The pricing was great and I received more for my trade-in than I anticipated. The only "complaint" I could make and it is not exclusive to Premier is the amount of time it takes to get through the buying process. If GM can figure out a program to shorten the time going through the purchasing process they will have a leg up on the competition. Ask for Bill Buswell. Excellent sales associate as were the others (Greg, David) that we dealt with. I would DEFINITELY recommend Premier to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Towed the camper to Florida and back so the mileage went by quick. Went in this week for what I assumed was my last free oil change (bought truck in October 15). Was told I was "out of warranty oil changes". When I questioned why, service guy said "your beyond you 24,000 mile warranty oil changes". I was at 24,756. He said he can change it for $60. Funny I can change it for far less then that in my driveway. When I began to explain about what we had been told when we bought the truck, his reply "yeah I hear that all the time, it's not true". Great. Thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. He NEVER even tried to make it right. BTW I looked through all my paperwork and see nothing about mileage restrictions on my oil changes. Paperwork states "free oil changes for 2 years from date of signing".

I would give this place 0 stars if it were an option. Had my oil changed here a few times. The last…read moretime they torqued the oil filter housing too tight and caused a leak. Prior to this oil change, I had no leaks. Post oil change, I notice a few huge oil spots in the driveway. I brought it to them to look at and was told it was the oil pan gasket. I asked for suggestions on where to take it. They suggested Sorels garage and gave me the address. I took it there and they put a UV dye in so they could see where the leak was coming from. I returned to Sorels for them to look at it and it's not the oil pan gasket, but the oil filter housing. Back and forth with Valvoline who keeps insisting it's the oil pan gasket even though I show Morgan (the manager) video of it leaking from above that point. File a claim with corporate. Fast forward to today after the housing was replaced and over $400 spent on said repair and they tell me the video was reviewed, my claim was denied, but they will pay half. Nope, they will pay 100% of the repair because there was NO oil leak prior to that last oil change. DONT GO HERE. First they tell me it's not the filter, then it was the filter and the oil pan gasket, then I bring it back after the repair and they acknowledge it's no longer leaking and they denied my claim but we will pay half. If they weren't in the wrong why would they offer to pay half? Because they are in the wrong and they F'd up my vehicle, now the area manager call me back. I will probably make the news because I will be back there tomorrow on the sidewalk telling all customers that pull in there NOT to get their oil changed there.

I offered to Outsource it for him through our Sourcing department and he got even more belligerent and for some reason kept talking about sauce. He swore at me over and over from the second I picked up the phone and I really should have disconnected the call. Here are some gems from this prick: "I don't need 'sauce' I'll put that on my pasta..." "Last girl hung up on me and she was dumb..." "Last lady quoted me a price, are you too stupid to do that?" There was more but you get the idea. Anyone who can't be a decent human being doesn't deserve getting business. I wrote all of this down word for word so that I could be sure to tell the world to not do business with this guy. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THOMAS BUSCH!
