This was possibly the best car buying experience I've ever had in the 35 years. I've been purchasing vehicles. Had stopped at another dealership nearby and the truck I was looking for had been sold earlier in the day. Burleson Nissan was next door so stopped in and when I pulled up, Marshall greeted me. Told him exactly what I was looking for and we walked over to the used car area and saw one I liked. After noticing it was a little bit out of the budget that I had set, he suggested to take the car for a ride and let their car buyer take a look at mine to see if they could possibly make up the difference. I didn't tell him any numbers I was expecting for my car or what my was my budget. When I came back from the test drive, the numbers he put together were still pretty high. I told him exactly where I was and whether or not they could make it work. If not no harm no foul. My budget was almost 20% less than what the original paperwork was for. After two quick back-and-forths, they came in just under what I was budgeting. All of this negotiation took place in less than 10 minutes. I can't remember the last time I bought a vehicle, new or used, where dealerships don't delay and stretch out this process, usually to their advantage. These guys don't play games. It took less than 15 minutes to get in to see the finance manager, Antoine (I think that's his name). Super great guy. Although I know he has talk about the warranties, I told him upfront that I just wanted out the door pricing. We did review it and he was not pushy whatsoever. He did his job and I did mine. It was mutual respect. Again it took maybe 5 to 10 minutes in the finance office All in all, I was there less than 45 minutes. All of this during Memorial Day weekend which is typically a very busy day for car dealerships. While I was in finance, Marshall took the car around and had it washed and cleaned up. He even changed the plates for me and help move my things from my Jeep into my new Nissan Pathfinder. Apologize for the long message, but I wanted to share this experience. Can't recommend this dealership, especially Marshall and his team, enough. Great job guys! read more

Horrible... and I tried to refrain from doing this because they did get me in a car with issues, chipped paint, etc. that they promised to fix. I was told 1 lie after another lie then another lie. New seat was promised didn't get fixed until I called to complain. They fixed it did not replace it although I was told that the new seat was in, keyword NEW. My windshield had two small little chips, very small chips, was told that those people were going to come to me and I am just sitting and waiting, its crickets when I start asking about what was promised to me. A 3rd thing was promised but I haven't verified it, so I cannot confirm that was a lie too. My car is still not fixed as promised and it's almost July. read more

Staff here was nice. We came around lunch to glance at the Murano and the Pathfinder, only to have to leave quickly. George helped us out. When we returned later that afternoon, we had another gentleman helping us that was very nice. The showroom wasn't the best for us, it had a strong smell of musty, humid atmosphere. took my car to have oil changed. my car was bought there in 2022 but it NOT a Nissan product. My car is a sports car. the technician pulled it into the bay. I heard it being pulled in. i stood up to look out the window. the person put it in park. and then proceeded to Rev my motor three times while smiling behind the wheel. I am watching this unfold. the person gets out still smiling and laughing at his coworkers. then he sees me and his eyes get huge. they changed the oil. the person pulls it out of the bay to the rolling doors to take it to the car wash. the doors open. he has my window down. smiling behind the wheel the whole time. another technician walks through the doors from taking another car. the person with my car is smiling and laughing at his coworker. He then proceeds to peel out and make my tires squeal. After about 10ish minutes my service advisor comes and gets me. I pay my money then ask to speak with the technician who drove my car out of the service bay. He ask me is there was a problem. I say yes there is. I proceeded to tell him the story. As soon as I say he peeled out in my car the manager comes up to me. I say to both the manager and service advisor that I don't appreciate how my car was handled and driven by the employee. I also said yes it is a sports car and it is the type of car that you would do that in. But not by the people servicing your car. The manager says that his guys are not used to having that type of car either. I said that doesn't make it right and he should not be driving ANY persons car like that. read more

