I feel so honored to write the first official review for Adil's Salon & Spa. I first trusted Adil with my hair back in 2012. I discovered him while he was at Dazzle in Crystal City. Then, I followed him when he started working at Mancini de Paris in Arlington. Over the past 10 years, I have never been disappointed because he has such a gift for what he does! A perfect cut and blowout every time so now, he does the hair of my three stepdaughters, too. I am so thrilled that he has opened his own salon. He is meticulous and the salon and spa are amazing. You're not just a head of hair to Adil. He values you! Always. He's personable and the salon is family run, so, while I don't color my hair, his sister in law works the coloring side and his wife is there, too. No one is more deserving of having their own salon. If you want a clean and boutique style salon without the price tag attached, you've come to the right place. If you want a stylist who always listens who establishes not just a reputation, but an actual relationship with their clients, look no further. I'm getting married Sunday. Adil again gave me the perfect cut, a fabulous tour of his beautiful new salon, and it was worth the almost 2 hour round trip drive because he is a perfectionist! Adil has been cutting my hair for years, and I'm amazed every time he finishes a cut. Somehow he turns my explosion of hair into a great looking cut. I was excited to hear that he got his own place. The new shop is fresh and clean and my first cut was, as always, was a top notch experience. I love that Adil not only gives me a great looking cut, but also patiently sets me up to look good between cuts. He's helped me find the right product and approach to styling my hair; something I never appreciated before. I'm still not sure how he does it, but man am I glad I found Adil! read more

probably one of the worst salons in Arlington. Place was poorly kept and everyone at this shop was rude and dumb

Really wanted to like this place it's so convenient but will not go back, at least for color with Nancy.

I had highlights, cut, and blow dry with Fatima and it looks amazing. I've gotten several compliments on my highlights being so golden and shiny which is rare for me because I have naturally frizzy hair. Love her attention to quality. read more

I have been been a client of Adil's for 3 years now and I'm obsessed! He's the only person that I let touch my hair now. He's absolutely amazing, very polite and courteous and always makes time for you even when its last minute. His salon is super clean and the staff is very welcoming. I've never left out of his chair disappointed he understands my needs and my hair type. I came to his salon one day in tears because i had a freak accident that matted my hair really bad and I couldn't untangle. Unfortunately the only solution was to cut the matted part and he tried his best to salvage what he could. He did amazing considering how bad it was, and a month later my hair has grown so quickly I can hardly believe it! I definitely recommend him and his lovely wife and staff to any and everyone. read more

They are all the nicest people and so talented. Linda does amazing color. Nancy also does haircuts, color and keratin treatments. She's a wizard! This place is magic! Linda did my color for years before the pandemic. After the pandemic, she had left her old salon and I didn't know where to find her. So happy to have rediscovered her in this wonderful, new (opened a year ago) salon! Her color is amazing, (blond highlights for me, but she can do anything), and I also love my cut from Adil. Go to Linda for color! She is amazing! I have been going to see Linda for about 20 years. From my thirties when color was more for fun, to my fifties when the gray has made it more challenging. I have tried others a couple of times ( if she was away), but it's just best to wait for her. After your color, stay and have Adil give you the perfect cut and blowout. I have thick curly hair and can never get it to look the way he does! No need to Travel into the city for top level talent and customer service!!! Truly the best!! read more

I have been seeing Russo for almost 10 years, and I see her usually for waxing and facials. I will not let anyone else touch my face- even before I go on vacations or out of town I make sure I see her first. She is great with customer service- very patient and responsive when it comes to scheduling and changing my appointments. My skin absolutely glows after I see her- and I have naturally dry skin. Russo understands my skin and always recommends what I need- not only the right services but the right products as well. She is pleasant and friendly, and I always enjoy going to see her. I have been coming to Russo for 6-7 years for waxing services. I have a scar on my right brow that has made it challenging to shape, but Russo does a wonderful job at making sure my eyebrows both look the same. She is the only one I trust to touch my eyebrows. She also does a great facial, always leaving my skin feeling and looking amazing. The salon is beautiful and clean. Adil has also cut my hair and did a great job.
