If you're looking for an apartment in Henderson, the Domain apartments are a must see. I rented here for a few months while waiting to move into a new house, and it was a really great experience. First of all, Nikki in the leasing office was amazing. She was great to deal with when first looking at apartments here, and then when going through the leasing process. She made it so easy. Same when I moved out. They have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Because I was just leasing short term, I got a 1 bedroom, and while they don't technically do short term leases (I think the minimum is a year) you can buy out your lease for one months rent, and since they gave me a free month as an incentive up front basically it balanced out. These are really modern and spacious units. My unit was in great shape, and I particularly loved the kitchen and the generous storage and counter space and the attached dining area. The living room and bedroom were also good sizes, and combined with the modern bathroom and laundry room I have to say this really was a nice apartment, and I've attached pictures. Additionally, the apartments have built in smart locks and thermostats which is really nice, and they have a good cable/internet deal with Cox that is paid for as part of your rent. Amenities in this complex are great too, with two large swimming pools and covered seating, fire pits, dog areas, play areas, even an area with hammocks! This is also in a great area, just five minutes from the 215 freeway, and from a Smith's grocery store, and Eastern avenue in general has lots of stores and restaurants.

DO NOT LEASE HERE! Do not be deceived by their online photos and reasonable rent rates (even though they tackle on fees) like I was! Thank God I only had to live here for 4 months and other than my amazing neighbors, I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Security deposit is only $250 for a reason because they don't clean or turn the units properly or thoroughly. They Mickey Mouse everything. It's disgusting how they give the units to you. My move in process was extremely unorganized and a mess! I moved from out of state and got to town at 11pm and Nothing was prepared. I had NO SHOWER HEAD. NO STOPPER so when I opened the coat closet door, it hit a light and glass shattered everywhere. I have small kids so this is a huge hazard. I then had to go to the store before midnight to get a broom. I spoke to neighbors and apparently this is not unusual. Same thing happened to them. I told the office and they fix the issue and resolve it but no sense of accountability or apology. They're so nonchalant. Nikki called me to tell me that my kids leaving their scooters out is a liability and that I would pay if someone were to get hurt. However, who is going to take responsibility for this glass shattering that could cause injury to me and my kids? I was paying a luxury/valet fee for 2 months without my knowledge and all for nothing because I wasn't even given a trash can until I went to the office to inquire about one. Not too soon of living here, I started seeing roaches. They sprayed but they kept coming back. This was a huge concern because I did not want them traveling with me to my new home! Again, My neighbors said they had the same problem. They keep the office pool clean always, but the second pool is always filthy which causes all of the residents to go to the main pool.. which leads to it being overly crowded. One week before it was time to leave this place, my car and 20 other cars got key'd! My brand new jeep, key'd front to back! To sum it all up, I move out of the apartment, cleaned it, and I was still charged $800 for a fridge because they said I left an odor in the fridge that they could not get out. Yet they still have no proof of this! I spoke to Nikki about this and she said the apartment smelled "so bad" so I went in there to grab something that I left, and me and my husband smelled NOTHING! This has to be how they make their money! Getting over and scamming residents of false charges. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I really really hate this apartment ...so much !!!!! The walls are VERY thin you can hear everything from your neighbors !! People play their music so loudly between quite hour and when you talk to the office staffs about the issue they don't really try to solve the problems. Also, dogs poops and garbages everywhere. Stay away from this place looks nice outside but it's miserable living here.

I lived here for 13 months while I was attending school, 2018-2019. It started off really good where the previous leasing consultant, April (who is no longer with the company) literally worked her magic to get my roommate and I - the unit we wanted within a super short turn around time frame and within our price range. The area itself is nice, clean and a safe neighborhood. When we first moved in our neighbors were great working people that kept the community clean but over time we noticed that the neighbors weren't so clean and you had to question what was going on. Broke down cars were parked in guest spots for long periods of time and cars without parking passes weren't getting ticketed. Parking is such a PITA if you have multiple cars. So be aware- not all units have garages. Super annoying. Also dog owners weren't picking up after their dogs, it was a sh!t show; literally. For the most part, I felt safe living there but there were a few times where they entered our unit without warning and set off our home alarm. That was not cool. In our contract we specifically noted that as tenants we wanted to be given at least a heads up on when someone was coming in, which we have voiced multiple times but no - they have came inside our unit unannounced before. Not okay. Looking back now - I don't think I would have moved here as the pricing is high compared to other places. You are really paying for the "Anthem" neighborhood which is supposedly the "90210" of Henderson. It's overpriced and the walls are thin, especially with the hardwood everything echos in the apartment. It's not that sound proof. Everything looks good but it's all for show. Like I said - I wouldn't recommend this place 1) because it's super pricey, 2) parking sitch sucks if you have multiple cars (you only get one designated parking pass) 3) the unit walls aren't that sound proof.

