At the time, I was just interested in a quote and I told them that I would contact them again to finalize a deal if I couldn't find anyone to beat this quote. I ended up going out of town and forgot about my side project. Cut back a month later, I contact Pull-A-Part last week to sell my vehicle to them. The Operator then low-balled me with a different number than what they first offered and offered me $380. I was upset with this new number since I was expecting them to match their initial offer. I begrudgingly brought up this point and the Operator came back with a new offer of $410 for pickup on Saturday 7/12/2024. Since I was tired of dealing with this entire project, I agreed and we set an appointment to pick up my vehicle at 9am. I received a confirmation email and made preparations to have the vehicle picked up on Saturday at our agreed time. Come Saturday, I received ZERO correspondence from the hauler and at 0945am I contacted Pull-A-Part to ask if they were enroute. The Operator stated that they did not know when the hauler would arrive and that I would be contacted. Since I received no correspondence an HOUR after they were supposed to, I asked to reschedule for Monday. The Operator advised that the hauler would reschedule to Monday and did not provide a new time. The Operator stated that they "could not provide a time for Monday." I found this statement to be incredibly unprofessional since they were happy to provide a time when they first tried to low-ball me. I agreed to an ambiguous Monday reschedule. Today is Monday and you can guess that no one has contacted me and no one has come to get the vehicle. At this point, I'm sure that this business is some kind of scam.

Seem like a reliable place and not to bad on prices i went here to look for a spare tires which was going to only cost me $15 but i couldn't find it. Keep in mind no kids allowed here i had my kid so the look around was cut short plus it was to hot while we waited for her dad to try to find the spare . Can't believe i forgot to take some photos but again the heat

First, obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) by contacting NAPA Online Customer Support. They will give you the following options: UPS shipping label mailed to you UPS shipping label emailed to you so you may print it." This is not true, not true, and you cannot do this via online or email. I have just filed with the BBB to see if I can get a $42 refund this way. They will though send a robot reply that they have received your refund request--then it turns into a dead end.

The first time either last year or the year before they took care of after a lot of problems for me. This time I called when I first got bill and was informed it would be taken care of. On the phone twenty minutes. Got a statement today for same bill and was on the phone for ten minutes and was told I need to go to local store to handle. I have already wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to straighten out their problem. I am going to store, which for me is another 30 minutes minimum. Seems like they could hire people that would know how to deal with problems instead of people that do not care. I would not recommend dealing with NAPA.

Walking in, there were three female employees at the counter who completely ignored me--not a single one bothered to greet me. The only person who eventually assisted me was a girl with orange hair. I told her I needed to purchase a new battery and have it installed. She rang me up but told me I had to pay the $22 core fee upfront, and they would refund it after the old battery was brought in. If a customer is literally paying for a battery installation on-site, the old battery is automatically being removed and left at the store. There is absolutely no reason to charge the core fee just to refund it a few minutes later; it should have been handled in a single transaction. She also stated the don't do battery installs which is false, I call her bluff and show her the website she states "no one here knows how to install a battery, the person who does will be in at 3" Frustrated by the lack of logic and poor service, I left and went to the O'Reilly location down the road at 6015 Jimmy Carter Blvd. The experience there was night and day. The manager got me in and out in no time and was actively training his employees on how to properly handle customers. The 4985 Jimmy Carter Blvd location desperately needs management intervention and thorough employee retraining. Save yourself the headache and drive a few minutes further to the 6015 location instead. Hopefully, upper management sees this and gets that location sorted out! Let me know if you want to adjust the tone or add any other details.
