I texted the main number and got an immediate call back from Mo over at Luminex who apologized and ask me to come to the Luminex shop and they would get me taken care of. The shops are within a mile of each other so no trouble at all. I purchased a Groupon for the Nano Ceramic on the front two windows. I saw a previous review that stated Groupons can only be used during the week. I did not have this experience. There were no issues using it at all. Note: Groupons are good for I believe 35% tinting. You can upgrade this for$50. Mo was great in showing me all options and even let me look through the back windows of his car so I could see the amount of light blockage. It was overcast at the time so it was super helpful because it made me realize, what I wanted to do for my back windows would be much too dark for my vision issues and night time driving. He wasn't pushy or tried to upsell aggressively as some places normally would. In the end, I decided to only do my front windows and windshield to start with. I wanted all windows to be uniform so did 20% on the front windows to match the back, 70% on the windshield and added a 5% strip in the top 6 inches of the windshield. Great news is that there's a 3 year warranty! So I was able to purchase worry free! The windshield was $175 and the added strip was $50. The prices are great in comparison to what I've paid for tinting on other SUVs. From the outside it looks excellent. From the inside you definitely feel the temperature and light difference. Right now it still needs to cure so there are some blurry spots but I was assured with leaving it in the sun for as long as I can this would clear up. Tips I was given was to not roll the windows down, don't use the defroster, and only use the foot level AC for a few days. It's also really nice they placed a DO NOT ROLL DOWN sticker across the window buttons as a reminder. If the tinting doesn't clear up, I'll comeback and amend the review but I have all faith that they will be great! Thanks, Mo! Oh I also have to mention that I booked my original appointment with Ali who was great at explaining all options and didn't rush me to get off the phone.

I had almost fooled myself into believing that they were toast and that was a good enough reason for me to go in debt and replace them. After speaking with my man Javi (Store manager) I decided to allow Luminex the opportunity to bring them back to life with a new gun metal powder coat with clear. Might as well go ahead and have them put some Candy Apple Red on the brake calipers while exposed. Couldn't be more happy with the finish product. I drove up from Florida on Saturday and was helping a family member move. I ran over a huge screw and went to the closest tire store which was a Mavis. They looked at my tire and said it couldn't be fixed that o would have to replace it. But they didn't have my tire size so they called the closest Mavis to where I was staying and said I'd be fine driving there. I got a mile from the where the Mavis was when my tire blew! I called a tow truck and he dropped me off at Mavis. The lady there said that the other store got the tire size wrong and they didn't have the correct one. She wrote on a piece of paper the size I needed and I walked to Goodyear, just around the corner, and inquired about a tire. Eldin went out to my car, saw that the tire number she wrote on the piece of paper was wrong and said he could have one by the morning. I showed him a picture of the screw in my tire and he told me that it couldn't have been fixed!!!!!!! Long story short, he could see my frustration, pulled a few strings and got me a tire before the store closed. He wasn't there when I went back so I hope he reads this review. Update: I reached…read moreback out to them and got to talking to Justin (he's normally the one who I deal with). He immediately got me in for another appointment and made it his personal mission to diagnose my ac again. He even went as far as getting the team to take the system apart piece by piece and was able to solve the mystery on why my Freon was leaking and found that yes in fact I had zero Freon in the car (as I Suspected last week). He contacted me numerous times throughout the day to keep me updated. We're both hoping this is time we figured out the solution but he also schedule me in for another follow up in a couple weeks to ensure what we thought was the fix is really the fix and to make sure no additional leaking happens. Very please to say I didn't have to dump the establishment as I was very fond of them prior to this last visit. Thank you for going the extra mile to fix a bad experience.
