Excellent dentist. He redid some old crowns from years ago and now I have a beautiful smile again. No pain no problems .

I hate to admit it but I have not been to the dentist in over five years since Covid started. I feared the worst going in but the hygienist cleaned me up and said my teeth were in good shape with no new cavities only two old ones that were failing. This was great news! Dr. Adomian recommended two crowns and in the past they took a while to get, over a week. He did the first one a week later in three hours and a month later he did the second one in about the same time. I am very happy with this dentist and will return often. My husband broke a tooth on a Friday night and I was in desperate search for a dentist that was taking new patients and was open the next day (Saturday). I found Dr. Adomian's office and called the next morning. They got him in right away. My husband already had huge anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Adomian and his staff value patient comfort so much, they made my husband feel at ease. They explained everything that was happening and made sure he wasn't in any pain the entire time. The experience was so positive, we are both now patients and have gotten care several times. Each time we've had the same great quality of care. The only downside is that the office is located across the street from the hospital so parking on the street is limited and you have to pay to park in the lot. (There is no parking validation) read more

The staff and hygienist are awesome. The doctor himself, not so much. I was told I have a cavity, and I've never had one before, so I asked Dr. Garo how it's treated, and he responded "I stare at it." That was his asshole response. My question was valid considering I've never had any major dental work done before, but it was just a silly cavity to him. If you're looking for a big ego, check this guy out. We were so fortunate to stumble across this office! They fit me in for a root canal and then saw my daughter for a deep cavity. Dr Adomian was the best! No pain at all! I've had a lot of not so pleasant things happen with my teeth and the Dr has helped me. He even contacted me after hours while I was out of town having a dental emergency which I really appreciated. They have Netflix to distract me while I'm getting my teeth worked on and they perfected the art of covering my other teeth during major work since I'm sensitive to cold air and water. The only drawback is they don't validate parking anymore but neither does quest laboratories and I go there a lot too. Haha. read more

Dr. Garo and his staff are amazing! My family and I are fairly new to CA. We've been going to our previous dentist for many years so I was very nervous about going to a new dentist. We went and had our annual X-rays and a cleaning and everything was great. I had to come back to have 3 old fillings replaced and the entire process was great. I didn't feel any pain and I watched Netflix during the procedure. From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, hygienist and Dr. Garo all are nice, very welcoming, professional and great at their careers. I highly recommend this office. The only negative is if you don't find street parking you have to pay to park. read more

My dad and granddad were both life-long dentists and I spent my childhood running around a dental office pretending I was one too. They were also teachers at a dental school, and took a lot of personal and professional pride in their craft. So when I moved to LA from NYC during the pandemic, I was reluctant to find anyone new and like many, I procrastinated. I've been seeing Dr. Adomian for about six years now (as has my wife and daughter), and he's been amazing! He's highly skilled in fillings, bridges, partial bridges, root canals, and more. He even does Invisalign and provides excellent support for that as well. He's all in on the latest tech and can 3D print many fixtures in office, saving money and extra trips to the dentist. I came to Dr. Garo from another dentist in Sherman Oaks that I'd been seeing for five years. After multiple painful experiences at my former dentist, I was a little shell shocked, especially since I knew I had to get a root canal (my former dentist told me it was just my sinuses and it would go away when I asked him months prior about the pain). Dr. Garo was incredibly informative right from the beginning. He showed me the tooth that needed a root canal and the tooth behind it that was cracked and in need of a crown. I told him about my former experience and asked him if laughing gas was an option. A $75 fee was more than worth it to stay calm during a root canal especially when it was the absolute first experience with this dentist! I was pleasantly surprised about both experiences with Dr. Garo. Anytime I even had the slightest bit of sensitivity he addressed it immediately. I also loved watching Netflix while he worked. Both Dr. Garo and his hygienist were kind and understanding of my nerves and I'm so glad to have found another, better dentist! read more

this dentist ruined my teeth. he doesnt listen to patient needs or concerns. he is arrogant and unprofessional. he doesnt know what he is doing. i went through pure torture with him. his shots hurt for days after getting them. he ruined my teeth and put me through unnecessary trauma. i received 14 crowns and he had to redo 10 of them because he is incompetent. he gave me bulky crowns that were horrible and did not fit my mouth. his crowns gave me speech problems. the crowns injured my tongue constantly. he didnt care. he changed my bite to an ugly protruding bite. he completely changed the shape of my teeth. the uglies bulkiest teeth are given at this office. if thats your thing then go for it. read more

A dentist for me has to be compassionate. I have been fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Adomian by my Primary Care physician's office way back in 2000. He has a nice hand in that he is gentle and compassionate with his patients when he is working on them. The office is state of the art, comfortable and clean. His staff is pleasant and easygoing. I had a molar removed, a night guard fitted, x-rays, and a teeth cleaning. Dr. Adomian and his staff are great, efficient, don't keep you waiting, and are really relaxed. He explains everything he is doing as he does it, and they are honest. My insurance ended up paying more than they thought and they credited me that extra money on my next visit. So i HATE the dentist. So much so that it had been nearly 10 years since i had gone in. So i saw Dr. Garo and I'm so glad i did. I had a cleaning by a hygienist (ugh i forgot her name) and she was so lovely and talked me through everything. She warned me of noises, scraping, all of it so i was never surprised. I then had cavities filled and i felt NOTHING. Dr. Garo and Maria walked me through everything he was doing and i just listened to music during the drilling. He's also very fairly priced which is another reason i chose him. So glad i found my new regular dentist where i no longer dread going!! read more
