The community itself is spacious, quiet, and well-maintained. Rent prices are about average for the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you're looking for an apartment in Henderson, the Domain apartments are a must see. I rented here for a few months while waiting to move into a new house, and it was a really great experience. First of all, Nikki in the leasing office was amazing. She was great to deal with when first looking at apartments here, and then when going through the leasing process. She made it so easy. Same when I moved out. They have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Because I was just leasing short term, I got a 1 bedroom, and while they don't technically do short term leases (I think the minimum is a year) you can buy out your lease for one months rent, and since they gave me a free month as an incentive up front basically it balanced out. These are really modern and spacious units. My unit was in great shape, and I particularly loved the kitchen and the generous storage and counter space and the attached dining area. The living room and bedroom were also good sizes, and combined with the modern bathroom and laundry room I have to say this really was a nice apartment, and I've attached pictures. Additionally, the apartments have built in smart locks and thermostats which is really nice, and they have a good cable/internet deal with Cox that is paid for as part of your rent. Amenities in this complex are great too, with two large swimming pools and covered seating, fire pits, dog areas, play areas, even an area with hammocks! This is also in a great area, just five minutes from the 215 freeway, and from a Smith's grocery store, and Eastern avenue in general has lots of stores and restaurants. read more

DO NOT LEASE HERE! Do not be deceived by their online photos and reasonable rent rates (even though they tackle on fees) like I was! Thank God I only had to live here for 4 months and other than my amazing neighbors, I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Security deposit is only $250 for a reason because they don't clean or turn the units properly or thoroughly. They Mickey Mouse everything. It's disgusting how they give the units to you. My move in process was extremely unorganized and a mess! I moved from out of state and got to town at 11pm and Nothing was prepared. I had NO SHOWER HEAD. NO STOPPER so when I opened the coat closet door, it hit a light and glass shattered everywhere. I have small kids so this is a huge hazard. I then had to go to the store before midnight to get a broom. I spoke to neighbors and apparently this is not unusual. Same thing happened to them. I told the office and they fix the issue and resolve it but no sense of accountability or apology. They're so nonchalant. Nikki called me to tell me that my kids leaving their scooters out is a liability and that I would pay if someone were to get hurt. However, who is going to take responsibility for this glass shattering that could cause injury to me and my kids? I was paying a luxury/valet fee for 2 months without my knowledge and all for nothing because I wasn't even given a trash can until I went to the office to inquire about one. Not too soon of living here, I started seeing roaches. They sprayed but they kept coming back. This was a huge concern because I did not want them traveling with me to my new home! Again, My neighbors said they had the same problem. They keep the office pool clean always, but the second pool is always filthy which causes all of the residents to go to the main pool.. which leads to it being overly crowded. One week before it was time to leave this place, my car and 20 other cars got key'd! My brand new jeep, key'd front to back! To sum it all up, I move out of the apartment, cleaned it, and I was still charged $800 for a fridge because they said I left an odor in the fridge that they could not get out. Yet they still have no proof of this! I spoke to Nikki about this and she said the apartment smelled "so bad" so I went in there to grab something that I left, and me and my husband smelled NOTHING! This has to be how they make their money! Getting over and scamming residents of false charges. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. read more

