Poor and rude customer service by employee Chloe. Was told she had my part and would put it in my car, drove 30 minutes to get there, and then she refused to do what she told us repeatedly over the phone she would do and literally would never go any near my car. She argued several times that she was right and I was wrong. I left and went to another business who took excellent car of me. I will never use Advance Auto again. read more

I called Advanced auto and I was told they had to order my part. I looked on the website and saw that I could get a 15% discount but, it wouldn't let me order it. I called the store back and spoke to general manager Joseline. She said I had to call customer to see if they could order it and give me my discount. I called customer service rep said she couldn't order it since the Houston store had it in stock and the part needed to be ordered in store. She said I can give you a discount code to use in store. I go to the store a guy was helping me but, didn't know how to order from store to store. I then told him about discount code I was given. I said customer service spoke to a Joseline here. Joseline then said I'm Joseline. I'm explaining to here everything. She asked for the code and then let her see it on my email. She said this code isn't working. Then she just looks at me. I said what are we going to do at this point? She never offered to call customer service. I finally said can you call customer service??? She picks up the phone and called and they were closed. I then said I'll be back tomorrow. She yells out and say what you made at me for??? NEVER WAS I MAD!!! I then start telling her I wasn't mad and she kept going back and forth!!!! Question?? Who puts people like this in any position??? I'm spending my money so if you want your business to stay open you need to be careful how you talk to people... Poor quality parts, poor customer care, bogus warranty. I purchased a faulty fuel pump from this location and had a local mechanic replace it. I later brought my Bronco to a mechanic who said it was leaking and he replaced it with a Napa fuel pump. When I returned the faulty fuel pump to the store, the counter person told me it was under warranty and that I would get a refund but he needed the manager to issue the refund. After waiting 15 minutes for this to happen, the manager told him to tell me that he couldn't refund it without the original box(instead I had it in the Napa box) even though it was a faulty fuel pump. I left the faulty pump with them for quality control, but never received a refund. read more

One staff member ensured I'd never come back. She was having a really bad day it seemed and couldn't figure out the computer system. She proceeded to slam my merchandise on the counter multiple times while trying to scan it. I can easily say it's not hard to find any other auto store with even slightly better assistance. Like really you should avoid this place. read more
