AVOID - Drink was loaded with ice, chips were burnt/stale, queso was watered down.... No, I would not recommend eating here.

What a great little find! On a freezing day outside of Raleigh, I stumbled upon this cozy little…read morecoffee shop! Trying to get a little work done, I was pleased to find a comfy couch, power and Wi-Fi- in addition to the incredible twist on a Mexican mocha and an absolutely insane bacon, egg, and cheese on there in house made biscuit! Greeted by the friendliest barista, I made myself comfy on the couch and watched her work her magic. My " not too sweet" mocha had beautiful latte art. I was actually a little sad as I reached the bottom of the mug. So I opted for a decaf refill, it was pure perfection. Do yourself a favor & pop in to make this place your morning ritual.

The menu isn't broad, only a few options, which I was disappointed with. The staff was pretty decent, they forgot a few things, like a lemon for water when requested, a spoon for my yogurt. We ordered a burrito, the biscuit and eggs and the yogurt. Honestly, I was shocked at how good it was. Burrito had great flavor and was super filling. The biscuits were incredible! They were super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The jam it came with was also delicious. Overall, it was a weird restaurant set up and staff was iffy but the food was quite good! I likely won't go back because the menu is so limited but if you're in the area, it wouldn't hurt to stop by!

Crawford's became the perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy a great meal. Andrew took exceptional care of me. His genuine hospitality, attentiveness, and ability to strike that perfect balance between checking in and giving me space made all the difference. He helped me relax, enjoy my food, and get back on my feet before the next leg of my journey. A+ service from Andrew and a wonderful experience overall. Thank you!

My review may not be your experience and it's entirely based off what I ordered and cost. There's no bang for your buck here. The plus: - Music was good (Gwen Stefani "Sweet Escape" had me vibing) - Atmosphere near the bar is perfect for feeling like you're not in an airport - Server was quick and efficient (tipped him well - Food was hot - Loves the pickled okra that came with my meal The minus: - Pricing is steep for handhelds and entrees - My fish filet handheld was filling but not $28 filling (it was small) - Fresh but lacked flavor - No place to plug in for charging My handheld might have honestly cost them $4 total (with fries). And it was small and lacked flavor. I know, I know ... it's the airport. Just not what I had expected. Still, decent atmosphere if that's what you're looking for.

Very friendly and made our experience worthwhile. When they were out of the cucumber for my drink she adequately notified me of the additional wait time and was very understanding of me canceling the drink and single handily made me want to return to the goat. Give this girl a raise tbh bc this was the best dining I've had in a while!

I met a friend who had meetings on World Trade Boulevard near RDU. I suggested The Goat based on…read moreYelp reviews and because it was convenient to her meetings and Interstate 40 since she lives in the Charlotte area and was driving home that evening. Vickie was already there when I arrived and had ordered the Queso Skillet. It was a great way to start the meal. The sausage gave it a nice flavor and paired well with the queso. Although The Goat has a full bar, we both opted for soft drinks. I had a club soda with cranberry juice, which was mixed well and refreshing. After enjoying the sausage in the Queso Skillet, I ordered the Nonna Tavern Pizza with Italian sausage, caramelized onions, banana peppers, and basil marinara. Whatever blend of cheeses was used, the pizza was delicious. I also had a side house salad with apple vinaigrette, which was very tasty. Vickie ordered the grilled salmon and said it was quite good. The service was very good, and the space has a modern industrial tavern feel with upscale farmhouse and brewery-inspired design elements. It feels casual and comfortable while being more polished than a typical sports bar. One feature that sets The Goat apart is its coffee-and-breakfast concept. The coffee, breakfast, and work area is separated from the main restaurant and resembles the kind of modern, uncluttered coffeehouse you might find in a contemporary hotel or airport lounge. It creates a welcoming space for morning coffee, breakfast, or remote work before the lunch and dinner crowds arrive. After my visit, I learned that The Goat is operated by LC Hospitality, an Ohio-based company that has expanded the concept to several states. The Brier Creek location is one of multiple Goat locations, giving it the feel of a locally focused establishment while benefiting from a larger hospitality organization. Overall, this was a good experience. The food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was inviting, and the prices were reasonable. The combination of restaurant, tavern, coffeehouse, and social gathering space makes for a unique dining environment in the Brier Creek area.
