    Went to this location to return a part I no longer needed. The staff were friendly and quick. I was in a rush so bonus points!

    I give this experience five stars. This morning, I took a…read moreside road which had an expected road sign. I was afraid Id hit the light of the sign and swerved but my mirror cracked from an already lose unit. I needed a mirror and fast under $25. At my nail Solon, a young lady suggested this pick and pull. Entry is $4 no matter what. Definitely wear shoes you don't care about and wear gloves . Step to the window and tell them why you're there. Pay admit $4 in cash but charge is okay when your find the part you need. $2 extra for card. I only had a par of pliers and a few men giggled and asked asked how I would get it off the car. I was handed apiece of paper, after doing research on the site ahead of time for the car and year I needed to match. My row was 144. It was a long sledge walk in slides ( I was fed up with calling around at that point). I found the row , and some comical roasts along the way ( see photo) but the actual models that fit my car were destroyed or already taken. I found a similar model that seemed to fit the measurements .. until I got back to my car. The part was $4. I paid in cash. I was given a receipt but told the part is as is. Posted photo after I ordered correct size from Amazon. I just did this temp. So I wouldn't get pulled over, and I need to see my blind spots!!

They gave me a fair offer right away and sent a driver to the tow yard to pick up my car. He handled everything and handed me a check on the spot. The only mistake I made was forgetting to remove my license plate and by the time I realized it, the car had already been crushed.

    Girl on the phone said there was " no way" that my dead battery was the reasoning for my cars…read moreperformance being affected.. had me thinking something else was wrong with the car even after I had already had numerous other people tell me it could be because the battery is dead and also looking up online I found that if your battery is pretty much dead it can affect the alternator as well as other performance based things.. sure enough it was just the battery that needed to be changed. Car was running sluggish sounded little bit louder than normal.. got the battery tested it was in fact a bad battery, immediately after replacing the battery it was back to normal.. so for the person that said " there's no way it's the battery" brush up on your facts.

    First time I have given such a low score. Went in yesterday morning after calling a different…read morelocation to confirm if my battery was still under warranty, they checked and lucky me it was under warranty so I could stop by to get it swapped. Opted to come to this location as it was on my route and man, do I ever regret having stopped by. I was kindly welcomed in by a young man, then when he started assisting the individual training him started reprimanding him for not having a pen as that meant he was out of uniform, and how he shouldn't ask for my phone number more than once, he may have been right BUT there is always a way to say things in a nice and kind way. The young man apologized to me and quickly found my account, the trainer at this point had walked away, the young man struggled to identify the details needed for my battery swap, he called the man training him and at that point said trainer tried convincing me that my battery was not under warranty. I explained that I had called and had confirmed it was prior to coming over, he kept insisting I didn't. The manager heard the guys talking and come over and quickly confirmed I was under warranty. They then proceeded to take another call while I stood there,waiting for like felt a lifetime. Once they came back to assist the trainee they went to look at batteries and came back to tell me they didn't have the battery for my vehicle and I needed to go to a different store. A woman at the store overheard them and must have felt bad for me standing there for 40 minutes so she had then call a different store to confirm they had the battery in stock. after a brief time on hold they confirmed they had it in stock. once i made it to the other store they checked the system and had me out in 10 minutes, something that took this store 40 min yo just tell me they didn't have it in stock. I also didn't appreciate the trainer guy telling me it wasn't on warranty trying to get me to purchase a new one.

    So my car muffler was a problem for the last few months, but I ignored it, of course like any…read moreperson would because it was only a little rattle well then come to find out my catalytic converter in my car was going bad and my car sounded awful and I go to clients homes for a living so I didn't want to show up sounding like an aftermarket race car I called another company first but then I looked up the reviews I had mixed feelings on going there, so I decided otherwise and I'm glad I made that decision because I felt that I was treated with way more respect more professionalism, and also cracked a few jokes and made me smile in a stressful situation. not only that, but I felt like I did save quite a few bucks, from what I originally thought I was going to have to pay out to replace my whole exhaust system. The parts are still on order so I haven't gotten the installation of the exhaust system but so far the best quality customer service I could've asked for plus he has a Frenchy as a shopp dog, and it was adorable and I'm very dog friendly, so it made me smile and to know that he really cares for his pup means that he really cares about the quality of his workmanship I believe in my opinion I look forward to my new exhaust soon.
