Yogurt and granola. All before the menu comes out with a custom made hot breakfast. My wife got avocado toast and I got an omelette. Both came with house made potatoes and mine had an option for a variety of toasts to choose from. All delicious and a great way to start the day. Really grateful to have found this place and already thinking about when we could go back. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The lady who assisted us was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality truly made our stay even more special. The cottage was cozy, romantic, and just what we were hoping for. We especially loved the jetted tub, it was so relaxing and exactly what we needed. The scenery around the property was beautiful and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere for a birthday getaway. The thoughtful touches meant so much to us, the wine bottle and the birthday wishes were such a nice surprise. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; it was delicious and a great way to start the morning. Overall, we had an amazing night. It was much needed, and we're so glad we chose to celebrate there. I did receive email and text instructions (multiple on both) on how to enter and check out. The only have breakfast from 8am-9am and you have to respond to another text / email by the night before. Typically at a B&B there is someone there for 2 hours and you can get whatever you want between the time. I went in at 7:45am and breakfast wasn't ready yet. I headed out without anything. Rather disappointing on that. No one from hotel there to welcome you or anything except for the person making breakfast.

The Inn pulled a bait-and-switch on us with false advertising. The rate for the 3 nights we chose…read morewas listed at $225 or $235 a night. I called with a question and made the reservation on the phone, after getting assured they would honor the price on their website. But the confirmation came in at $335 for the second night and $344 for the third, a Friday! When I asked them to honor the rates on their site, they instead issued a refund and cancelled our reservation! This left us with nowhere to stay on short notice after booking nonrefundable airfare. They claimed the rates on the site showed "average" rates but it does NOT say average. While the Inn looks beautiful and has great reviews including the NYT, as a travel writer I can say I've never been treated so rudely or had something so deceptive. We still haven't found a replacement place to stay in Napa within our budget. Buyer beware!