As a non-Vegas resident (I'm from NYC) it was hard since I wasn't too familiar with places and only have Google, Youtube and online reviews to read about. What I expect when viewing an apartment: Staff would be friendly and do their "job" of showing me the place. That's what happened with my other 12-15 viewings. Upon reaching "The View at Horizon Ridge". I was surprised there was only 1 woman working in the office. She greeted me enthusiastically and something felt strange (it felt like she actually "enjoyed" working here or really loved this place hmm) She then proceeded to show me around the apartment and I think it's a good mix of location, amenities and value. I then found out she also lives in the same apartment and loves the place. I was just surprised with her excitement and overflowing enthusiasm. I decided to go with this place and the application was smooth and easy. She had excellent communication skills over email and followed up through phone whenever something wasn't clear. It didn't feel like she was "annoyed" by my 23 questions regarding the apartment and application. She was actually happy to answer them all. I have a digital business and how I wish my staff was as friendly as her. What a great asset to the business! PS The very welcoming and friendly womans name is Xochitl. She is so helpful and friendly every time I have questions and concerns. Me and my family are now 1 week living in this apartment. I will do my best to update this review, add pictures as time goes by to help other people looking for the right place PROS: -Good value for the location -Excellent area, Green Valley Ranch has one of the lowest crime rates -Amenities include: pool, 4 modern bbq grills, a gym, shaded parking (but not reserved) -Gated community, safe & secure -They even have a pet salon & playground (none for humans though xD) CONS: -Might be higher rent than other places in the area, but you get what you pay for -No jacuzzi -Gym is a bit small -No reserved parking slot exclusively for you (if you don't rent the ones with attached garage) Would I recommend this place? Costco, groceries, hospitals are all only 10-12 mins away. Lots of gyms nearby and super safe neighborhood. I definitely recommend it to my friends and family! The overall quality of the apartments is poor, with construction and finishes that feel rushed and cheaply done. For the price point, the build quality does not meet reasonable expectations. Communication from the property manager is consistently poor. Emails often go unanswered, and it typically takes multiple follow‑ups before receiving even a minimal response. This lack of timely communication makes it extremely difficult to resolve basic concerns or get clarity on important matters. The maintenance supervisor is fantastic, and several members of the property staff are genuinely helpful. However, the maintenance team as a whole is very unqualified, which has resulted in residents facing unnecessary out‑of‑pocket expenses for issues that should have been handled correctly the first time. While the landscaping looks nice at first glance and it's great that the complex allows pets, the property is not maintained to match that appearance. The stench of urine is consistently strong throughout the grounds, making outdoor areas unpleasant to walk through. This ongoing issue reflects a lack of upkeep and attention to the overall condition of the community. Overall, the combination of poor construction quality, inadequate communication from management, unqualified maintenance work, and poorly maintained grounds has made my experience deeply disappointing. I strongly encourage future residents to consider these issues before signing a lease.

The first time i ever talked to the new manager she lied to my face multiple times. Vikki does nothing besides makes mistakes. I understand no one is perfect, but with the amount of mistakes she has made she should have been fired by now. Heres a wonderful example of a mistake that she made. She sent out an official letter to every resident at ONE60 via usps. The letter stated there would only be a rent increase of $100 a month. When it came time to resign my lease i was told the actual increase was $225 per month and that the noticed we received "was just a mistake". Not once between sending that notice to trying to resign my lease did they ever try to rectify that mistake, or even acknowledge the "mistake". They have failed to give a 24hr notice prior to entering my unit. Then i was threatened with a "strike on my record" because they were not able to gain access to my unit when they never gave a notice. The worst offense though is the build quality of the apartments themselves. In my unit for example if we get a heavy rain storm the corner of my unit in the living room will flood. When I reported the flooding i was told by their maintenance staff that there is nothing they can do to fix it, because it is an issue with the foundation. I had constant issues with my air conditioning unit leaking into my kitchen. Multiple issues with my dishwasher(which they claimed was my fault. Apparently im supposed to thoroughly wash my dishes spotless first then put them into the dishwasher). I was also told by a previous office member to stop putting in certain work orders for my unit. If you are sick of the issue being reported, maybe you should actually fix it the first time. Not get mad at me and tell me to stop reporting it. Then when you try to complain to the hire ups theyll, in short tell you to bad. Why do i say this? Well, i had to email one of the people above the manager on site. Some of the lights on the property have been out for a while and the security cameras were not working. In short what did they tell me? The security cameras are not there for resident safety, but only for the properties common areas. In short they dont care about you. Only their property. To summarize the office staff is incompetent and will lie directly to your face. The building quality is bad(they definitely sped through the building process). They find random crap to install onto the property or units to charge you more money(looking at you brivo crud home system). Finally you dont get what you are paying for. It is a rip off. Over $2,000 a month(plus fees) for a 2bd 2bth. "Competitive pricing". No. Thats another lie. You can move into a 3-4bd 3-4bth HOUSE for the same price or cheaper. Especially after all the fees they tac on. If corporate is reading this or any higher ups. Dont waste your time responding here. I emailed yall over a month ago and you told me to bad, so sad.
