When I showed her my initials, she stuttered and went inside. The problem I have is that there was no mention that if I used a credit card to pay for the repairs that I would be charged a 3% fee. Sure, they offered that if I used a debit card, it would not incur a fee. But I did not have $2000 in my bank account at that moment. If I would've known this prior to driving an hour to pick up my truck, I would've had the money transferred to my Bank so I would not incur the $60 fee. Sure, $60 is not much but the lack of communication will earn this company only two stars out of five in my book. I am posting this review so anyone else who uses classic collision will be aware of these fees because Classic Collision will not inform you of this when you drop off your vehicle. Oh!
