What an amazing time at Adrenaline Mountain! My partner really wanted to shoot guns while in town and we decided to book a 6-gun package with the 50 cal Barrett add-on. Kicking myself now getting back home because I realized later that I only shot 5 guns and the Barrett--so I should have shot another gun. But totally my mistake since I was supposed to manage the count also. That said, time kinda flies while here and waiting with other groups to shoot so consider that! The whole activity was 4 hours including the shuttle service --which was great! Shout out to Wesley for making the ride enjoyable and educational about Vegas! Shot a few full auto rifles (G36 & Scar-L), Deagle, DMR, and Archangel. The range has some exploding targets, which also made it a blast--literally! All the gun safety trainers were really great and patient, which made it much more approachable. My partner and I are still watching videos of the day after getting back from Vegas! They also have a pay later option via PayPal that pops up. Tour does include hotel pickup which was great. Along the ride, you are provided with information about local attractions. In addition to passing though a historic ghost town. gear: UTV, jackets for cold weather, and the option for full-face air pumper helmets. The UTVs are also equipped with intercom systems that allow you to talk to your friends and passengers including other riders in neighboring UTVs as well as your tour guide when necessary. Gloves, bandanas, gaiters are available for purchase. UTV: easy to navigate and comfortable fit. I chose a single seater and truly enjoyed it. The route has a good combination of hills, twists and turns. You can pick up a little speed along the way. Our guide was super friendly. 1hr drive time. Full review: I was recently charged with planning a bachelor party, and my research quickly led me to Adrenaline Mountain. Located about 45-minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, this business offers many options for extreme fun, ranging from dune buggies to monster trucks to shooting experiences. We opted for the most basic of the gun plans: a three-gun package for around $150 per person. After arriving at the location and signing safety acknowledgments and legal wavers, we were provided ear and eye protection. Guns are located in an enclosed structure with large windows looking out over the open desert. The options are hugely diverse, and divided into three classes: pistols, shotguns/machine guns, rifles/sniper rifles. The three-gun package requires you to choose one pistol. Otherwise, you can choose two sniper guns or two machine guns or whatever suits you. I did one of each. Targets include explosive targets and metal targets (hanging, buried, and stationary), located at various distances from the shooting range. It was great fun for the entire group. The staff was wonderful. Those guiding us on the shooting were patient, friendly, and respectful to us. Nobody in my group knew anything about guns, so we all had lots of questions and needed lots of handholding. The coaches made us feel comfortable, gave us clear guidance, and ensured that everything was both safe and fun. I cannot recommend Adrenaline Mountain highly enough. Set my wife up for a range experience while I was out of town so this review is based on her experience and feedback. The company does a great job of providing detailed information about your experience, sends a reminder the day before and provided transportation the site. This company has a lot of other activities to also participate in at this location. My wife had a blast shoting at this range a variety of weapons from a handgun, several riffles, shotgun and sniper riffle. She had done a indoor range before in Las Vegas with a different company, bit like this one better since thw instructor actually taught her more abour handling and reloading the weapons. She also said the instructors were very professional, friendly, helpful, patient, safe and informative. Yeah Brah! I was a little apprehensive about being surrounded by a bunch of people (aka strangers) with fire arms but they put me at ease right away. From pick up to drop off they were professional, safe, & encouraging. You get to pick what you want to shoot & they are incredibly patient and thorough with instructions once you make your choice. I went with a Doc Holliday, an Uzi, and an AK 47. Not going to lie, I still have a bruise on me from the last choice. It was worth it. Wow, what an amazing experience. It was a little challenging getting to this location since it is a little deep in the desert. We finally made it after driving on bumpy roads for 2 miles. I believe they have an option for you to get picked up and dropped off there but if you have a strong enough car, you should be OK. They have many different options on their menu to choose from. The activities were vast and range from shooting weapons to operating monster trucks. We decided to try out the three gun special. I ended up, shooting a pistol, machine gun, and sniper rifle. It was one of the coolest things I've ever done. The staff was friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable