DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS They did to us exactly as a previous reviewer described. They gave us a very attractive quote based on our description of what was to be moved ($350-700). On the move in day they showed up with an extra mover and wanted to charge us $90 per hour rather than $75, promising that it would move faster that way. When we arrived at the new place they told us we owed $1400...double the max estimate and refused to unload our things until we gave them cash. We spoke to the owner over the phone who told his movers to release our things for $1200 cash, which we payed. So they unloaded our stuff onto the FRONT LAWN and took off. No receipt of course. Horrible service from this company. Stay away!!! I was given a quote based on a 5 hour minimum which was I was fine with. What I didn't know was that these crooks tack on additional charges once you're in the middle of the move. While packing my things, the foreman told me that to wrap my mattress, mirror, tv, picture frames etc would run me an additional $150 as it was $25 extra per item. How is it possible that a moving company doesn't wrap fragile items? This is a basic component of any move. Additionally they added on fees that should have been included the initial quote, like parking and tolls!!! That is a built in cost and shouldn't be passed on to the customer at the last minute. The foreman made me pay before the move was complete then requested these extras as a top up afterwards. Completely unprofessional. On top that at the end he stood there pressuring me for a tip saying "this payment is for the company" implying that the guys needed something for themselves. I felt intimidated so I reluctantly gave. I contacted these guys on a recommendation from a friend who I blindly trusted but in hindsight I should have done my own research. BE CAREFUL! I was persuaded to use this company by the positive reviews from another app (Thumbtack), but it turns out that this company is actually completely dishonest. I was provided a quote over email which stated $80/hr for 3 men and a truck including the cost of COIs (certificate of insurance). 3 days before my scheduled move, I get a call from the "owner" Gregoriy who tells me that the COIs are going to cost an extra $100 or he cancels my reservation. Before even giving me a chance to tell him that I have the quote in writing, he tells me "I don't want to argue with you over money because I have so much other business, so I'm cancelling your move." and hangs up. I'm pretty surprised about the other reviews on here, I had a very positive experience. Last week I moved my 2 bedroom from Brooklyn to Hoboken, NJ. I was really stressed about the entire situation, I found out I'd be moving very last minute (found an apartment close to the end of the month, with move in 1st of the month), so I had to plan everything very quickly. I called around a few places to get quotes. Admiral wasn't the cheapest but it was one of the most reasonable quotes I got but they seemed to really know their stuff. They also had good customer service, the rep was really friendly and responsive, calling me back within minutes every time I reached out (when I first called it was it was 9pm on Friday, so I was pretty surprised I wasn't getting a message line). Once moving day came, the movers were really professional, packing everything very carefully and efficiently, and the hours were on track with the estimate. Overall it was a quick and painless experience (as painless as moving can be I guess!), I'd highly recommend them. read more

This place is a complete scam! I was told $400 for 4 hours with everything included. When the foreman handed me the bill it was for $600. They charged me for packing supplies, gas and tolls! This was no where in the follow up email. After seeing I was clearly shocked the foreman then told me this happens all of the time. I also heard him on the phone with his boss saying "you need to speak with your sales people, they don't tell people what they are being charged for." The manager was completely unapologetic when I spoke with him. I told him "i was expecting $400 and to tip the movers and now I'm at $600 without tip." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews, the ones with less stars are not lying to you. I wish I would of read them before agreeing to contract them. Luckily, the day before we needed them (Mind you, we had been in contact for 3 weeks already and had already sent them a check deposit) a man by the name of 'George' called me YELLING at me, threatening to cancel his moving crew because we were trying to rip him off. Which is NOT true. But he wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise to speak to him and DEMANDED we pay them IN FULL the day before the services were even completed. I work for a well respected company. We do this sort of thing everyday. we even sent them money IN ADVANCE to secure their men for a job we had been in contact with prior to. But the day BEFORE we needed them they tried to cancel their movers on me unless we paid them over $1200 IN FULL, BY CREDIT CARD, BEFORE THE SERVICES WERE EVEN COMPLETED! I mean how ridiculous is that? On top of that, they wanted us to send them payment via a credit