Then after 5 minutes of standing there you decide to take your time to walk over to slap a paper on the door that says to come back at a later time. You literally have people outside the door, it's so hard for you to take 5 seconds to be kind to say "I'm sorry I'm at lunch right now please come back" nothing not even a word just looked at us like we're crazy for needing to come to this place of business! I wasn't called up until about 9:47am, which means I waited roughly 22 minutes just to complete a basic transaction. For a weekday morning, this wait time was disappointing and felt unnecessary. Unfortunately, the lack of staffing made it seem like this branch does not prioritize customer service or efficiency. At one of the worst times in my life she was very helpful and made the experience not as bad as I feared it would be. She went above and beyond to help me resolve all the banking issues related to my mom. I came back a week later and she helped me again and once again provided excellent service. She is definitely an asset to Wells Fargo Bank and wish she was a permanent employee at this branch