which put us to ease. We had a great time UTVing at Adrenaline Mountain for my wife's birthday last month. They pick you up from your hotel, which is very necessary given the rough terrain out there. The experience is listed as "accessible", but unfortunately, that isn't true. We were picked up by a van with high steps and had to lug my scooter up (with no assistance). Then, when we arrived, there were small hills and rocky terrain that in no way could be navigated by a wheelchair or my scooter. Despite the setbacks, my wife had a great time. The UTV trail is great for beginners, as the hills aren't steep and the leaders go pretty slow. If you're an avid UTVer, you might be a bit disappointed with the pace and fairly flat terrain. All in all, I'd recommend trying it out. read more

This review is for the shooting range. Written by the shooter, my husband: If you want to shoot targets 15 yards away in an indoor range with scopes on your rifle, then there are plenty of shooting ranges in the City of Las Vegas that you can go. If you really want a challenge and shoot 200 yards in an outdoor range, this is the place for you. I was looking for a range with 300 yards, but this is the closest to that at 200 yards. They are working on a butt for 300 and 400 yards, but those are not available now. Setup: Show up 15 mins before your reservation time. You have to pay online and book the reservation before you can go out to the range. There is no walk-in shooting available. You will have to sign a waiver and have your ID scanned. It's all done quite easily on IPads. There are 2 structures, one for the office and the other for guests. The second structure has washrooms, sofa, coffee, TV etc. Both structures are clean. You will be walked out to the shooting line by the staff assigned to you. The firing is done in a shed where the weapons are also stored. The packages are in sold in 3 gun segments. For a 3 gun package, its $150. For a 6 gun package, its $250. The website says you have to select a hand gun as one of the 3 guns, but the staff said that was not necessary. The safety briefing is given there, and another safety officer is present. The weapons are all available for you to select at the shed. It includes the standard AR-15/M4, AK-47, Steyr Aug, MP5s, shotguns, and handguns etc. I did not see a full list of al the weapons available on their website. I did not shoot any hand gun so I cannot speak to the selection of that type. The guns available were promoted as the types used in movies. eg. Al Pacino's Scarface and his M16 with the M203 grenade launcher. However, some guns were noticeably absent. For example, a Moisin Nagant was available to shoot as a sniper rifle only, but no M1 Garand was available. As well, no FN GPMG machine gun was available to shoot, but .30 Browning was. I would definitely say a better selection of popular and historically significant weapons could be available. But I am nit picking here. The shooting shed, is divided into 2 sections. On the right side, is the 100 yard range. Full automatice fire from the assault rifles, sub machine guns, shotguns, etc. is only available at this 100 yard range. On the left side of the shed is the 200 yard range. There is a shorter 30-40 yard range for handguns. No paper targets are available, so there is no souvenirs to take home. All shooting is done on steel plates suspended on chains. Small packages of explosive are distributed on a berm 100 yards from the 200 yard steel plates. If you hit one of them, it will cause a small explosion. Neat. Good: Good selection of assault rifles, sniper rifles, hand guns, and full auto heavy machine guns. Availability of a 200 yard range. Good staff and very safety conscious. Shooting the sniper rifles from a sitting position was very stable and accurate. Bad: Its expensive Only 10 rounds are given for each Assault rifle. NOt sure how many for shotguns and hand guns. 5 rounds for sniper rifles. They really should have given more ammo for the price they charge, but I understand ammo is expensive now. At the 100 yard range, the only position you can shoot at is standing up. This is the least stable of the positions. I asked about a prone or sitting position but these were not available. The weapons are all quite well used. Rifling in some of the barrels is probably no good anymore. Which might be why its was restricted to 100 yards. All the assault weapons are a set at full auto. Some have bursts mode, and very few have single shot capability. The end result is you go thru your ammo fast if don't watch your trigger pull. I don't like this at all. I would have preferred single shots if possible. But the selectors on the weapons have been disabled. The drive is long to get out there, and the last 3 miles is a dirt road. Would I do it again? Maybe. The cost and the drive out there is a deterrent. Also, the limited number of rounds and insistence on making their semi and assault weapons full auto did not sit well with me. But very glad to have that experience. read more