My experience living at the Domain has by FAR been one of the WORST experiences of my entire life. Buy a home security system! Trash blown everywhere, dog poop everywhere. NO security, the gates are normally left wide open after midnight, and the VANDALISM! Thousands spent on repairs! No Security! staff could not care less. ;/ I've been threatened by other tenants. To everyone reading this woman's review below (cheryl) please know the information is beyond inaccurate. I've lived at Domain now for 3 years and the service has always been amazing. Office team is always on top of things and the maintenance team is amazing, especially Walter the supervisor. Anyone who has lived in apartments know it's not always perfect due to the different amount of types of people who live there and the office can only do so much and i always see how hard they all work to keep Domain clean. I know for a fact this woman starts drama and bothers a lot of residents with her negativity and hate speech. I honestly even question if she's fully mentally there as something does seem off about her. I don't feel her review is fair at all. I know so many residents who have told me she bothers them and annoys them ALL THE TIME. She needs to leave Domain and leave everyone alone. If anything, she makes the complex ghetto. I really really hate this apartment ...so much !!!!! The walls are VERY thin you can hear everything from your neighbors !! People play their music so loudly between quite hour and when you talk to the office staffs about the issue they don't really try to solve the problems. Also, dogs poops and garbages everywhere. The dog poop situation is DISGUSTING. They have been sent numerous emails by numerous tenants about keeping ALL OF THE DOGGY AREAS CLEAN. The reponse by the Leasing woman, NOT NIKKI, she is fantastic, but whoever the other female that works in the office, was well, maintenance is too busy to clean it. Those areas NEED TO BE cleaned every day. There are tons of dogs, and NOT that many areas. It is a health hazard and just unsanitary. I seriously doubt, that the maintenance crew was even informed to clean the grass areas where the dog bins are. I will say they did address the DOGGY PARK area, but doing it one time is useless. It needs to be a Daily PART OF THE GROUNDS MAINTENANCE ... When someone slips on some of that disgusting waste they will really have an issue. Trash everywhere and overspray from the construction work going on is totally fine but dog poop is a no. Be weary if you follow the rules and put your dog on the lease and other residents don't pick up the poop you will receive notice to pick up or pay. I lived here for 13 months while I was attending school, 2018-2019. It started off really good where the previous leasing consultant, April (who is no longer with the company) literally worked her magic to get my roommate and I - the unit we wanted within a super short turn around time frame and within our price range. The area itself is nice, clean and a safe neighborhood. When we first moved in our neighbors were great working people that kept the community clean but over time we noticed that the neighbors weren't so clean and you had to question what was going on. Broke down cars were parked in guest spots for long periods of time and cars without parking passes weren't getting ticketed. Parking is such a PITA if you have multiple cars. So be aware- not all units have garages. Super annoying. Also dog owners weren't picking up after their dogs, it was a sh!t show; literally. For the most part, I felt safe living there but there were a few times where they entered our unit without warning and set off our home alarm. That was not cool. In our contract we specifically noted that as tenants we wanted to be given at least a heads up on when someone was coming in, which we have voiced multiple times but no - they have came inside our unit unannounced before. Not okay. Looking back now - I don't think I would have moved here as the pricing is high compared to other places. You are really paying for the "Anthem" neighborhood which is supposedly the "90210" of Henderson. It's overpriced and the walls are thin, especially with the hardwood everything echos in the apartment. It's not that sound proof. Everything looks good but it's all for show. Like I said - I wouldn't recommend this place 1) because it's super pricey, 2) parking sitch sucks if you have multiple cars (you only get one designated parking pass) 3) the unit walls aren't that sound proof. read more

I love living here. I want to particularly say how much I love the office staff and maintenance staff for always being there for me whenever I need them. Either by holding on to my packages, running in to get turn my oven or iron off when I am already 8-10 miles away. Thank you to Eddie the maintenance man for coming in to change my light bulbs, fix my dishwasher or help carry my water from my car to my apartment. I love living here. The office staff is great. I cant say the same for the neighbors tho. The quality of people here has diminished greatly. They dont keep up with our environment. The best place to live! I have been here since 2016 and just have wonderful things to say about the place and the staff. Apartments are gorjeos, spacey and well equipped. The property in general is beautiful. I have looked at some other places and don't have a match. The pool are is like no other. The view to the strip from some apartments and the pool is beautiful! Maintenance are always handy even at midnight. Really prompt to help you and fix whatever your need is. Even if you ask for a personal favor they will do their best to help you for ex to carry your heavy table upstairs! So nice and friendly The staff at the office is AMAZING! Seriously nothing is impossible for them when it comes to helping you with your needs they are loving, caring, friendly. Domain has been my home for just about 2 years now and I am about to sign my third lease. The main reason I chose this property is because the office team has always been so friendly. From day one, I've been greeted by the leasing girls, Nikki & Kristen, with a smile. Its amazing how they remember everyone's names! I was sad to hear the last 2 maintenance guys left but Walter and his new team have been amazing. They are always so kind, smiling, efficient and willing to help even if I have the silliest work repair. My family lives out of state but the Domain team has always made me feel like I have a family here. I couldn't have made a better decision by picking this community. First let me say the leasing staff has always been great, shout out to April specifically over the 2 years we have been here. However we have had a concern that we brought up to two of the Property Managers and Pinnacle Mgmt on a few occasions. The maintenance people are constantly taking up the covered and non covered parking near the front office leaving us residents in the first building without ample spots. Recently one of the maintenance men that drives a motor cycle parks right in front of our complex in the mornings revving his engine constantly disturbing the peace. My son confronted him and he became irrational threatening him and mgmt has yet to step in to resolve the incident. I find it highly unprofessional that they would allow their employees to act in such a manner let alone park personal vehicles in spots meant for paying customers. read more

