Brick & mortar upgrade from their food truck. Really good sisig. The only drawback is that because everything comes in a take out box, you don't get the sucking skillet experience. Not cheap. Looks like you can also buy crispy pata.

Bomb dot com out here! Been going to them from the food truck time, and now to their brick and mortar. So glad they were able to grow into this new spot, and every time I eat their sisig it keeps tasting better. Crispy pork, not too fatty, with chili pepper, lemon and rice, with drizzle of mayo. Solid portion of meat too. Swing by when you are in Waipahu!

Good luck to Richard and ohana on the opening of their new brick and mortar! Buy local and support local businesses!

Man, it's been a while since I had some of Sw8 Dada's (I believe it was May of last year). Last time I went was when they were still a food truck by Waipahu festival marketplace. It was sure good to be back, and I am happy for their business to have its own place where customers can sit, not just takeout. They are now located near West Loch station by Mickey D's and Seafood City [the shops West Loch station). I live in Honolulu but it was sure worth it to take the rail to satisfy my sisig craving. I ordered their pork sisig with rice, and it sure was still delish! Pro tip for the business is using calamansi instead of lemon (but still good!). My order seems like it is for just one person but honestly, if you share it with another person, you'd still be satisfied because it is stomach-heavy! If you didn't have much to eat throughout the day, you could easily demolish the sisig dish I ordered. For drinks, they have canned sodas inside for $2.00 but I decided to get some smoothies at Hang's just doors down the place. As the parking spot may fill up, you can always drop a buddy off to pick up some to-go order. I have yet to try some of their other dishes such as their beef pares noodles. So--if you are craving ramen--try switching it up and get some of their noodles! I also recommend getting bulk orders for parties! Mahalo and I hope this business continues to reap success!

Splitting the pork and chicken sisig plates is the way to go!

Best sisig on Oahu! My husband and I first tried Sw8 Dada's a few years ago when they ran their shop in a small wagon outside the old Arakawa's across from Waipahu Festival Marketplace. We enjoyed our pork sisig plate order, but thought it was a little too rich for us. After all, sisig is meant to be "pulutan" to be enjoyed with beer. Fast forward to last month when we heard that they finally moved to a brick and mortar at the Shops at West Loch Station behind McDonald's. We brought visitors from the Philippines for Saturday lunch here. The new shop was only open a few months, yet they already had a lunch rush! You can hear the cook chopping pork from the kitchen the entire time. As two couples, we split one pork sisig and one chicken sisig plate, equally priced. Both plates come with two scoops of rice and a few slices of seeded jalapeño peppers, as if the chopped jalapeños on the sisig weren't enough! We loved both plates and it was a great idea to split as we can only take so much richness of the pork and leanness of the chicken! We loved the food, but will make occasional trips due to the "nutritional content" of pork sisig. I'd love to try their beef pares and pork miki soups though! It's great that Thang's smoothies is next door for a refreshing fruit drink to wash down all the savory goodness from Sw8 Dada's. As my Lolo's (grandpa's) doctor used to tell him, "everything in moderation!"

THE BEST sisig on Oahu, in my humble opinion. We got the chance to visit their new restaurant (not sure if the food truck shut down) located in the smaller shopping plaza near Seafood City in Waipahu. Just a heads-up, their AC is still under repair. We ordered a plate of sisig with a fried egg and a few pieces of lumpia to share. Flavors are consistently delicious, but had fewer crispy pieces this time. Portions are pretty big, unless you're a big back and can finish one on your own. 10/10 will always come back again.

Our favorite Sisig place now has its own restaurant location in Waipahu near McDonalds and Seafood City address is 94-226 Leoku Street, Waipahu I already paid for my thanksgiving order! Still just as delicious as ever and we order the original Pork Sisig so darn good!

I love sisig, it's hands down one of my favorite Filipino dishes. So for lunch, we made the drive out to Waipahu in search of a solid plate and this spot absolutely delivers! I went with the crispy pork sisig, and wow, it was everything I hoped for. Perfectly seasoned, crunchy bits mixed with tender pork, and mayo drizzle on top. Pair it with their garlic rice and it's a match made in heaven. On top of the great food, the staff here were super friendly and welcoming the kind of local hospitality that makes the meal even better. I'm already craving another plate... definitely long overdue for more of that delicious sisig!

