Tye is pretty much the sweetest! She greeted us when we walked into her shop (located between Royal Lane and Forest, off of 75). She took her time getting to know Bailey and asked for some details of the cut we wanted. We dropped Bailey off this morning at 8am and my hubby picked her up at 5pm. Tye told us to bring a few of her favorite toys and she could hang out for he rest of the day, no problem! This is such a great find. I really appreciated Tye allowing her to stay. It made it so easy for us and convenient. Bailey looked adorable when we picked her up. We choose the face, feet and sanitary trim. I added on the anal gland expression ($10). It came to $37. I am so glad I found Adorable Grooms. I was new to getting a dog groomed. I've taken my maltipoo to a 'chain' company for grooming since she was 9 weeks. They were okay but it was clear it was just a job and I really didn't feel comfortable leaving her. She was also very jumpy which made me uncomfortable. On a whim I did a search for groomers near me. They are wonderful all the way around. They keep you informed. They are very gentle and they make sure you feel comfortable leaving your pet. Every experience has been wonderful. I've been to a few places to get my puppy groomed and this is definitely my favorite. I've been back every few months and pleased each time. My yorkie Mila is not really a fan of getting groomed but I'm not really sure if any dog is. Their customer service is great and they remember their clients (pups) and owners by name. It's fairly easy to get an appointment. I usually call and leave a message and get a call back that same day to schedule. Sometimes we play phone tag but my appointment always gets scheduled and phone calls returned that same day. I pick her up and her cut is always done well and she smells yummy. I will keep coming back as long as I have my Mila. read more

She listens carefully to what you want for your dog, and she delivers a great service for reasonable prices. Adorable Grooms specializes in washing and grooming your pets. My girlfriend and I took our poodle in to Adorable Grooms after waiting far too long for a routine grooming. Rather than balk at the challenge, Adorable Grooms set to work bring out his fierce inner-self. A few hours later, he was looking great and seemed happy with the experience. It was clear that the staff took good care of our dog. The facility itself is spacious with an open entry way and separate grooming area in the back. There are cages to hold the dogs after drop-off and before pick-up. The drop-off process is simple and Tye makes sure she knows what you want your dog to look like when she's finished. It's important to note that Adorable Grooms takes good care of the dogs while they are being groomed. Too often, larger groomers like Petsmart have lower standards are care and attentiveness. Dogs are often uncomfortable during the grooming and there are frequently cuts and injuries because of the stress. This will not happen at Adorable Grooms because each dog is given the attention and time that he or she deserves. Overall, I would give Adorable Grooms my highest recommendation. It's a little tricky to find, because it's on the access road to 75, so if you are coming from the south make sure to go far enough to make a comfortable u-turn. read more

Love, love, love my pups' grooms from Adorable Grooms! They did a great job with both of them, but especially with the cut on my terrier mix. Typically groomers have a hard time with his coat, and he ends up bristly, uneven and itchy. I just figured that's how it has to be, and only got him cut in the summer when the heat would be too much for his thick coat. But when he came home from Adorable Grooms, his coat was smooth and cut evenly, and you could tell he knew how handsome he looked. It was so good I made a point to call them the next day and compliment them on the work they did. The staff are incredibly friendly and clearly care about the animals. We will definitely be using Adorable Grooms for our pups from now on. read more

The only condition to that is if you're referred by Preston Royal Clinic so obviously there is some sort of kickback partnership there. Tye (owner) is such a wonderful lady! If you get her voicemail, she will always get right back to you. Nowadays, I don't expect to speak to a live person anyway. Tye and her staff are thorough and professional. Always upbeat and pleasant--never a bad experience. The salon is also very well-ventilated...no smells! The shampoo she uses is also easy on our dog(s) skin and is a very light/faint fragrance. My dogs don't mind going into the salon either, which is a good sign. They'll walk into the back with Tye, without any issues (they feel at ease with her). I think it has a lot to do with her cheery disposition! read more

My husband and I have recently started bringing our goldendoodle to Adorable Grooms and have been blown away! We've had some very bad experiences other places where the staff is just terrible to picking up our pup and he looks completely different (ie. shaved, etc.). This has NEVER happened with Adorable Grooms! The staff is friendly, our pup is always groomed exactly as discussed and best of all our dog is not panicking when we drop him off or pick him up! Just called Adorable Grooms to schedule an appointment based on the wonderful reviews I've read on Yelp. The woman on the phone inquired about how I heard of them. When I mentioned Yelp, I was told that they're no longer accepting new clients due to the overwhelming response to their Yelp account and I should "try calling back in a few months." Sorry? What kind of business sustains itself with that type of response to a potential new client? Perhaps you should close your Yelp account before turning down the new business it provides?!? I decided to try this place after seeing the reviews and I was not disappointed! I have a 13 year old miniature yorkie. We usually like to cut her short which a lot of groomers have a tough time understanding until after a couple of tries. Not only did Tye get it right, but she even added a few touches to make Bella look even more cute! Tye was friendly, professional, and very caring to my Bella. The store itself was extremely clean and has very easy access. Not only was she thorough but she was extremely efficient as well. It did not take an extremely long time to do a full groom. She even mentioned to me that she would have to leave some hair around my dog's tongue ( her tongue sticks out) as safety was her number one priority. This shows me Tye truly cared about my dog and I felt very comfortable leaving Bella in her hands. Definitely would recommend this place; I've already booked Bella's next appt. read more