card form AND ATTACH A FRONT AND BACK PHOTO OF THE CARD ALONG WITH THE LICENSE OF THE CARD USER. Is that not identify theft? What kind of legitimate company requires all of that for one simple credit card payment? After this RIDICULOUS request my company researched their yelp reviews and came to find out how shady/illegitimate their business was. No insurance, quoting people hundreds of dollars less than they were charged in the end, and on top of that ruining/breaking their personal items AND TREATING THEM LIKE CRAP ALL ALONG THE WAY. I refused to use this kind of service and can only hope George's karma comes right back to him. We asked them to send the deposit back (which they did and is the only positive thing i can say about them.) and we hired a reliable vendor who did not try and rip us off for his services completed. What they don't tell you for a local move: - they will charge you $100 an hour for a minimum of 5 hours, including their travel time so basically, something in between $500 and $600 no matter what. - They want payment in cash only This was no where on the estimate paperwork or in the scheduling call. They did come in under the estimate price of $600 by $30, but the time it's going to take to repair the damage they did to our furniture undid any good. Broke the legs off three desks. They got their truck stuck in the mud and didn't know how to get it out - I had to figure it out, call the wrecker for them. They did pay for that...but that's when the head of the crew started getting very strident that I sign the papers and pay in cash. It got very scary. Also said that they had a mandatory 5 hour minimum charge - again, no where in the papers was this mentioned. At most, they did 2.5-3 hours moving. Demanded cash payment - no where in the estimate or budget was this specified so I didn't even have it on me. I had to call their boss to make sure he knew they were getting cash. Horrible. They were supposed to move me at 9am and kept pushing back the time. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and RUDE.

DO NOT USE . When they got to my house on moving day they told me only cash will be accepted , Although during the booking process I was told credit would be fine. I had all my items packed in boxes so they loaded the truck with my furniture and boxes. When we arrived at my new home they demanded payment before they would unload the truck . The bill that was supposed to be $600 was now $850 . They added so many inflated charges that were ridiculous . ( $85 tolls, $78 for tape , etc..) They dropped a stack of 4 boxes off a hand truck and broke many of my wife's glassware items. The crew foreman was very rude and pretended not to speak English when it was convenient for him . At the end, after he inflated my bill several times he tried to demand a 15% tip. I would not use these guys again even if they offered to move my stuff for free. read more

Admiral Van Lines came highly recommended by a male friend of mine who used Admiral Van Line when he moved from his apartment so I decided to go with them, BIG Mistake. From the time they stepped into my apartment, everything went wrong. As soon as they saw that I was an elderly woman alone, they started with their scam. I asked them what the total price of the move would be and they said they had to check over the apartment to see how much had to be move and also what packing or boxes had to be used. Once they had everything in the truck they said the total would be $756 and he would only take cash. I asked them for a breakdown of the $756, it did not match up with what I was quoted ($440) when I booked the move. Based on the size of my apartment I was quoted 2 men @$110/hr. for labor and 3 hours $110/hr. travel time. I was charged $125/hr. for both labor and travel. The quote said that the hourly rate for travel time included gas/fuel and mileage. I was charged and additional price of $40 for gas and $26 for tolls also I had to pay $100 for a COI. A deposit of $30 was required when I booked the move and charged to my Credit Card and at no time was I told that the balance was due in cash. They would not move my belongs with out the cash in hand first. I don't know about you but I don't have that kind of money hanging around so I told them I had to go to they bank. I should have called the police at that time. I meet them at my new apartment, and only when I showed them the cash would they unload my belongs. They were looking for a tip which they Did Not receive from me. I told them that their boss was running a scam of a business and that maybe they should look for a new job. After three weeks of phone calls back and forth with the owner trying to get some of my money back, he went from trying to give me $40 back to finally sending me a Money Order for $90 back which was for the COI which I should have never been charged for in the first place. Terrible experience. I'm regretting that I did not read reviews before hiring them. I had long distance moving they came to my house and did in house estimate. I thought what they quote me would be the price but when they came in they said it is 700 more I would understand mistake for 10% or even up to 20% but not 70% more. I refused them. And then the guy by the name of Alex called