They…read moresaid no problem, 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we call again asking about the status of the van. They said it's on the way. (They didn't give us a cab number, unfortunately.) We called again after 30 minutes and they said they don't have any cabs available and tried to give us another number to book with someone else. We luckily managed to hail a van that had just dropped off a group so we didn't have to deal with Glacier Taxi and Tours' incompetence any more.