Nice place and location but garbage customer service when you actually need something. They lag, they claim they will do it, but it will take them forever. You have to be extremely persistent and pushy in order to get something done. Be aware! When moving out, they will hit you over the head with an expensive bill and randomly send it to collections without even notifying you. You can't put any frames up on your walls, and if your carpet is slightly dirty expect a $2,000 bill. Walls are thin, you can hear everything!! Looks good from the outside but hollow in the inside, cheaply built. They made a mistake on our bill a few times, they didn't have reference of us putting a deposit when it was time to move out and aplogized for the mistake? This is 2018, get your shit together. I will probably get a reply back from management that they seek to provide excellent service but words are just words. KEEP UP WITH YOUR "Excellence" that you claim. Criticism is there for you to improve your company not dodge claims by their tenants and making it seem like they are "doing their job". I will change this review once I get full cooperation, pick up your damn phones! I relocated from Ohio to Henderson and my apartment search couldn't have gone any smoother had it not been for April and the entire leasing staff. I had my heart set on a different apartment complex, but once I spoke with April, my decision was quickly made. April was able to accommodate all of my requests and it seemed as if we already knew one another; making it very easy to trust her opinions and advice regarding the apartment. I've now been a resident for a little over a month, and I love it here. Everything that I was told about the apartment was actually true. It's quiet and close to countless stores and restaurants; just as April said. In addition, the pools and the 24 hr. gym are added bonuses too. Beautiful apartments and well kept grounds. "Charles called in to inform that his 1st floor window bedroom was broken, and the sliding patio door appears to have been tempered with. He mentioned that he got home from vacation and noticed the window was broken. His callback number is (917)564-6775". That was a written maintenance request I made over six months ago and no response. No matter what the service request they will never fix it. MY apt floods every time there is a heavy rain and leaves black mold that they won't address at all. If I was in a better financial position, I would leave unfortunately it's all I can afford at the moment, and they are threatening to raise my rent times what I currently pay. I have never missed aren't payment in over 3 years and they don't care and have offered no help or assistance. If you can afford better do so...RUN! read more

We've lived here for the past 3 years. When we first moved in, we were satisfied with a decent apartment. Then we actually started living. After months of abuse from a downstairs neighbor, multiple police visits, and finally an eviction we thought, ok, maybe things will be ok now. Boy, we were wrong. Things appeared ok at first, but then small things continued to show just how awful this "luxury" complex is. Here are the things we have endured in the past 3 years: -stolen packages (yes, we do have a Luxor box, don't ask me why it wasn't delivered there) -broken gates -trash left everywhere -random people walking through from the back -rude leasing office personnel in-person and especially through email -lost packages by the leasing office -weed and/or cigarette smoke coming into our place and us being told nothing can be done about -rent hike of $300 -forced to pay for trash valet but then they don't pick it up -doordash & uber eats NEVER finding the apartment -and finally, they only enforce what they choose to enforce based on how they might be feeling that day or who is involved Save yourself the misery and just go somewhere else. read more

I moved into Domain last year of May 2017 and moved out on June 2018, The Pros are that the place and we'll kept, everything is always clean, and beautiful landscaping, with great amenities. Okay here's the Cons, in November of 2017 my whole car was stolen off the property and when I asked if there was cameras on the property I was told no, I needed to so I can have a Henderson police officer look at them, but I found out months later they do have cameras, second I ordered a couch purse a month later and UPS said my package was delivered and the staffing office of domain signed for it and gave me a name as well, when I asked about it to the office, they claimed that UPS is making a mistake and made me feel as if I did something wrong instead of them making me feel comfortable. Thirdly! I had a peeping Tom looking in my window and he was on a vacancy patio looking into my window in the Night time. So I did not feel safe nor did the staff make me feel comfortable besides Jose, Jose is great! Everyone else's made me feel uncomfortable. read more