me and said everything will be ok tomorrow he will send the other crew who specialize in long distance move. Next day the story repeated the different man by the name of David came in and said just in front of my door it would be a $1000 more we end up yelling but I sent them away. He left my house and in 10 minutes return saying he can change me only 500 more but cash 60% now. That was almost a right price but I was not feel comfortable anymore. I asked him why they estimated so low not the real estimate especially they did it in home, he said if the prices me real I won't agree. having done some research on Admiral, we signed up for our recent move. The moving consultant was professional and quoted a price/hr along with a cap on max # of hours (clarified that there would not be any tolls or gas money for the truck that I'd have to pay). The final price was very close to what the estimate was and I was very pleased with that. The crew was professional, courteous and on time. Couple of things I was ticked about (which I found out later, to be fair): - I'd a small Glenlivet scotch bottle (the one you get in airplanes) - that was consumed and my kids' candy was all gone. Did not expect that at all. - although the crew asked us where the boxes needed to go, we seem to find many boxes misplaced as we are starting to unpack. For the most part this experience was positive but there are some opportunities. read more

My husband hired this company to move us within NJ. We opted for them to pack our belongings, which in hindsight was a mistake as items were stolen from us. These items included a diamond ring in an engraved ring box, two digital cameras, a National Geographic camera case, lotion, and paper towels. On moving day, my husband was informed that they do not move jewelry. However, in order for the movers to have known jewelry was present in our one chest of drawers, they would have had to open it; hence, the missing items. While packing, the movers took it as an opportunity to gain knowledge of our belongings and steal those of value. The individuals themselves spoke broken English, and they left behind quite a bit of trash (empty tape rolls, used cups, etc.) They also did not pack various areas of our home, including the coat closet and the laundry room. The final cost was above the quoted price due to the need for additional supplies, and it had to be paid in cash at the close of moving day. If you hire this company, proceed with caution. read more

Admiral Van Lines was one of the worst experiences of my life! I was quoted the price of $450. I told Andy EVERYTHING that was to be moved. I asked if he supplied bubble wrap for free. I got charged. He told me his men would pack for me. They refused. The foreman was awful from the get go. He yelled at me several times. Yelp should allow negative ratings. I'm only putting one star because I have to put a star down to write this review. A short list of grievances: 1. They told us that they accept credit card payments and when they arrived at the house we were moving in to, they refused to unload the truck unless they were paid in cash. They quoted us $400 and demanded payment of $600 in cash. 2. They told us we wouldn't have to pay for the return trip for the truck, got our business, and then demanded payment for the return trip. 3. An expensive pan parents bought brand new was mysteriously missing after it was loaded into the van and transported 50 miles. Ok, not so much "mysteriously", I think we all know who took it. The sad part is that we were happy with their services until the above happened. So if you want a good moving service, but are willing to part ways with some of your beloved items, you should definitely use this service. However, if you value the items that you are moving / have smaller items of value that you would like to make it to your destination, I would strongly suggest you use a different and better moving service. Anthony Palumbo is supposedly the owner of this moving company. I receive an email letter (quote) from him regarding the move so I decided to use Admiral Van Lines. What a big mistake! I was scammed. The three movers (Russian) were totally disrespectful. They even wanted to charge addition money for the move (Thank God I had a copy of the email). The short nasty mover was not going to unpack my items until they were paid, even begging for a tip. I paid them $400 ($80 for 5 hours worth of work. It took them only 38 minutes to load the truck and about 30 minutes to place it in the storage unit. Actually they we suppose to take 5% off the quote because they arrived 5 hours late to start the move from 9am arrived late at 1:45pm. In addition, the movers did not have to pack any of my items. They insulted my friend and I because they did not have do it. We ask them to use the blankets to put on my bedroom furniture. It was quoted in to email that they would use blankets, they did not use them. We provided our own blankets, they did use any covering on my furniture. They basically threw everything in the storage unit and I am afraid that they broke my 3 televisions, other items and ruined my furniture. Oh, I was never able to reach Anthony Palumbo. Do not use this company! Was quoted $500 prior to the move ($360 for