The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable with 45 years of experience. They do only AC. One of the staff looked at the car and found that there was a leak in the condenser that caused the problem. They ended up replacing the part and got the AC in better condition then before.

I was ticked off because they screwed up my vehicle and apparently one of their service advisors is friends with my assistant manager and decided to call her on her day off to ask about me, which has now caused ALOT of tension at work. I feel like my privacy and personal business was breached. They screwed up my car. No one else has touched my vehicle where the rear dash cam is except for Weikert Ford. Phillip Weikert is the owner of the dealership who admitted this to me during a phone conversation on July 17 2026. No offer to do anything to do anything about the employee who breached my privacy.
