I came in to use a $75 gift card my husband gave me for Valentine's Day and sat down at 10:50 AM. My Signature Pedicure was finished by 11:12, so the entire service lasted about 22 minutes, despite advertising features like callus care, exfoliation, and an 8 minute massage. It felt rushed and honestly wasn't worth even the base price. The pricing was also inconsistent. The menu I was handed listed the pedicure as $45, my receipt said $48, and the front counter menu showed $50. I was told gel polish was $10 and cat eye was $15, which I understood to mean cat eye was only $5 more than gel. Instead it was charged as an additional $15 on top of the gel fee, making the total add ons $25, which I would have declined if it had been explained clearly. I've given Adora Nails multiple chances, visiting this salon six times, and unfortunately, every experience has been mediocre at best. I really wanted to like this place, especially since it's so close to our home, but the service has consistently fallen short and has actually gotten worse over the past several months. Each time we've had a poor experience, we've been told to come back and that they would make it right--but that has not been the case. I've made appointments and still waited over 30 minutes, only to have to leave without even getting a pedicure. I've also come in two separate times with my husband for the CBD pedicure, and each visit felt rushed and was so rough leaving each one with a cut. Most recently, on 4/3, I went in with my daughter for birthday mani/pedis, and this was by far the worst experience yet. While the staff is friendly when booking and greeting you, the actual service quality is lacking. My nail tech spent the first five minutes on her phone, the "massage" was just quickly rubbing lotion with no effort or relaxation, and she didn't even complete my manicure--she handed me my ticket and walked away. The pedicure itself was extremely disappointing. The polish is uneven and bumpy, my nails have ridges, and my feet honestly felt rougher than when I walked in. Unfortunately, my daughter's experience wasn't any better. They were hosting an Easter event with food and prizes, which was a nice touch, but it doesn't make up for poor service. I am not one to leave a bad review, but after mulling it over for the last day, I felt like this was necessary. My last set of nails (done here) was for my birthday. They were long, detailed, and absolutely perfect! Yesterday, I came in wanting something much simpler: a shorter length, different shape, and a classic French manicure. From the start, the experience went downhill. The first tech made me feel uncomfortable for asking to go shorter with comments like "why would you want to go shorter?" "You're going from so pretty and long to short" and even said I'd be charged $5 to cut them down more...which was fine with me because I usually get shorter nails, but the comment itself felt unnecessary. I had also requested a manicure so my cuticles could be cleaned up, but instead of trimming them, she just used a Dremel, leaving them looking worse. On top of that, the acrylic fill-in was poorly done. On seven out of ten of my nails, there is a visible gap between the acrylic and the cuticle area, making them look like they've already grown out for over a week. To make matters worse, she used a different shade than my previous fill, so now the nail beds are two different colors. The result is a sloppy, mismatched fill that looks like it was done weeks ago, not brand new. The French design was where it really fell apart. She struggled with the lines, redoing them multiple times because of crooked lines, white dots on the nail bed, and uneven spacing. After several attempts, she became visibly frustrated, removed the polish, told me she couldn't do it anymore and then walked away and passed me off to someone else. The second tech kept asking, "Is this OK now? Are you happy now?" as though I was being unreasonable, when in reality I was just politely pointing out crooked lines. Even after multiple corrections, the end result still wasn't what I would expect from a salon I've trusted for so long. I left feeling embarrassed, disappointed, and certain that I won't be returning. I've always recommended this salon in the past, but this visit completely changed my perspective. This was my first time going to this nail salon and it was really nice. It had a lot of complimentary snacks and drinks when you first come into the salon. The beautiful nail polish displays, we're very well done. The staff at the front desk was super kind and helpful. I wasn't very much of a wait and I didn't have an appointment to do a spa pedicure. I chose the jelly spa pedicure that was $60. The chairs are newer and Alot, better massage during your service than I've experienced lately. The technician who did my nails was kind patient, I literally told her what I wanted, I threw on some anime, put my earbuds on, didn't look back. She took her time, went through all the things that are included in this spa. Pedicure checked on me to make sure our temperatures are okay. Nails were perfect when I looked down and it was done. I was flying in from CA on Saturday, 2.17.2024. My sister had already made an appointment for herself and her daughter, but I called before I arrived so that the 3 of us could get our nails done together. The original appointment was for that Saturday, but I changed it to Sunday, the 18th at 1 pm. I spoke with Kara (whom, apparently is a new receptionist). She said it wasn't a problem, and that they were "wide open" at that time. Perfect! Or so I thought. We walk in on Sunday right before 1, and the lobby is half full of ladies waiting. The salon was bussin' and they appeared to be short staffed. When my sister and I checked