the first 3 hours, $60 for every half hour after). Three men showed up in a rented Budget truck, packed, and then disappeared with my stuff for several hours. Instead, they charged $1460.00 cash. When I told them I couldn't take that much cash out at the ATM at once, they insisted I go to the bank to get cash. They followed me there and even stood at the teller until it was take out. I'd give them zero stars if that was possible. What was supposed to be a quick, easy move from an apartment to a house less than 15 minutes away turned into an absolute disaster due to Admiral. This is a long review but something that anyone who is considering hiring them really should read. We scheduled them to come on a Friday at 9:00 am. The day before, they called and asked if they could come at noon instead and offered a 5% discount for the inconvenience, which seemed reasonable and we agreed. However, Friday morning they called to change the 12:00 appointment to 1:00, and then called again to say the truck broke down and they would come on Saturday (the next day) at 11:00 am. Saturday, they called to move the 11:00 start time to 12:00, and they finally showed up at 2:40 in the afternoon in a filthy truck completely covered with graffiti. After loading the apartment and bringing everything to the new house, they demanded payment before unloading our furniture. This wouldn't have been a problem, except we were told that the rate was $85 per hour, with a minimum of 5 hours. When we described the size of the move to "Andy" at Admiral, he stated there would be a "cap of $500" on the costs. Since they only accepted cash, we went to the bank and withdrew that amount to have available to pay them. Well, the movers at hour hose told us we owed them over $650 - not only the $85/hour for the move, but a 10% "fuel surcharge" and $60 in tolls - even though there is not a single toll from the apartment we moved out of to the house we moved into! (They also did not deduct the $25 credit we were told we'd receive since Admiral advertises they provide moving boxes, but did not give us any.) After about 20 minutes of arguing, and attempts to call Andy - who, curiously, answered the phone when the movers called, but not when we called - they agreed to take the $500 as long we promised to give them tips via personal check (yes, we had to agree to tip them before they unloaded our furniture). The three movers (two guys and someone who I think was one of their teenage sons) then unloaded our furniture, complaining the whole time that we wanted a fairly large couch carried downstairs to the basement and other furniture to other rooms, so we finally agreed they can just bring the boxes into the house and leave them in the front room for us to move later. After they finished, as agreed, I gave them a personal check (made out to cash) with a tip of $20 per person in the crew - what I considered reasonable for less than 4 hours of work, especially considering the scheduling disaster and argument over the bill. They started speaking to each other in a foreign language, obviously unhappy with the amount of the tip, and refused to accept it. They stormed out of the house and spit on our walkway as they returned to their truck to leave. Then, within a half hour of leaving our house, they started sending my wife text messages with sarcastic comments like "Thank you for respecting our labor" and various emoji. To call this completely unprofessional would be an understatement. To cap it all off, we later observed they left a pack of cigarettes in our garage and an empty cigarette box in our front yard, and drove their truck over our newly-sodded lawn, ripping up several square feet of grass in the process. There is literally not one single complement we can offer about Admiral or this moving experience. Be advised that this company is now operating under the name Atlantis Van Lines not Admiral. Also be advised that you will get a low-ball quote in order to reel you in however expect to pay at least three to four hundred dollars more by the time these guys are done. They are scammers in that they will send a truck that is definitely smaller than what you need even though you described in full what your needs are. They will take very long to pack the truck and by the time you get on the road they will surprise you with the fact that what you were quoted has already expired and you will now have to pay more for the labor to unload the truck. Expect them to not give you your valuables or delicate items any sort of care or deference and pack things in a ridiculous way that will ensure scratches on your precious furniture. Also the main guy will mangle your things and take them apart unnecessarily. Also expect them to try and weave in fraudulent charges and pay make you pay for things that you paid for such as moving boxes for special items like TVs or mirrors. Make sure to go through whatever they try to charge you extra and argue it off - such as a COI. The main guy is an aggressive jerk will try to badger you for a tip even after you paid several hundred dollars more than you expected to pay. Tell him forcefully to go away and leave you alone! This moving company did not arrive on time and charged me more after arriving. Would not recommend.

