All this without sacrificing the integrity of the car, though. After getting them back to my car unfortunately the rim star pattern was to large - I took the wheels back initially seeking a refund to locate rims at another location - working with after placing the calipers on the holes it was agreed the tires wouldn't work - I didn't need four rims but they happened to have four rims for my make and model and with trade if my remaining good rims and cash we agreed to a price and the rims are in my car. Being six hours from home finding a shop like NGR and the service approach to meet me at a comfortable place to purchase four versus two rims was very refreshing. If I lived here without question I would return to this shop and attempt to give them more business. Plus they list opening at 9AM - they're open easily 30 minutes before. Thank you!

After having my vehicle for over 3 hours, they hadn't started one of the simplest services they offer. I had to leave without getting the inspection because I needed to get back to work for a meeting. If they were running behind, I would have appreciated an honest update instead of being told I was "next" again and again. This was on a brand-new truck, so there wasn't even any repair work involved, just a routine inspection. Extremely disappointing experience. I won't be bringing any of my vehicles back to Firestone.

When I went to get the rear replaced, they attempted to charge me the full price of a new tire (they argued that the flat tire was driven on while flat so they couldn't tell what happened-- but all I did was reverse three feet to give myself room to change the flat tire). Then, they never checked my front tire-- so I have to go AGAIN to get that one looked at. Then, even when I asked to keep the flat tire (to look it over myself), they refused to give it to me (trying to hide that they were lying). I finally got the tire back (after an argument from the front desk)-- and it clearly was not significantly driven on while flat. There were no punctures, no nails, nothing. Clearly, the installers had screwed up on two of four tires-- and I was left with the bill. The regional manager (a guy by the name of Josh) lied and evaded (he still hasn't returned my second phone call) to avoid any accountability from this company. All told, I'm down $900 and over five hours of phone calls and waiting in their uncomfortable lobby-- and I still have a leaking front tire. While I was waiting for them to replace my rear tire, two more costumers came in to complain about things Mavis had done wrong (including one customer whose tire was over 15 PSI over-inflated when leaving Mavis). I will never never never never never get work from Mavis again. You shouldn't either.
