Seriously in need of new tires I got on line early one morning did some price comparing and found tires were able ordered and then installed at this location for a fair price. An appointment was made for 11 a.m. (the first available) and the tires ordered Later that morning a phone call was received to let me know that they didn't have the tires that "they had been discontinued, but had the newer version for the same price did I want them?" Yes, was the answer and waited for a call to on when they would be there. The tires weren't expected until 11:00 a.m. instead they arrived just after 10:00 a.m. and received another call saying that I could come in at any time. Staff was friendly, they informed me of a leak in the radiator and was out and on the road four new tires installed in just under an hour. *Tip If you have the time order your tires "on line" they are going to be cheaper than if you just walked in off the street. read more

Another firestone recommended $320 of unnecessary work and this one agreed they were trying to pump me. Made an appointment and had very prompt service. Applied a current coupon without me even asking for it. Other reviewers seem to have a similar experience though there is some variance with Google Maps. I trusted Yelp and was rewarded! read more

Three strikes and you're out. I've been a loyal Firestone customer since 2005 from Florida, to College Station and Austin, TX, to NC, and East Atlanta, but these guys make me question that loyalty. Three strikes because they were overly aggressive in their attempts to sell to my roommate, teammate, and myself. Once I got a call while I was waiting next store at White Windmill Bakery (Awesome place, 5 stars!) that I needed a new air filter. Having just replaced my engine air filter a couple of month prior myself, I asked, "Oh really, my engine air filter?" The attendant said, "Yup, your engine air filter." I said, "Oh, that's strange, I just replaced it." He backtracked, "Oh, um sorry, no, you're cabin air filter." They tried to get my teammate to change one of her belts, when she took it into another shop, they said it was fine. They tried to get my roommate to buy additional items on her almost brand new Mazda 3, less than a year-old. Ugh, I've given them 3 shots, each time, it's the some crap. Go elsewhere. read more

Manny was amazing. I won't publish what my cost was out the door as I can't believe. But for my BMW, a set of Z rated low profile performance tires and a free oil change and because of a time constraint, finished in 15 minutes. I called yesterday and was told there were several openings today, I selected 2 pm. I got there early only to sit for over 2 hours before they even bothered to pull my car back. I'm ill and could not check my tires myself when the TPMS system came on. The Pierson on the desk was the only staff member who had any care for customers. There is no air conditioning and it's 86, but feels less me 93. The nice staff member gave those of us crowded in the waiting area a bottle of water about an hour into the wait. I'm in pain and shaking and barely functional and stuck waiting for 2 and a half hours and counting, with an appointment. This is not like my usual experience here, but I'm never coming back. read more

Was quoted $160.00 to change my brake lights on my 2016 sedan! I was also told it would take approx. an hour and a half! Apparently it's bc it's very complicated. I left and went to autozone instead and bought two brake lights for $7.00, installation included. Took 5 minutes for them to install! Wow... thank god I'm not an idiot and wasted $150 and 90 minutes of my time. read more

Made an appointment to have four tires installed and front brakes done. They started on my car early which tells me that they value their customers time. They notified me that my front brakes were fine and that the problem were my back brakes. They could have easily have charged me with doing the front and back brakes, but didn't.
