My Grandson had the car for 2 months (purchased Sept. 2025) before I approached the dealer in person w/ the afore-mentioned complaints. as of 11/13/25 the car failed to start, we had a mechanic look at it and the cost to repair would be about $900 + for this car that I paid $2700 for. We had to put two new rear tires, thermostat, thermo sensor, wiper blades and (again) the left front wheel Axle bearing. We plan on junking the car as the dealer wants nothing to do with our complaint.

When I arrived, they were confused about how to do an inspection/emissions test and after 1 1/2 hours they only did the inspection. I ended up having to go to Pep Boys to get the emissions done. My state provides a list of out of state emissions/inspections providers and told them to remove these guys from the list to prevent any other people in the future from wasting their time. I don't recommend them and won't be using any of their auto services in the future.

Never again. Very friendly people, but the first time I took it there, they messed up my lug nuts…read moreon my wheels and then told me they were "getting bad" and had me buy a new set. That set was an after-market set and had rusted over in less than 2 months. When I called to tell them, they were nice and said "bring it back in and we'll take care of it for you." I was happy about that. When I brought it back, I had a short list of work for them to do including brakes, rotors, oil change, tire rotation and more. I requested OEM lug nuts to replace the rusted ones I previously paid them $70 for. They also took my car for a ride themselves to listen for a noise I had told them about. When I returned to pick up my car after their garage hours, I had TWO flat tires, the same type of aftermarket lug nuts that had rusted previously (and are already chipped and unsightly, only 8 days later), and my tires had not been rotated. I walked around to the showroom and a worker was still present. When I told him about the flat tires and how his mechanics were the last to drive my vehicle, his exact response was "well, flat tires happen" and directed me to a 7eleven down the street to get fix-a-flat. I spent $600 here, and then had to get new tires from Pep Boys.

I didn't authorize 200!! Because of my work schedule.
