I purchased my mower mid-summer last year and this year I pulled it out with 6 hours of run time on it. Last summer a pin fell off and the mowing deck fell off - but they SOLD me replacement one and I just assumed it was a fluke. But I start to mow this year and the machine just stopped. I called Landpro and they said a week or two to get it fixed and they said they would come get it. The pickup date came and went with no one - I called the next day and apparently I was never put in their log. But they sent someone right over so I again just thought bad luck but they will get this resolved. WRONG! Now they have had it for 3 weeks with no communication. I call to get an update and they said that the engine is going to be replaced but it will take at least another week or longer to get it. I have 2 acres (why I purchased a riding mower) and it's a wet spring so my lawn is growing fast. I am trying to keep up with a battery powered push mower that only runs about 25 minutes on a batter because of how wet and heavy the grass is right now and mowing my property takes about 5 days by time I kill the battery and let it recharge; then by time I finish it's time to start doing it again. I have literally mowed for 20 or 30 minutes every single day for the last 3 weeks. I asked for a loaner machine since my new defective machine is going to end up being out service for me at least 4 or 5 weeks in total, and maybe longer. They said they have loaners for commercial customers but not residential. I am assuming a residential only does business with them once in a while so we are not a priority - but t he commercial folks are routine business so they will take care of them? I paid almost $1,000 more than what the cost would have been at a Lowes or Home Depot to get a defective machine from the dealer. Now I get horrible customer service with no concern over the significant impact this has on me and no solutions other than just wait and be happy the replacement is covered under warranty. I thought I was going the right thing going to a dealer but at this point they told me a trash piece of equipment, were happy to take money for replacement parts for items that broke almost immediately, and now expect me to just let the spring grass for for a month or longer. All this - with no call to keep me updated. This will be my last purchase from them and I may find a different location to take care of my machine in the future since this location clearly has no ability to be professional to, nor respect, their customers.

It was the same brand and type of plow, but it was rusty and dented, with old rusted wheels, and ours was sparkly brand new- looking. My husband called to try to get our rightful plow back, and they said it was ours. It is not! BEWARE! Keep your model number number handy, if you need a repair, so you can identify your equipment! I am fair, and to be fair, this rusty snow plow does start up and run. But it's still not ours. I wonder who has ours...

They also have free games of pumpkin bowling and tic tac toe that will keep you occupied for a bit! It took about an hour to finish all of the activities, they also had Jenga on the table to play while you eat and drink. They had a few decorative signs and additional specialty pumpkins and gourds for sale. The only downside was having to wait for the wagon to bring you to each activity, but it was never a long wait!