The maintenance has been super convenient (everything has been taken care of the same day I've submitted my requests which is incredible). The Amazon lockers have been very convenient. I personally looked at a lot of properties and this was by far my favorite. It does have some flaws but hey please tell me where you've lived and it's been perfect? Office has been nothing but great! I've never had any problems. When something in my unit has been broken or need fixing it's gotten done really quick. I have noticed some dog issues on the property and they're really working on that. I don't live here, but just wanted to say that Kristin, the Leasing Consultant is amazing. She's very professional, honest, highly detailed and responsive. She also has a great personality (easy to talk to). If I based my moving decisions on the leasing staff I would definitely move here....but I have to base my moving decisions on the apartment I want, availability and price. One thing I will say about price is that your rent at Domain Apartments includes COX cable where you get a bunch of cable channels and internet, which at first I thought was strange. They don't do that here in California. Some might take issue with it, but the package is very reasonable, IMO. My Internet alone in California is almost the same price as the COX package that Domain Apartments includes in your rent. read more

I rate this place a B. PROS: The location is great--right across from Trader Joe's, tons of retail, and lots of restaurants. You basically have everything you need within a 5 minute drive. In a very nice area (St. Rose/Seven Hills), so I feel relatively safe. The apartments are nicely updated, with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and modern fixtures. The price point is fair--considering the updates and the location--although be aware that the rate changes daily, based on market factors. I appreciated that you can actually check the price yourself online through their website. Lots of places you have to call and talk to someone to get the rate, and even still, you might only get a general range. By checking the rates for 2 weeks every day, I was able to game it pretty well and get what I think is a good price. Clubhouse/pool area is nice. Open 24 hours. Parking doesn't seem to be a problem. There are some families here, but not a ton of little kids, as far as I can tell. They let you break your lease, by paying one month's rent, which I think is a really great feature. Who wants to be stuck in a place they hate or if their life circumstances quickly change? It also shows confidence in the popularity of this place; the office knows they can quickly find a new tenant. CONS: (These are all minor, but they are things you couldn't possibly know before moving in, so I think it's fair to list here). Mostly maintenance and design stuff. When I moved in, it was clear the workmanship on the apartment was poor. Paint on wooden baseboards that was visible to the eye, unglued floor boards, unsealed areas in the floor boards, bathroom vanity falling apart. They came and fixed all this stuff when I asked, but I was disappointed that it would pass in the first place. The cabinets in my unit are sort of dirty/low quality-looking (maybe they're just getting old?). The faucet for the bathtub is a sink faucet, not a bathtub faucet so the stream is really minimal and it takes nearly 15 minutes to fill the tub. The kitchen sink is flat-bottom (no curve to aid the food down the disposal) and there is no faucet hose, so you get a lot of food particles in the sink and have to manual guide them down the disposal or pick them up, either of which is gross. I'm considering adding a hose myself, but I'm annoyed that it wouldn't be standard with that type of sink. POOR LIGHTING: There is only one window in the living space of my unit (another in the bedroom). The kitchen has three different lights, but the living space has no central light fixture or even a hook up so that you could put a light in there. This, is conjunction with the dark wood theme of my unit--or maybe all units? I'm not sure--makes the place feel very dark. Also, because there's NO CEILING FAN or fan hookup in the living space (there is one in the bedroom), the air doesn't circulate very well. WINDOWS ARE CHEAP and cheap-looking (thin frame). None of the one bedrooms have a double vanity/sink option in the bathroom, which makes it sort of tight if you are living with someone. WORST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE THIN WALLS! I can hear my upstairs neighbor's every step. You would think she's a 300 lb person by how loud it is. She's not. I've seen her. Haven't had too much interaction with the staff. They've seem pleasant and generally competent in my experience. FINAL THOUGHTS: Don't be afraid to live here. I need a pretty exhaustive search and it is nice looking in a good location. Sure, the building materials and building execution are sort of poor, but it's an apartment complex after all. What do you expect? read more
