    I've been a dedicated customer of Dallas Mobile Pet Spaw since Sadie was a kitten. Working with the groomer, Julie, has been an absolute pleasure; her vet experience, personable nature and genuine love and concern for animals is evident in every interaction! They never fail to do a fantastic job and their doorstep convenience is excellent. Danielle is always friendly, reliable and efficient with her scheduling and customer service. I absolutely recommend their services to the Dallas pet community!

    This is the best Mobile Pet Spa in the Dallas area! All the ladies are so kind and communicative. You can really tell they love their job and the animals they take care of. Their work is beautiful and I would recommend them to everyone I know!

    If I could give negative stars, I would. Not dependable, unprofessional, hostile owner, Lack of communication, bad communication, Borderline harassment Back in January, I got a quote from the owner, Danielle. It was over double what I was paying elsewhere, so I stuck with my current groomer--until now. I decided to try mobile grooming hoping the one-on-one care would ease my dog's anxiety. I chose this business despite the high cost because they promised two groomers--ideal since my dog gets snippy about her paws. I explained my strict schedule to Danielle: I needed arrival between 5 and 5:30 or we'd have to book for another week. She confirmed it would work on Thursday. Day of (yesterday) - I got an automated text saying 5-7pm arrival. which conflicted with what she'd told me-- but ya know, automated texts - so I didn't think much of it. By 6pm, no groomers. No update. I texted her while on work calls, and she said she'd have the groomers give me an eta - they were behind due to a call out. When the groomers texted they didn't give an ETA like she promised - but said they were dealing with a special needs dog and THAT was why they were behind. Having had a special dog in the past, I empathized and said its ok. Surely they'd be here soon. NO UPDATE UNTIL 730pm, saying they'd be here around 8. They showed up after 8pm, and Bella wasn't done until 10:15pm. If I were three hours late to a client call with this kind of poor communication, I'd lose my job. But somehow, this was fine here? The groomers themselves were kind, and Bella liked them. But when I asked Danielle via text--20 min before they were done--if she'd consider a discount due to the massive delay, she ignored me, despite having just answered an unrelated question. Bella's nails, the main reason for this appointment, weren't done because the sedation wore off from waiting. I know she can be difficult, but in her three years of life, no one has actually failed to do her nails - Let alone a two person team. Still, I understood, but it was frustrating--especially after knowing this costs almost $300. When I requested a discount, the lead groomer called Danielle and spoke to her privately for 4 to 5 minutes and then came out and informed me that Danielle refused any discounts. I called Danielle and when she answered with a tone, I let her know I'd be leaving an honest 1-star review if she wasn't willing to discuss it, she told me NOT TO PAY AT ALL and to NEVER CALL HER AGAIN and then HUNG UP ON ME. Floored, I informed the groomer and then I still tipped each groomer $25 (the cash I had on me) and sent them on their way. I thought this terrible experience was done. Then she started texting me passive-aggressive comments like "Poor girls..." and continued harassing me after telling me it was too late for me to text her. She was still typing away when I had to block her. I'VE ATTACHED THE JARRING CONVERSATION HERE. Bella's haircut? Choppy face, dirty spots around her mouth, nails untouched, but most importantly - a small nick on her neck. On top of that they put bows on her ears, but essentially use rubber bands to secure them in her hair. Anyone that has a doodle knows trying to get rubber bands out of a doodle hair (even my own hair) is painful for them and difficult for me, at best. I was sad this business wouldn't be available when I move out of the area--but after tonight? Good riddance!! LITERALLY NEGATIVE STARS

    They did an amazing job with my corgi, Franklin. Pricing was discussed with me beforehand, which I really appreciated. The groomers were friendly and communicative and arrived a little earlier than my schedule appointment time. The full groom only took about 50 minutes! My dog had such a great time that he didn't want to leave the van when I came to pick him up. While I can't afford luxury pet grooming all of the time, I really felt this was an exceptional service and would absolutely book with them again.

