I left the store but came back about 10 minutes later. Same attitude. Same treatment. Absolutely ignored me. Hector was one of the guys. I didn't catch the other name. This was at 6:00 pm. The store was open till 10:00, so it wasn't like I was trying to slip in at closing time. They were just not interested in doing a damn thing. Someone...the franchise owner or corporate...needs to provide a bit of customer service training. It doesn't take much to make a customer feel welcomed or to ACTUALLY HELP THEM.