People have been telling me that this is a great place for sisig. I decided to try it out while I was in the area. It's a small food truck parked in a lot across from the Waipahu Festival Marketplace. Be aware that they will be moving to a new location in October. The sisig was chopped up and prepared as ordered. It came out hot, crispy and flavorful. There's a choice of pork or chicken. Beef pares is also available. I'll have to try that next time. Prices were reasonable for the plates. Staff were super friendly and service was quick. Great food truck popular with the locals.

When you're in Waipahu and craving for Sisig, come here. I ordered a Chicken Sisig plate with rice and I shared it with my Husband. The portions are so good! Comes with the two perfectly cooked rice. An important aspect of our food especially because I need to eat it with every bite. I like to eat my food right away so my Hubby and I eat in the car. There's usually some parking spots available right in front of their food truck. There is a bit of a wait after you order your food but look at the presentation, you can tell they really take their time to make it taste and look good. I noticed the sign on their truck. They are moving to a different location in October, so excited for them!

We heard about this a place from our fellow Yelper's. We were in the area and stopped by to see what all the hype was about. Yep their Pork Sisig was delicious. Served with a Fried Egg and Garlic Rice. The lady at the front counter was amazing. She has to be the ultimate multi tasker. Taking orders, answering the phone, putting together orders, and handing out the orders. Nice cozy dining room. Take out available.

Gone here multiple times and the food always hits the spot. I must admit, I wish they had a better location which should be soon. Sign on their truck says in September that they're relocating. If you're looking for a spot to sit down and eat... this is not the place. It's a food trailer so it is only take out. The sisig is delicious and full of flavor. My advice to you is eat it right away. I've gone there once where I didn't eat it right away and although it was still delicious, it had lost texture. They have chopped up crispy pork skin chopped into the sisig and if you wait too long... just don't wait. The plate comes with lemon and peppers and it makes it a whole lot better so make sure you squeeze that lemon. I do however wish that they chopped up the peppers with the meat but it's a nice spice eating it with the food. Overall, it's a great spot to get food and prices are pretty good. Hopefully their new location will be better because I would love a seating area so I can eat on the spot rather than having to eat in my car.

    Char D.

I love sisig and THIS right here was so GOOD!!! It's very hard to come by delicious sisig and this just hit the spot. $14 dollars well spent. Hefty portion of sisig that is crispy, meaty, little bit vinegary/salty/savory and creamy with the (kewpie mayo) I think that's what it is, and the rice has crispy garlic bits on top. The BEST sisig hands down I ever tasted. Mahalo Sw8 Dada's Sisig!!

Sw8 Dada is gonna be moving to a new location!

Passed by this place several times, always rolling down my window to smell the smokey goodness. Finally decided to give their huli huli chicken a try and we did not regret it. The chicken was so delicious. Seasoned and smoked to perfection. It was so tender and juicy. Opted to go for a chicken plate which came with half a chicken, 2 scoops rice, corn and a side of their sauce. It was $18 which I gladly paid for because of how delicious it was and how big the portion was. It was good enough for 2-3 people. The staff was really nice. Shoutout to the braddahs working the smoker. Showed so much aloha with their smile and throwing shakas all around. Mahalo to the Braddah who without hesitation lent us his fan when he saw my daughters. In his words, "it's hot, keep the kids nice and cool". So good. I'll have to come back and their other food!

I didn't get the side of potato salad but wanted to try the pickled ung choy $10. for container. I loved how the chicken is cooked, fire roasted huli chicken. My opinion, Wow- so Ono! I loved the fried pork, super tasty, I loved the dipping the pork with vinegar sauce and the chicken, so tender, juicy and loved it. I love the flavor in every bite eating fried pork, chicken, rice and ate it with the ung choy instead of corn. The best huli chicken here at Waipahu side. They're located on the corner and once you see a tent & smell bbq, you're at the right spot. This restaurant gave karinderia vibe to it! Karinderia is basically like those food stalls they have in the Philippines, where they have a bunch of dishes and you sit out to enjoy the food. Home cooked & affordable eats. They have everything from bbq sticks, adobo, lechon, kilawan, lumpia and more. I got the bbq stick & chicken inasal plate. The bbq stick was packed with so much flavor! The chicken inasal was more on the huli huli side & was served with Filipino dipping sauce. They also offer free sabaw with your meal. Ordering was a little complicating, they have a menu outside with food and also more food inside. The bbq items were cooked by order and the inside food had more of the Filipino dishes like (adobo). But next to the cashier, you could also find other fried dishes as well. So a little complicated. You also have the option to sit outside under the tent or inside the restaurant with AC.
