Unfortunately, the service I received from Phoenix was shockingly poor. My makeup was left clumpy, the winged eyeliner and lip liner were uneven, and mascara was not applied at all. Despite asking for corrections, the issues were not properly addressed. At that point, I asked for products to try to fix the makeup myself, which should never be necessary during a paid professional service. Based on the quality of the application and the inability to correct basic techniques, it is concerning that this individual was assigned to provide a formal makeup service, as the work demonstrated a clear lack of the skill level and training expected for this appointment. I regret not taking photos to document the result, but I was extremely distressed and crying due to the time pressure before my photoshoot. I can only hope I managed to fix the worst of it on my own.

where do i even start? remi & kiki have changed my life! i've been going to remi for a few years…read morenow, i've never had hair extensions until i finally pulled the trigger and chose them after months of researching. i'm bleach blonde and just couldn't get my natural hair to grow past a certain point, and i was so nervous about extensions because i knew it was an investment, but the moment i had my consultation i was 100% sure i chose the right place and people to trust. these extensions are so many things but most importantly they are damn near invisible, long, light, and easy to maintain. i can wear my hair up, down, half up half down, in a braid, etc. and they are still invisible. every time i leave the house i get stopped - to ask about my hair or compliment it.