My husband knows a sales manager at Burleson Nissan that we referred a family friend to for a vehicle. At the time, Nissan was running a refer a friend promotion around August/September time that gave $500 referral money once the deal was closed. Long story short, everything worked out great until my husband went to the dealership last week to have some work done with the referral credit he received for referring his friend. Once there, we were told that the OWNER of Burleson Nissan decided that $500 was too much in referral credit and changed his mind to only $100. Keep in mind, my husband brought in his own tires to be put on the car, we were also getting an oil changed and when we arrived, that's when we found out the owner decided not to honor the previous promotion. No one called us to let us know of the changes or advised us of anything. Not to mention, it took almost 3 months to get the referral credit AFTER the deal was closed. Bad Business! DO NOT GO HERE! On the strength of the sales guy we went here but we will stick to Don Davis from now on! This OWNER doesn't know how to stand by his word. Beware of purchasing used vehicles from this place. Sales and Communication - The emails and response time was very exceptional. They sales representative even pick me up from my place of business. I purchased a car site unseen and didn't even test drive it. I figured I'm purchasing a vehicle from a reputable dealership. Everything seemed to be ok, the vehicle they picked me up in was the car I was purchasing and drove great going back to the dealership. At the dealership- When I sat down at the desk and went over paperwork, they had added $2500 to the total amount that was listed online. When I asked why this is being added the sales guy said every dealership does this when you get to the dealer. I asked them to remove it. I came to purchase the vehicle for the advertised amount online. The sale guys said they will remove it. Finance Department- When I sat down at the finance representative's desk, He presented me with the loan agreement, and it had the $2500 add on charges. I told him the sales representative said they would remove it. At this point, the finance representative got a little frustrated and said all these numbers should have been worked out before you came to my desk. He walked out of his office came back and said , "We'll remove it if you add the vehicle warranty protection. I told the finance representative I did not need the warranty protection neither. He left the office again for a few minutes and came back. He then said look just add the vehicle protection and remove it after the loan has been processed or keep it because you may need it. At this point, What the heck it's protecting the vehicle in case something happens I'll just get it. Vehicle Purchase(Used)- Purchase the vehicle Basically October 1st, 2022. The first 1,500 miles I had to replace all spark plugs and coils the vehicle was running rough and miss firing and Vehicle no start. Code reader found multiple codes including Engine Codes P0302 cylinder 2 misfires detected Airbag codes B2500 - 00 - Warning lamp failure B1493 - 00 - passenger occupant detection system communication Error B1346 - 00 - driver airbag resistant too high stage one B148100 - driver airbag resistant too high 2nd stage Electrical Codes - Vehicle left me stranded C1611 - Can timeout ECM TPM-ABSS Codes C1212 - 1st speed input fault I have a copy of the code diagnostic sheet for proof a pond request. After replacing the spark plugs and Ignition Coil Packs. I drove the vehicle for another 1,500 miles when I was left stranded once again. The vehicle running rough misfiring and shutting off. Service department - I figured since I purchased a warranty and the vehicle from Nissan of Burleson I would now go ahead and use the warranty. Spoke with the service representative who told me they're unable to work on the vehicle they sold me, and I would have to take it to the Hyundai dealership next door. I explained to them that I haven't even had the vehicle but 2 months with less than 4000 miles put on it. I get it it's a Hyundai and there Nissan so yes let me go ahead and tell it towed to the neighbor dealership next door. Vehicle diagnosis - The service department at Hyundai of Burleson told me today January 16, 2023. The vehicle I purchase has a bad motor and would need to be replaced in the motor cost is $7,000.00 (Motor Only) Not including labor. Warranty purchase- CNA national warranty corporation, This is the warranty company Nissan of Burleson sold to me. The warranty company wants me to pay the dealership to tear down the engine to determine failure of the motor. After an inspector determines whether maintenance was an issue they may or may not approve the motor replacement. Basically, they are telling me to pay $1300.00 that I will not get back and will not go towards the replacement of the new motor with a 50/50 chance the motor replacement will be approved. Nissan of Burleson has sold me a vehicle that was unreliable and should have never been sold whatsoever. read more

