To my surprise and disappointment, they said the warranty was only for manufacturer's defect. Never again will I shop at Advanced!!! Autozone is a better choice. So is O'Reilly's. I really felt deceived by this practice thinking that the pads twill be replaced come the time I need them replaced. I contacted their regional manager and pointed this out. He honored my argument and was able to get the pads replaced. But I feel I should not have to do this whenever a limited lifetime warranty part need to be replaced. All my business will go to Autozone from here on as their pads and many other parts have limited life time warranty and with them it means they are warrantied for life. I should never have experimented with Advanced. Never had any issues with Autozone.

Went in to get my battery tested and after testing my battery they said they could sell me a new…read morebattery but wouldn't change it out. I received no explanation as to why. They then told me they couldn't actually sell me a battery because my car had two possible versions and they couldn't confirm which my car took. I asked if they could confirm by the current battery in my car and they said the information wasn't written on it. Overall highly confusing and strange as O' Reilly's was recommended to me repeatedly as a good resource for battery trouble. Ended up going two blocks over to Batteries Plus and Andrew and Jordan had a new battery in my car within 20 minutes. No issues getting to the battery. No issues figuring out what battery it took. I think whoever I spoke to at O'Rielly's just didn't want to help me.

I got nowhere on the phone and the guy was very rude so I went into the location when I was out of work and the staff was all extremely rude and not helpful at all. They just shrugged me off instead of offering to help find the parts This is my first and last time using Napa and I'm going to stick with AutoZone

He took me out to the car while it was still on the lift and explained everything in detail. Most places don't let you near the car, you just have to take their word for it. Turns out all my car needed was a minor adjustment on the brakes. Most places would have probably tried to tell me I needed new pads and rotors. He didn't charge a diagnosis fee either. Every other place I checked wanted at least $30 to just tell me what the problem was. The whole process was quick and painless. Just moved to the area and have been looking for a good mechanic with no luck yet... until I pulled into B&R. Now I have my go to guy in the area. Thanks Randy!

They Just shop salvage yards, don't check if engine is good…read more I received a defective diesel 6.7 and paid $4200 to install it, then found out it was received that way. JASK is giving a run around to refund the labor of $4200. While the warranty states they don't cover labor, the law says if it was received defective, then they claim to have inspected engine is false and void any company "policy". Don't do any business with JASK !
