There are other pluses, including friendly staff, support for community activities and support for food drives. But the bottom line is that I've never been disappointed in the quality of the work. The good parts are very good -- very friendly and helpful people who give back to the community…read more Doing a comprehensive inspection on your vehicle in return for a donated bag of groceries is a really outstanding gesture of care. You get photos and detailed notes on the inspection electronically, and they also print out a list of their findings for you to have. Now for the not-so-good. The major not-good is the outrageous prices they quoted in their estimate for suggested and needed repairs. Most of the items on the list were things we could do ourselves for far less money. Some were curious -- when the key fob and interior button wouldn't open the trunk, it seems the mechanic never tried just using the manual release on the trunk itself, which works fine. Similarly, they wanted a couple hundred dollars to diagnose why the TPMS system light was flashing, but they never aired the tires up to spec or test drove the vehicle to see if the light went steady or went out. And nearly five hundred dollars to replace the battery? I'm a shade-tree mechanic from way back, and it feels insulting to be quoted exorbitant prices for things that anyone who can follow directions can do. So, if your car repairs are paid for by insurance and the adjuster approves, or if you have an unlimited car repair budget, I'm sure this shop will do a great job, and you'll love interacting with the personnel. But we have already gotten the oil changed for less than 2/3 of their quoted price, and have two quotes on some major service that would have cost literally one to two thousand dollars more at this shop, so we'll reluctantly pass on any further work there.

The rear camera gets hit by things I load into the back (because they placed camera where they wanted) not where I wanted them to put it. They hard wired the system without using a single fuse. When I questioned them about the fuses they lied right to my face and told me they did use the fuses, but it directly wired to the wiring harness below the fuse box. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS PLACE. I went back twice to no avail.

This business put an interlock system on my girlfriend's car at the request of her parents. During the installation this scumbag continuously made inappropriate comments while instructing her how to blow into the unit. Even suggesting that she practice on male to get the "blowing procedure correct". I thought this was very unprofessional when she arrived home and explained what happened. You have to have this devices re-calibrated monthly. She insisted I accompany her the next time she had to go, which I did. I thought everything was okay but while I was inside the business, Michael approached my girlfriend while she was in my vehicle. He asked her to get into his truck, which she did cautiously. He again started to make inappropriate comments and she exited the vehicle. Upon her next visit she texted him to setup her appointment. This guy starts to get creepy. Michael's texts to her included: "So do I get a big hug....", "Thanks can't wait until tomorrow....I get to see you", "I love to see you", "So do I get to see you some time if I fix it", "I saved you money on the install", "Thanks you are amazing" and "wished I could have stayed hugging you longer". She contacted me after this appointment and sent me screens shots of there conversation. She told me she was extremely uncomfortable with encounter. She paid extra to have this interlock system removed due to interactions with Michael at Cartunes. This individual in my opinion should not be in operation.