We had such a freaking amazing time here. We did the 2.5 hour Off road adventure tour and then my boyfriend shot the Barrett .50 Caliber sniper rifle! Our shuttle driver, Chris, was such a hoot, making us laugh the entire time. It was really nice how he was asking us specific questions about our trip on the ride back. Isaiah helped my bf get setup to shoot the .50 caliber and it was clear he has a huge passion for guns. That rifle is really stinking loud, haha. This was the best thing we did in Vegas. First off, the setting is amazing -- way out in the desert about 45 minutes from the strip. It's a different world out there. You feel the freedom. Next, they're selection of guns is ridiculous. 70+ possibilities. The automatics and the sniper rifles were the best. We did the 3 gun package and shot one auto, handgun, and sniper. The sniper rifles were the best -- especially shooting at the exploding target. I would recommend the AK-47, Desert Eagle, and any one of the snipers. Lastly, we added on the 50 caliber Barrett. That thing is *ridiculous*. Definitely do it if you have the budget for it. It's a $100, but you can share the 5 rounds among the group. The biggest "gun" there -- almost more like artillery at that point. We got picked up and dropped off right at our hotel by an amazing driver that taught us about guns, classic cars, and more on the drive there and back. Would do this again in a heartbeat. I had the best time shooting at this place. I really wanted to shoot sniper rifles. I saw the sniper package, but opted for the 6 gun package as I wanted options. My male cousin went with me and we had the pleasure of Sam, the manager, being our range master (or is it Frank? Just kidding this is a good review). Anyway, I've shot guns infrequently having dated a police officer, military veterans, and just having an older brother. I've been to other ranges and even paintball places that shoot zombies that were a little thick on the oorah testosterone which I don't mind at all, but thought I'd mention it for any women that want to try it or go with their boyfriends or husbands - there was no condescension being a girl at all. I mean, such places usually welcome it or get a kick out of it. I had a hot shell go down my shirt once. Here. I was never offered the pink gun lol and after the Saiga kick was a bit much for me, Sam helped me pick out others to shoot next. Dare I ruin his range cred and say he was almost sweet? Haha. I LOVED shooting the sniper rifles the most. Next time when I visit Vegas, I'm gonna add an exploding target. Haha. And maybe do the flamethrower when it isn't 115F out. By the way, I saw that the trailer was listed as heated/air conditioned. I don't know about ac, but there was an industrial sized unit that helped. I went a few days before Vegas (the range is in Goodsprings) tied for the fourth time in recorded city history for the hottest temperature. My 13-year son and I had a day long layover in Las Vegas. We spent the evening portion hanging out at Adrenaline Mountain, and had a blast racing the off road UTV around the groomed tracks of the mountain and through the Joshua Tree filled desert south of Las Vegas. The staff were super friendly! They provide the gear including helmets, jackets, pants, gloves, and have full body coveralls for purchase for $10 each as well. A variety of snacks and beverages at the base camp offices. Plenty of firewood if you just want to hang out, throw axes, fire some weapons at the range. It's a cool place and would definitely recommend taking a trip. There was a comically large shuttle bus that offered door to door pickup from our Vegas hotel. The RZRs were as quick as the group could go, so if you're a great driver and really want to crank it up, consider a private tour. Still, it was a great price with Viator considering some of the other off road packages offered around Las Vegas. read more

I seriously cannot rave enough about this experience! I had such an amazing, exhilarating, and fun shooting experience! We drove ourselves, as we are locals and the range is in the middle of the desert. When you first arrive you are greeted by your instructors who give you the run down on how everything works. We had Jeff and Eric. They have a very large selection of guns and I loved that you can choose which ones you want to shoot. You have the option to add on additional guns or extra ammo as well., You are walked into the trailer, you get to pick your guns and they brief you on safety and how to shoot. I would highly recommend trying an automatic gun and the sniper rifle to shoot the exploding targets. They offer complimentary water, photos, and videos of your shooting experience. They have restrooms available and the trailer is climate controlled with a/c and heat. They had targets up to 500 yards out which was impressive. Eric was very knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. Jeff has to be the best hype man ever, he was so animated and excited for us when we shot it got me thrilled! I absolutely loved how incredible and laid back the staff was. The experience was about an 1.25 hours for the 6 gun package for two people. The staff doesn't rush you, you can take as long as you want and they are very accommodating. I don't