in, the young lady behind the counter said she couldn't find our appointment. I then entered my sister's info into the iPad and her name popped up, but it said our appointment wasn't until 3 pm. Uhhhh... how did THAT happen?! Flustered, we explained what happened when I called to make the switch. We were then told that Kara was new and didn't input the info correctly (or something similar to those words). A lady who appeared to be a manager came and spoke with the lady we were talking to, and they said they would take us in 15 minutes. We sat and waited for the 15 minutes, at which time my sister got up and reminded them. My niece went first and got her mani, and I waited a few more minutes before I was seated in a pedi chair at 1:23 pm. Someone came to turn the water on and left me there until 1:40 pm. At that point I was watching to see if the bowl would overflow because they had obviously forgotten about me. The man who was doing my niece's nails got up, came over to check on my water, turned it off and motioned for one of the ladies in the back to come and tend to me. I didn't catch his name, but he was the saving grace here. The lady who came to do my pedi did a good job, but she had left me there for almost 20 minutes before she started. My sister was already turned off from the check in process that she canceled her appointment altogether. When all was said and done, I think we walked out around 3pm, or a bit before that. The man didn't charge my niece for her mani, which was super nice of him. He earned his tip, for sure. As for the entire experience, it was alright. The salon is pretty with all the bling and they even offer you refreshments as you are getting pampered. I helped myself when we got there (oops, lol). I do wish they had a better ventilation system because they keep the doors closed and inhaling all that nail polish is not a good thing! Prices are reasonable but can add up especially with add-ons like gel polish. I'm not sure I want to return for another visit. Maybe if I do, it'll be during the week when they open. In the meantime, please re-train Kara on what needs to be done properly. read more

I was very excited to try Adore Nails & Lashes. I love a new nail place, and I love it even more when it's right across the street from where I live. Very convenient. I was able to make an appointment, a few hours before the actual appointment itself, easily by calling in. They followed up with a text message confirmation. There was plenty of parking available in the lot. A brand new area with brand new shops. Very exciting, living, close by, as I mentioned. I was warmly welcomed, I was able to check in easily on the iPad. They verified what services I wanted and told me to go pick a color. They had a lot of great selections. They also have refreshments such as water, soda, coffee, and tea to choose from. They also have lollipops for the kids which is cute. The place is pretty big for a nail salon-lots of chairs. A lot of staff as well. The place was probably the cleanest nail salon I've ever seen, including brand new establishments. I used the restroom, and I was so impressed by the cleanliness. My pedicure was nice, it took about 45 minutes. All I got was a classic pedicure with regular polish and a classic manicure with regular polish. I was there for about an hour and a half. I had a woman named Kim. She was really good. I went with Barbie Pink. Photos for reference :-) the place is decorated really cute. Glitzy and glamorous. I think the highlight was really just how clean it was. All the chairs are really comfortable. It wasn't too busy. Obviously I want this place to prosper and be successful, but part of me really likes how quiet it was :-) I typically don't like getting my nails and toes done just because it's always a long wait, tons of people, etc., but this wasn't like any of it. I was very relaxed and calm the entire time. I asked the gentleman upfront for the Wi-Fi code so I could work and they have very strong Wi-Fi there. Now I know I can go back and I will have access to work. The only gripe I would say, is the music. If you like 90s pop, you're in luck, but with how classy the place looks, they should, as a recommendation, play some French music, some jazz, some Sinatra, Italian music. It would be a really cool and bougie vibe. Also, the chemicals were crazy! I'm used to nail salon chemicals, but this was a whole other level. I now understand why all the nail technicians wear masks. Those are my only two things. Otherwise I had a great experience and I will definitely be coming back. When I sat down at my chair, the guy offered me a beverage and brought it to me, which I thought was really nice. The prices are a little bit high. It was long enough to wonder when is her manicurist going to show up. It was busy when we walked in but soon cleared out in the middle of our session. It felt very rushed. Customer service is horrible. I've given them a few chances and it keeps getting worse. Rarely do they start you at your appointment time. Be prepared to wait. Twice now I have been shuffled between techs that I didn't request and told my tech had to leave. I recommend calling a customer to give them the option to reschedule if the tech they booked with has something come up. Overall they are rude, and often try to sneak in a up charge then argue with you when you challenge fee. Your salon is gorgeous, but your customer service and customer experience needs MAJOR improvement. read more

