Had my car in for an AC repair and oil change (using a jug of Mobil1 oil and a filter I provided). They overfilled the oil (used entire jug, vs. filling and checking). I asked why. The response was 'we filled it to the specs'; I pointed out that it never takes the full 5.1 quarts after a change; I've never needed more than 4.5 to get the dip stick level right. He then said that my dip stick was the wrong part and therefore inaccurate... not true. (I even checked the dipstick part to verify it was the right one.) I also called later and found that they will no longer accept customer supplied parts for repair, unlike Andy & Mark's policy.

The first brought my car to have my breaks done it seemed like it was a Christian company, honest,…read morefriendly, and reasonable price. However, I brought my car to have them repair my power steering repaired. They called me and told me that it was fixed. But when I arrived at home my power steering was still leaking and I had to keep putting power steering fluid to work. I took my car back to them again to fix it. Once again they told me it was repaired. A few days later my wife was stranded while shopping for over an hour because the hose that they replaced was an inferior hose. I had to take my car to another repair shop and they told me that whoever replaced that hose was not a proper hose and it didn't even have a clamp on it. I called Quality Break and Auto repair being that they didn't do the job correctly after two times of bringing my vehicle to their shop. I called them to ask that some of he money be returned to me being that I had to pay over $600.00 again to actually have it repaired correctly. I was told that there was nothing they could do! I'm a prior Veteran who is 68 years old and on Social Security we don't receive a lot of money from Social Security. one would think that they would stand by their work, but not so!!! So much for being honest. One thing is for sure they lost a customer!
