I was redoing my brake lines and a piece on my flare kit broke. Hoping they had the piece and I didn't have to buy the kit again. They didn't have the piece but they had one in back as part of a demo or something and I was given it for free. I have to admit when I come to advanced and sometimes I don't like the answer I'm given and I check out auto zones answer. After all it's only across the street. I priced the part at $220. Labor wasn't even that bad. On top of that, I had an appt, and the car was not done because the part didn't come in. I made the appt over a week ahead. There was no reason the part wasn't in, and my car finished. Turns out, the part for my car never made it on the truck. All in all...bad experience.