She wanted to get this design and the woman said she could absolutely not do it real nails. Her mom did not want her to get fake nails. We agreed to do gel so she could get the design she wanted. The salon was busy so I went next-door while she was getting her nails done and this is what she got. They charged her $100 for this and a pedicure. For Mother's Day I went and got my Nails done a mani & pedi! Service was great and I was in & out no problem. Great nail color selections after searching and searching they did end up having the color I really wanted so that was a plus! Amazing foot massage but the only negative was I got Gel-X and they only had 2 styles to choose from which were almond shape & stiletto in 2 different lengths and I really wanted square :( I left with long stiletto since the choices weren't very great. I've been coming here for a few months now and have always had Brian as my tech. I was so sad to hear he no longer works there. I tried asking if he went to a new salon but they didn't have any information. If anyone knows if he went to a different salon please help a girl out! The girl who worked on my nails did a good job, However I explained that I used to go to Brian and he would soak off my nails and barely use a drill since they are sensitive thinking she would do the same and well, she went hard in on the drill. She did soak off with the acid but she also once again used the drill after applying the acid. There was obviously a break down in communication. We had also talked about fixing my broken nail with a tip and some dip powder and she started drilling on all my nails again. My thought was oh maybe she only does dry gel manicures and just decided to trust the process. She then went to start applying the base coat for the dip on one of my nails that was not broken. I stopped to her to clarify that the only nail getting the dip was my broken one. She thought I was doing a full dip set. I am now worried that all my nails will break because of how thin they had gotten from the drill. Again this is just a miscommunication, she did a great job however Brian set the bar high with his attention to details. If he saw or felt an air bubble in the polish he would buff it out and fix it. He made sure to leave no polish left behind in the cuticles or skin. He actively listened to what I wanted and made sure multiple times that everything was right. I truly am hoping to find out where he may have gone! Honestly I like my nails that the new tech did. I just wish that we could've avoided the unnecessary drilling and wish that there wasn't some air bubbles in a few of my nails. yeah, no. i can in here with an appointment having high hopes, i'd been here before many times but only got my nails done once and they looked good! so i go in for a fill and pedi with my mom, they said for both of us to get a pedi it will be 90. Now maybe im just slow and took it the wrong way but in the end they charged us 90 each! just to do a normal pedi with some steam machine that barely touched my legs.. and don't get me started on the nails! i told the dude doing my nails to only soak off (because they insisted!!! my mom and i get new sets even tho the ones we had where fresh sets!, the owner also offered to comp the new set fee but did not..) anyways, i specifically said ONLY soak off, and this guy puts my hand in acetone for maybe thirty seconds and then starts ripping my nails off, AND TEARS MY F'N NAIL IN HALF!! doesn't say sorry or anything!! then proceeds to shove my bleeding finger into acetone! and then for the design, i asked for a french tip with flowers and he was all nervous saying "are you sure" so i said he didn't have to but he did and it looked terrible!! i told him to wipe the flowers off because it did not look good! it is okay if you can't do a certain design, but just tell me next time so i can just pick a color or something!! the lady who did my moms nails also botched them.. overall... i will NOT be back. save your money and go somewhere else. I'm not even too sure where to begin. I made an appointment for 1 in the afternoon. Me and my friend showed up like 5-10 minutes early to check in. We checked in and everything seemed to be fine, until time passed. We sat in the waiting area for over thirty minutes. Finally they grabbed me and I was happy to finally get them done. They sit me down don't say a single word and walk away. Ten minutes later they bring my friend back and we sit even longer. Finally my tech comes, I show him my inspo and he says he can easily do it. I understand that nail artists are not printers and can't do everything just like photos. But I have never been disappointed with my nails like I was today. I paid $95 for something I didn't even ask for. I asked for a marble French with 3D gold outline and a 3D gold bow (picture below). And what I got was just disappointing. I got white French tips and they aren't even completely white, it looks like clear and white polish, and gold outline that you can hardly even see. My techs name was Michael. He was a little aggressive and quick but I wasn't too worried considering I had somewhere to be at 3:30 and my appointment was at 1 and we didn't even start till closer to 2. But when removing my cuticle he was going to fast and nipped me. I understand mistakes happen but he didn't do anything about it. He noticed it cause I jumped a little and you can tell he noticed it but he didn't say anything. And than he went to wipe away the dust and said wow. Not even a sorry is kind of weird. I'm a 17 year old girl writing a yelp review. Clearly something is not right with this place. My friend also got her nails done and they are not like her picture at all!! She wanted them to be white and blue and she only got white. At the beginning of her appointment she asked for chrome and her tech goes "really? Chrome expensive.." I got chrome and didn't even see a charge for it. We were not happy at all. I even tried to say something to both my tech and my friend tech about I hate my nails and they both just looked at me like I was crazy.