Showed up an hour late. No phone call. I had to call after 30 mins of waiting. Was told they are 10 mins away only to wait another 1/2 hour. Was quoted 95/hr (min 4 hrs) plus 95 travel so $475. I added an extra hour since I was moving to a 5th fl apt (my move 2 yrs ago only took 3.5 hrs and I moved from a house to apt, I had more stuff). After two hrs in I was told it would be more money because of extra materials. For what? They shrunk wrapped my living and bedroom furniture and my tv. No mention of that on the phone from Greg when I scheduled this. I told Greg exactly what I had to move. Annoyed I told this guy no one told me this and he opened the contract to "packing supplies" under that it said "all other materials additional charge". And showed me that. I said "ok". Use the blankets that are included". He said he couldn't and asked if they should stop. Well "no, you have all my boxes on your truck now". So they proceeded and boy did the pace slow down. 4 hrs later we were on our way to my apt 10 mins away. As soon as we got there he wanted payment. My total $807!!!!! Then he wanted to discuss tip! Do you believe that!?!?! Told him we'll discuss that AFTER my furniture is in safely and based on how quickly they move this afternoon. Well, needless to say they picked up the pace. By 3:30ish they were done. Part of my sleigh bed was all scratched up. For some reason they didn't shrink wrap that. 4 of my cream colored couch cushions were filthy (brought that to his attention with no reply) and I noticed next day that he left a bolt out of my dining room table top because it wouldn't screw in ( I had to take the other three out and line the table back up and put them in myself). This is probably the worst moving company in business today. You get a written binding proposal and when they have all your stuff on the truck they give you a bill that is three times the price of your original "binding" proposal. They tell you that your furniture will be delivered in 3-5 days. It has been a week and we still don't have our stuff. You call them and you can barely understand the people that answer because they have such thick accents. I would say that if you are looking for a moving company that you run as fast as you can away from this company. I give them no stars. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away from this business! Stay away from this Russian business. THis is well organized and well operated scam. DO NOT GO FOR IT! Yes, this is Russian business. In my case. There were two people playing "bad guy/good guy", .....and two absolutely great movers - just kind and very sincere men, and i am grateful to these two for everything they did to help me move and feel a little better in this nasty situation. And the only star i am able to give this "company" - is because these two there to really help! not playing any "roles". Price looked sweet ($400 for 5 hours if we stay within), though - i knew it was never quite accurate, and allowed for about another $200. My move did not require any "moving insurance". In reality it all started with appearance of "AVIS" small struck. Well, did I expect to see "Admiral Van Lines" painted on it instead? Who knows. Next, when we went to review charges, i was told that I had to pay "moving" (o movers?" insurance" of over $100 on top of all other calculations (i do not remember exact amount i was told first). I said I did not: the building i was from from did not require any insurance of that kind, neither the destination location. The head guy dialed - i believe - main office, had a quick exchange with them, and passed the phone to me, where i was barked at (unbelievable!!! I already forgot this way of treating customers) aggressively. By the way the "boss' spoke - i felt he was either insane or gravely insane. He was screaming at me all the way. "Boss"'s point was either i pay in now, or he CALLS OFF the crew right away. I was dumbfounded for a minute - i had to move out on that day, and did not expect this turn of events. The main guy started negotiations, and my "moving insurance" price at first went down to $100, then lower. Then we "agreed" i do not pay it. But I will pay "materials", though it was initially included in the price. We finally proceeded to the move itself. I had all stuff going to the truck neatly packed in boxes. Other items (we were moving 1 bedroom) were prepped and emptied. It took the crew 3.5 hours to load stuff on the truck, as they were wrapping ... a wrapping... and wrapping..... and definitely were taking time. ---- When we were at the destination, I was presented with the full bill, where my total was...... $963, and did include: hours, gas, tolls (!) (i asked where did they see toll on the road - they said they were coming from Bayonne, and took I-95 to Fort Lee, and after they will be again taking I-95 to get back to Bayonne!), one hour to get back from the destination location and OVER $200 in Packaging costs. WOW! As i mentioned before - i knew i would need some extra cash (yes, they only take CASH), and had another $200 with me. But I needed a lot more. The movers refused to unload the truck till i pay them full amount. The closest bank location was 40 minutes by car from the destination. 