When that one didn't pull up anything he tried another scanner, all the while standing patiently in a freezing cold parking lot. When THAT one didn't produce a result he advised I have a mechanic do a more detailed diagnostic, possible an ECM issue. Didn't try to sell me a battery, or cat cleaner. I called back and eventually he said there was something wrong with the car that he couldn't identify therefore he wouldn't sell it to me. We then found something better!
