Mike came out on time and knew what the problem was immediately. He explained what he was going to do and he answered all of our questions and then proceeded to fix our issue. Even though we had to pay a little extra because it was a weekend, it was well worth it. We would use Michelangelo's again in a heartbeat.

He was extremely professional and thorough, and best--fixed the clog causing our washer to back up. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and charged us half of what the other plumber charged us to get up on the roof to work out the stoppage. We plan to have him come back out in the summer to install new toilets for us, and would definitely have him back to do any other plumbing we needed. It's a waste of people's time to have us take the time to type things out and answer the quote system's questions, only to ignore everything we've said and tell us to call (where we will then have to repeat everything we wrote). If a company does not want to deal with electronic communication, it seems sensible not to advertise such options.