40 minutes. away. Fortunately, my daughter uses different bank, and she went for money. Movers were waiting for money. Head guy declined me paying $600 as deposit that they start unloading. He said, "boss" told them not to start before all money is received. well, everything ends. eventually. I this case, they did not have exact change. only partial. of course. well, if they did not escalate bill that much - I would leave them tips. they still moved me. and i had to give them $980. I literally made this yelp account just to review this company. I have never left a review in my life, but I can't allow this company to continue to be hired. I was moving from LI to Queens. Hired this moving company that at a glance on google reviews was a 4.8 out of 5. After this incident quickly realized they had a ton of very negative reviews on other sites like yelp. I was quoted a bid based on my moving needs. On the phone very nice and accommodating. When moving day came company arrived 3 hours later than expected although they were keeping in touch which was nice. When they arrived they went over the moving contract and mentioned if the move takes longer than the time expected there would be an additional charge per hour. I quickly started realizing they intended to make this move take longer than the 4 hours quoted to me over the phone. After I expressed my concern the driver gave me a more accurate quote of a 6 hour move. I asked how that could be I love in a small 1 bedroom with only about 5 large pieces of furniture and they were 3 men. The driver said I had a lot of smaller stuff and the traffic was really bad getting to my destination. I told him to please just move the large pieces and not to worry about the smaller things because of the cost factor. The first piece that was moved was dragged across the hardwood floor leaving scratches. I didn't want them to continue destroying my landlords home so I asked where are your moving blankets? He told me wrapping the furniture would be an additional cost. I wasn't asking for my furniture to be wrapped I assumed moving blankets were an essential and included part of the moving process. So they agreed to use them at no additional charge. I needed a treadmill moved to the lower level of the current home I was in and told them when I moved here the movers were able to take 1 piece off and move it very easily. The man asked me what pieces to remove. I said I have no idea aren't you a professional moving company? How do you not know this? Then as they started to disassemble my bed and a small sofa i mentioned to take the door into the apartment off the hinge bc it would make it easier to maneuver and he wouldn't need to take things apart. He said that's not necessary.. I decided to call the main number I had booked this company with and the man asked me to call the 1800 number provided in the email confirmation. When I called the man asked to speak to the driver. Which obviously added more time into my move. He told me they would use moving blankets and wrap things at no additional charge and that if there was damage to the house or my stuff I could file a complaint and they would reimburse me. I let them continue thinking they would be some soon but the more they were the apartment the more furniture they continued to disassemble and the longer this move was taking. The pieces they were taking apart were not huge or heavy. I finally after calling some family members had them stop the move and ask that they bring all my stuff back into my apartment. I was afraid they would get to my new apartment and hold all my belongings hostage. Which is basically what they ended up doing. I was forced to pay for the time it took them plus the time it would take them to bring everything back into my apartment. The total was 3 hours $270. Only 1 hour less than the original quote. Thank god I didn't let them finish. It would have taken 10 hours. So after all this I never moved at all today and now need to find another moving company. All the positive reviews for this company HAVE to be fake reviews. It's not possible that anyone had more than a HORRIBLE experience with this company. I wish I handled things so differently and never let them start the move in the first place. I wish I had called the police. This company needs to be forced out of business. If you read this please also file complaints with BBB and use your local and non local news to keep submitting stories of how you were scammed so they can be forced to be investigated. read more

This is the worst moving company I have ever used. They tell you one price and charge you something different after they put your stuff in the truck. They did 4 hrs of work and charged me for 12 hrs. The worse customer service ever. read more

Terrible! The owner is a prick, has terrible customer service skills! They showed up 2 1/2 hours late. When I called to find out eta and tell them I'm upset for waiting the owner started yelling at me, telling me my way or the highway. Don't worry I gave them a hell for that. They had all these hidden fees like oh we charge for tape and and extra 150 for set up ... wait that wasn't told to me or in my quote! I moved to a different building is all. They dragged my furniture , spent quality time on their phone to drag out the time, rarely spoke to me and spoke to each other in Their native tongue. DO NOT USE THEM! After all was said and done they stood at the door asking for a tip because they worked so hard ... here's a tip ... show up on time, be friendly, don't be a**holes, and don't drag furniture. Worst company ever. Michael came from their office and quoted me $1,100. I was in contact with GREG from their office until the day of my move.once the movers arrived and requoted me I was not able to reach anyone's from their office and no one ever responded to me messages. I was charged almost triple the amount. Hustled for money and disrespected. The guys who seemed like family workers drank alcohol on the job and wasted time so they can go over and be paid more. I was demanded by the movers to pay them a tip . All if not most of my very expensive furniture was damaged. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked them. These guys are Russian mobsters. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They do not know how to treat customers and do not keep their word. One person in particular is Gregory. He was very rude and unprofessional. As you can see on the other reviews, this is very common for his behavior. He demanded cash only the day of the move even though I was told cash or credit by the sales manager. We are fortunate we canceled the move and will never use them or recommend them. The other reviews are very similar to my experience and only see one review that is positive. read more

These guys will try to rip you off with ridicules overpriced materials that they overuse when they pack your things up. It was so horrible experience. I ended up paying double what I was quoted for. Keep away from these guys. Don't fall on their scam. read more
