home color.... I had them do some extensions last year that lasted well over a month. Adi's own style is pretty unique but they doesn't force it on anyone. Without a doubt, the most creative, most talented hairdresser I have ever had. I have been a pure, bleached blonde for over a year. Anna renewed my faith in hairstylists! I am NOT a trusting person when it comes to others doing my hair after years of paying too much and not getting great cuts in return from the fancy salons. So when I was looking for someone to style my hair and do make-up for my wedding day, I called around and got ridiculously pricey quotes until I came across Anna. Now, she's known for her cuts and dyes but when I called to see if she could do a non-traditional wedding "do" for me she was incredibly responsive! I was able to go in for a consult and she did a mock hairdo for me so I'd know what was coming on the wedding day (which was RAD). She puts you at ease right away, listens carefully and then executes what you've asked for. I highly recommend her and am wishing her luck at her new salon! I love Adi! I first went to see them after donating my hair and going through the arduous process of growing it back. Their cuts grow out so well and kept me out of those awkward stages of in-between hair. Since then, I've gone through bleaching, dying, reshaping, and new bangs with them, and every time I'm so impressed! They listen to what I want, and when I tell them to try something new, they go just enough outside of my comfort zone with amazing results.