    This was my 3rd time & my dog came back inside licking the blood off of his dew claws that were clipped way too short. I have never ever had an experience like this in the grooming world but I will not be letting this company groom my dog again to be hurt again. I requested a partial refund & they refused. Their argument was that the hair under his paw pads were matted but the cut was on the. groom my dog again to be hurt again. I requested a partial refund & they refused. I spoke with the groomer once I found out about the cuts & she said "well there's sharp objects that we work with". So apparently it's expected to receive your dog back with blood & cuts. I don't know the name of the groomer who groomed my dog but she shouldn't be allowed to groom dogs at all. The groomers before her were wonderful but this new groomer gave my dog back with 5 areas that were bloody/cut. That should tell you something about their hiring system. Completely unprofessional service & extremely disappointed in this company. Now I have to prevent my dogs paw pad from getting infected & wrap it so that his skin doesn't burn on the hot summer pavement.

    Danielle, Yasmin, and Maria did an amazing job with my golden doodle Luna. This is my third time using them for Lunas grooming service and they go above and beyond every single time I love that they take their time with my girl and pay attention to every detail. Thank you guys!

    Best service I have Received from a Mobile Pet Spa. Arrived on time ,friendly staff, easy to communicate what I wanted for my two fur babies. They looked exactly what I was expecting. Only 45 minutes for two 6 month old shihtzu.

I get it- they dry hair quickly, but mine is just super sensitive to them. A few weeks ago, I reached out to Furry Tails via email and explained my dog's fears. The gentleman (I believe his name is Jake) quickly responded and assured me that he understood and that he could offer a kennel dryer. I took her in today for her grooming appointment. Of course, she immediately put on her brakes (locked her legs) and I had to coax her into the salon. Thankfully, Jake was waiting at the counter. He remembered Verda Belle's fears and did his best to become friends with her by talking softly to her and offering a treat. Of course, she was making me feel guilty, but I also could see she would be in good hands. She was there about 2.5 hours since it took longer to dry her. He called when she was ready and when I arrived, he assured me that she actually tolerated it all well. Whew! She looks amazing! He groomed her as I had requested and she smelled great. It is wonderful knowing I have found a kind groomer who actually treats animals with gentleness and love!

I called around and no one could do it this week until I called Bark Avenue. Jay was really nice and said he would work around my schedule. He was to arrive at 10a to start the salon services. He was running late but sent me a text to let me know and arrived at 10:30a. He and his mother (his partner was ill) took care of the 3 dogs and they were not nervous or skeptical. That says a lot because these 3 have been through so much and their confidence level is way below the radar. He cleaned everything up, vacuumed and left the place clean. I was able to use the Yelp deal so it only cost me $120 for the 3 dogs, and that included de-shedding for 2 of them (where others wanted to charge up to an additional $25). I would definitely have Jay back to take care of my dog and any other fosters I may have. Thanks, Jay and Mom!

He asked me to text him confirming the appointment time and my address, which I did. Unfortunately today I called them at 9am after never receiving a response to my text. They didn't answer, but called me back at 11 after me texting them asking them to please confirm my appointment since I work full time and would need to come home. He told me that he didn't have any record of my appointment, and even when I sent him the screen shot of me confirming the appointment he told me he never received it and that he was sorry. Long story short- they didn't even offer me another appointment or some way to apologize/rectify for the error (discounted groom? Come by on their day off?) and even though they were polite on the phone I wouldn't recommend such a disorganized professional service to any friends. I mentioned that their Yelp reviews seem to reflect lots of missed appointments and he said it was just the two of them so unfortunately that's why. I really think Bark Avenue should look into hiring an assistant for scheduling, or an online platform for booking appointments. You are losing a lot of dog-loving, paying customers by losing appointments and not offering any kind of consolation for the mistake on your end.

Their prices are a bit lower than others and I LOVE that they offer Dremel nail service, which is perfect for dogs with long quicks. That confirmed my decision to try this place. It has been a challenge finding anyone who can trim one of my pug's long quicks without hurting him, so I was excited. I dropped the pugs off at 1pm and they were ready around 4:45pm on a Friday (they recently changed grooming services to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). The pugs were happy upon pickup and continued throughout the evening as well as smelled pleasant. Their nails looked amazing, and no bleeding occurred. The groomer even showed me her Dremel tool and the safety feature on it to protect dogs' nails. It is always a concerning risk to try a new groomer for various reasons, and I'm so glad I chose Pierre's. I also like that I only needed to show updated rabies vaccinations and not additional shots like many places require simply for grooming. The owner Jobbi managed the phones from the first time I called about pricing and services to scheduling to picking up the pugs. He is extremely friendly and conversational; I never felt rushed. Pierre's is in a cute little house right on Lovers Lane with easy access. I highly recommend them for grooming!