Talk about a WHOLE waste of time. My husband visited this Nissan 2 weekends in a row looking for a car. During my very first visit, a finance manager insulted and offended my husband and myself. After trying to pressure my husband into completing the credit form so they can obtain a credit report and his credit score; the finance manager actually got upset when my husband consistently declined the fiance manager's request. I then stepped in to remind the fiance manager that my husband declined and that we have to think about such a big decision before we move forward because my husband finances are my finances and we have to be sure this is what we want. I told the finance manager that we DO NOT make any decisions without praying to God on it first and asking for clarity and direction. THIS MAN then proceeded to ask me "why in the world do you need to pray to God for". Whew, I almost lost it. I was livid! I then told him because that's our faith and that's what we believe and that's how we make decisions. He then continued to offend us by talking about our faith and religion. After awhile, my husband and I left. I couldn't believe the discrimination and hatred that spewed out of his mouth. During my second visit, my sales person lied to us multiple times. We didn't find this out until we were about to sign for the car in the fiance office and the fiance guy (a different guy) was CLUELESS. He said that he never stated that he could give us the rate that the sales person clearly said that he could give and had negotiated with us. He then got the sales person and the sales person straight up lied in our face AGAIN and told us that he omitted information that would've been helpful initially. He actually said those words. Wow! At that point I was DONE. I didn't want my husband to get a car here in the first place because of how we were treated the first time. Well, after this second visit, rest assured that WE WON'T BE BACK!!! I wouldn't recommend others to shop at this Nissan either. If I could give zero stars, oh boy I definitely would. read more

Was directly lied to by the finance department saying I had no other options for an extended warranty outside of doing it right then. Everyone knows you can buy a warranty for a car at anytime, lots of companies sell them. Took over an hour and a half to get me a loaner car while my car was detailed. The loaner stunk to high hell of cinnamon air freshener trying to cover up wet dog. Was told it would be several hours so I went for groceries then got a call after about an hour that it was ready and I needed to pick it up. Then they called me 2 months after my plates were already installed on my car saying I never came and picked them up. I insisted that they lay hands on the plates and the lady said they were never picked up. Drove 30 min to go figure out what was going on and low and behold they didn't have "extra" plates. They just never updated the system and waisted my time and gas. They should really focus on getting this stuff together to entice new customers. I set an appointment online for the Nissan-required annual battery check for my LEAF. Burleson Nissan was listed as a LEAF-certified dealership. In the appointment notes, I specifically said I needed an annual battery check. After driving over 30 minutes to the dealership, the service advisor initially didn't even know what I was talking about. When I explained, he told me that they had only one LEAF technician, who was in class today and tomorrow. So I'd driving all that way for nothing. Apparently no one in the service department thought to look at the day's appointments and call me to reschedule when they knew the LEAF tech was out today. The service advisor told me to call next time rather than use the website to make the appointment. I told him it was 2017, and that people do things online now. I'll be using a different Nissan dealership next time. read more

Great dealership. They will beat Fort Worth nissans prices and I liked the no pressure tactics. Yes it's 10 miles outside of Fort Worth but it's worth it. They have a better service department than ftw and it's a much cleaner and new dealership. I didn't get the sleazy car salesman vibe at all. Gilbert is super nice and very patient. Their manager , Thomas , is nice and they try to make the deal work for you. Now we didn't need any hand holding because I love Nissan and knew what we wanted. I would give Zero stars if I could. Hands down the worse service I've ever received. Took my car in for coolant core repair. No communication as to status of my car, I had to make all calls to find out status. Dates kept changung with no explanation. But the worst was when I finally got to pick up my car, the service manager "Mike" told me my "car was nasty" and that "something is wrong with me". I emailed the General Manager and gave him a detailed account of all this. I am now doing all my Nissan business at Waco Nissan. I went with Burleson Nissan because they had 3 stars...all others had 2 stars. Jason took care of all my service issues like I had money. Concierge quality all the way. He is the best. Allen the technician diagnosed the issue (full of challenges & surprises) -Allen is the best & now we had a plan. Half my money...half extended warranty. Great plan. Called the GM Justin to tell him how I was treated & how They fixed my 2011 Nissan Murano. They earned my business and treated me like they hoped I would come back. Can't say enough about Jason & his level of service! They took care of me! I hope they take care of you as well!! read more

