This shop used a pile of non-OEM (imitation) body parts without discussing it with the owner. The parts didn't fit well, there was overspray on the exhaust, an emblem was replaced crookedly, they didn't do procedures listed on the insurance company estimate (and were paid to do), and the steering pulls to the right. This is definitely not a consumer oriented body shop that would be an advocate for the owner of the vehicle. They even tried to persuade my customer's boyfriend to endorse an insurance check that was issued to her.

I had texted a salesman a couple times in the previous week and told him I was coming to look at it. Long story short, the bike needed work, tires, tag mount, and I was told he couldn't do anything until that was done. I wasted over 2 hours, driving, an hour there, and was ready to buy it outright on the spot. All in all it was a nice bike he had on consignment so I told him ok, let me know when it's ready and I'll be back. Week goes by nothing. So I text him and say, hey is the bike ready? He says they got approval from the owner and repairs should be done soon. Another almost week goes by, nothing. I drove 4.5 hours round trip to another dealership. I walked in, talked with the salesman (he knew I was coming), filled out paperwork, paid cash, and was on my way. As of this review that 2024 KTM Enduro R is still for sale there and I haven't heard a thing.
