An intersting customer service move I must say. The day of the appointment approached and my wife became ill and under a doctors care and it became clear she would not be able to make this appointment until her treatment ran it's course. Wife was rapidly healing so we had every hope of being able to attend. well morning of and she just isn't quite ready health wise though we thought she would be. Me: Meaning no reppointment Her: Correct Me: Fair enough but I will be going on review sites to explain that you refuesed to accomodate a woman getting over an illness under a doctors treament. Your attitude desrves all the money you lost. Your customer service is garbage, and this is from a 20 year customer service guy. She could have made a long standing client but instead being a burntout shell of a human she lost another chance at earning the money she feels is hers by right.