We saw a 2019 Altima advertised on its website with a substantial discount. I contacted the internet team which confirmed the car price after telling them I was going to drive 174 miles one way to buy the car. After the 3 hour drive, a couple of problems arise: 1. When I arrived I was told the car was a demo. Miles reflected on the website were incorrect. 2. The car price suddenly spiked from $24k to $28k with a trade-in or $32k without it. Sudden optional equipment charges appeared when the online offer already accounted for and I did not ask for them. Then a dealer fee of $1,100 for what? 3. I received a low ball offer for my trade-in compared with KBB trade-in value and instant offer by the thousands. Even Tesla valued $3K more for my car. 4. They offered a lifetime warranty which it was obvious they were up charging the car price to pay for. They did the "let me get with my manager" dance three times. By the last one, I just walked away and the manager did not even bother coming over to talk to us. The ironic part they did not know was that I was going to pay cash for the car. Their lost, another dealer gain. A complete total waste of my time. I hope you have a better experience if you give them a try. I will not. read more

Took 2015 Altima in for 2 minor recalls and also asked them to diagnose why the air bag light would not go off. They did the recall work and also a "free" inspection of the entire vehicle with the $150 diagnostic fee (fair price, they need to eat too). The quote for repairs was $4,500 for several CRITICAL repairs. I picked the car up and ordered the repairs parts directly from Nissan for $1,400. Here is the problem, they quoted $744.71 to repair a cracked rear engine mount. I pulled the part off and there are no cracks. It did not fail. It was not a critical repair. I took the part to the dealership and the service writer could not find the crack either. He took it to the mechanic who then said "see this little bit of discoloration...". I change the part out anyway because I already bought a new one for $138. I sent a message about this to the service manager from the parking lot of the dealership yesterday and NO RESPONSE. I have the old part in my possession and will have it for eternity if anyone ever takes the time to care enough to look at it. This place is dishonest!!! They were banking on the customer not knowing any better! In my mind, this is attempted theft. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! read more

Let me say that before we ever went in the dealership we saw the used car we wanted to buy on-line and the price quoted on-line was acceptable to us. We made an appt. for last Saturday, two people kept in touch with us from the dealership which I appreciated; we arrived, started looking at the car, our salesperson we had talked to (Ayron) appeared and she was great. And yes, I would buy another car from Ayron. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend Ayron to anyone, she did fine. There were only two things I did not like that have nothing to do with Ayron: 1) We waited 1.5 hours to get with a finance person to close things. However, once we got in there she went lightning fast! 2) They do ad a "dealer prep," fee which was $995.00. We were told it was 1/2 the usual "dealer prep" cost. It is a gimmick. Once I expressed disapproval, it was quickly removed. All it does is make you focus on the "dealer prep" cost rather than the actual price of the car. Kind of like the "distraction" magicians use to keep your focus somewhere besides on what really matters. Once they remove "dealer prep" It makes you feel like you negotiated a cheaper price for the car - but you didn't - all you did was eliminate a fee that really isn't "a thing." But, like I say, it was a used car and I was already prepared to pay what they listed it for as I felt it was a fair price. I wish they would just adopt a "no dickering" policy like Carmax rather than try to manipulate you into thinking you negotiated a lower "price" for the car by eliminating the "Dealer prep." "Dealer prep" is just a scam to make you feel like you "negotiated them down"...you didn't. Makes them appear shady to me and blemishes an otherwise pleasant experience. I purchased a new car from Nissan Burleson in November 2020. Fast forward to April 2021...engine light came on, went to service center to have it checked out. Keep in mind I also purchased the warranty to cover bumper to bumper for life time not to mention it is currently still under factory warranty. The engine light was tested which showed a cam shaft issue. The only help I received was it needs to be checked out and probably should not be driven much. No appointments being taken, no hope of getting my car looked at anytime soon and not even a day I should bring it back. I understand busy but do not understand the unorganized scheduling and no hope of help. This is the only car I own and I have a job daily also, that is why I purchased a new car not to be stranded. I was told by a assistant service manager they have a parking lot full waiting to be worked on and a list of people waiting on a loaner vehicle. Poor management. The service manger also told me all Nissans were in the same position. After trying to get my car scheduled for 2 days I contacted the Nissan service center in Fort Worth and scheduled an appointment for 7 am the next day. Making a sale is good for business but service keeps customers. read more

My family stopped and looked at a used truck advertised online at a certain price. After test driving the truck, we went in with the salesman to see what we could work out on a price. He comes back with a higher price than advertised after adding a total of $3000 to the price. The salesman told us that a refurbishing charge was normal add on cost to the advertised price.
