The miso-based broth in the udon was delicious, and I appreciated that the shrimp tempura came on the side to stay crispy. You can tell this team really knows how to run a tight operation. They stayed open and adapted throughout COVID, and that ability to pivot and keep things running smoothly still shows in how quickly and reliably they handle orders today.
