Was sent on a wild goose chase by this company for them to not even have my car. Got to the Albany location and he asked about who I spoke with on the phone, told him not sure but they were rude. He instantly named Vinny. Don't know how their towing is, but I know they just wasted my whole day making me run around for a car they never had yet said they did.

The driver was young, probably in his 20's. He dinged my car (I paid for it to be fixed and a rental which cost $1100). I watched the driver hit my car as I stood and watched. I said, "You hit me." He said, "I thought you were spotting me." He immediately got out and took pictures of the damage and asked me if it was already there. Within days, I learned from my insurance company that the driver and Interstate Northeast were saying that the damage was preexisting. My insurance could not investigate because the damage cost was below my deductible. I have proof of when he arrived with the automatic text. The driver is saying the photo was taken before the work began. If one were to dissect the photo evidence, they would see the timestamp is 40 minutes after the time of arrival. Interstate Northeast does not care to help me.

Called back at 1pm to check - told they had just dispatched it and should be there in 20 minutes. Called at 230 to check. Told he'd be here here "within the hour" and had me send pics of the car to the driver. Called at 415 and the driver said he'd be here in 30 mins. The driver calls me to ask where I am... I send him my location. He informs me they sent him to the wrong address. He says he'll call me back in a few minutes because he is nearly 90 minutes away. He calls me back to tell me that they decided to cancel my tow because it was too far from where he was now. So I sat for 11 hours being jerked around, trying to be understanding that they were swamped, and they just canceled and basically said, "sorry about your bad luck" - I missed appointments all day because they couldn't use GPS and didn't care enough about anyone that isn't insurance to proactively call to tell me what was really going on.

The service was very quick and the two guys I met where very kind and patient. They even explained parts of my warranty that I wasn't aware of. The total bill before the warranty came out to be $176.03. After my warranty $113.04 Which may not seem like much but compared to Goldstein's $600 And Hyundai $276 I went home happy.

It needed some work though to bring it to the next level with regards to maintenance. I stopped in and met Mike and his wife. They gave me a tour of the facility where I saw other high end classics that they were working on. I developed a real comfort level with Mike and decided to give him the job to help me finish the car. What a great decision! From the onset, Mike was nothing but honest and reputable. He told me from the beginning that if I wanted this car in a month, he was not the right man for the job. I told him to take all the time he needed, just do it right. Well after 4 months I received a call from Mike. The Stang was completed and ready to go home!!! When I got my bill for services I was surprised to no end! The bill was less than I budgeted for, and nothing was missed! Mike, thank you for such a fine job!! I haven't put 10 miles on it since you gave her back to me, but I am happy with what you did!!!
