came in to return something for my dad, the heavy-set girl with the piercings instantly had an attitude acting like i should know they don't do returns ... big attitude. bad customer service. it's a $8 10mm. not a big deal. a quick "sorry we can't do returns on tools" would've been what one would expect in that situation but boy i went in there and she made me feel like i was wasting her time just by stepping foot in there. blaming me for using the tool and trying to return it and saying i should've known they can't do returns. i didn't even take it out of the package... i was also the only customer in the store and it took more then enough time for them to even notice me standing there. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. NOT HERE!! read more

This location is relatively new. Used to be a Block Buster haha remember those? Local AAP. Small inside, but jam packed with so many things. This place has most of the general things you need for your car. I didn't have much of a problem finding what I needed and buying it. There were two employees at the front, but one was socializing with a customer that was his friend I'm assuming. I didn't have a problem with it and the employee quickly caught on. read more

I ran in for a quick trip to buy cleaning supplies for my car. Mike, the cashier, decided to text on his phone before ringing me up. Didn't say hello or anything to me. When I gave him my $20, he rang it up as $2000. Then while the register was open, he decided to text again before giving me my change. I think the managers need to have a talk with him about customer service etiquette and paying more attention to his duties than his phone. read more

I've been coming here for a short time now but this is a really great store with great customer service.They check what's wrong with your car for free if your check engine light is on and replace your battery for free if you purchase a battery from them.I don't know a lot about cars but they've helped me learn a lot. I had to replace my battery and it was a Duralast brand bought from autozone by the previous owner of my car.One of the employees looked at my battery first so he could know what tools to use.But he actually recommended to make sure if I still had warranty on this battery so I could save money!Unfortunately the warranty expired a dew months ago so I had to buy a battery from Advance Auto Parts.But anyways this is an example of great customer service.They were honest even if it meant not getting my money,which most businesses won't do.They just want what's best for the customer.Highly recommend this place! read more
