Kassandra has been my stylist for almost 6 years now and truly, time flies! An old colleague had recommended her to me in 2020 because I was looking for a stylist in San Diego since I had just moved back. She completely transformed my hair and taught me how to properly take care of my hair so I can 1: have beautiful shiny hair, 2: for my color to last longer and 3: for it to grow healthy and to not have as many split ends as I used to have before. I always tell people that it doesn't matter how much money you pay for your hair, if you don't keep up with it at your own, it will not look good and your color will not last. Very poor experience at this salon. "Cass" spent almost no time on my cut. She dry cut it exhibiting very little technique or care. My layers are uneven and poorly blended. She spent about two minutes dry cutting it and gave me the worst color consultation I've ever had. She was very standoffish and passed me off to her assistant as quickly as she could. Based on the reviews, I had high hopes for this salon. Perhaps there are better stylists, but my personal experience leaves me no interest in returning. read more