own guns. I will never own guns. I think the 2nd Amendment is obsolete, dangerously interpreted by conservative judges, and should be repealed. I also love guns. On a recent weekend in Vegas, I introduced my friends and family to shooting (it was the first time for some of them) and they had a blast. Here are 5 reasons why you should do this when in Vegas: 1) Gambling is dumb. If you're gonna spend hundreds of dollars, don't let the house win, but instead re-route these likely-to-be wasted dollars to guys like these, who train you, supervise you, and let you have a fun & memorable day. 2) The pickup, drop-off, and the whole process are well-organized. Budget half a day for this. We were on time and had time and energy to do other things after shooting for 2-3 hours. 3) Outdoor shooting is a thousand times better than indoor shooting. You're in the middle of the mountains/desert and you're enjoying the nature around you. Sure, stuff explodes and bangs ring out loudly. But even if you're a civilian like all the people in my group, and you like movie allusions, you'll love the smell of gunpowder in the morning. 4) Our best shooter was a girl. She nailed the farthest targets with a sniper rifle. The guys were gentlemen and not "bros" at all, which we, as noobs, really appreciated. No one likes condescension and we never felt a hint of it. We were not treated differently or felt like we did not belong. This was a great, refreshing feeling. A sign of professionalism by the staff. 5) Speaking of staff, K.C., Kyle, Chris, and Isaiah took really good care of us. Even if they look like Trump voters (and probably are), they are pretty awesome dudes. They were kind, professional, patient, and overall nice to all of us. Please give Shoot Las Vegas a try. Businesses like this should be supported by all Americans. We also raced exotic cars during our Vegas weekend, and shooting full-autos and exploding things turned out to be more fun than speeding on a track in Lambos. Perhaps a good end to this review would be to repeat a joke I made to K.C. and the crew that weekend. If you're wavering between a couple of companies, rest assured that this is the best shooting experience available in Las Vegas! 1. You're shooting outdoors in the desert, which is really what you want if you're doing this in LV rather than in your home town. The atmosphere and grit is a huge part of the package. 2. The staff are all super welcoming, patient, and fun. They were cracking jokes and creating a great vibe on the way out, and while we were getting checked in, but also switched into "teacher mode" when we started getting down to business. As a woman on the smaller side with no experience, they made me feel comfortable and safe with everything put into my hands. Other companies have open-back shuttle buses (no thank you in 110F heat), and indoor ranges (which don't even remotely capture the desert outlander vibe). Shoot Las Vegas was worth every penny. My friends and I booked a shooting experience with Adrenaline Mountain last minute and we had no problems getting everything confirmed. They arranged for pick up from our hotel, it was about a 45 minute ride. Our driver was nice and gave us different history of certain areas along the way. He also gave us recommendations for food, bars and other experiences/excursions in Vegas. Once we arrived we quickly completed our waiver, we were given free bottle waters and taken to where we shoot the guns. Our gun instructor was Angelo and he was FANTASTIC! He was hilarious, knowledgeable, super helpful and extremely entertaining! Being able to shoot an automatic, a pistol and a shotgun was awesome! I felt very safe the entire time and Angelo helped you feel confident handling such massive and powerful weapons. I booked this for me and my boyfriend to do while in Vegas and we had a blast. I didn't know what to except but based on their reviews I knew we'd have fun. We got picked up in a stretch limo from our hotel and oooh weee the ride up was fun! Have you ever gone off roading in limo? We did and it was a fun experience. The range is off the beaten path, you can drive yourself but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a truck or SUV. Once we got there we were greeted by Jeff and Chris, who already had our clip boards and gear ready for us. There is a trailer on site that has a bathroom in case you were wondering, I know I did! The clipboards had a list of guns to choose from and once you get in the trailer they have pictures to help you choose. Both guys were very helpful if you had any questions and they also recommended guns to shoot. There were about 11 of us during our time slot, we all had plenty of time to shoot and never felt rushed. I was able to shoot guns I know I'd normally never get to and my boyfriend got to shoot a sniper rifle and hit a target that blew up. Upon arrival at the location we were explained the rules and safety gun handling. Then they provided cheat sheets for every gun. Which provided the kick back ratio & the movie they were used it. They even went a step further in provided recommendations based on your desire of which gun you like.
