As it was getting closer to closing time, and he didn't want to risk not being able to get the battery, so he called to see if I could pick up the battery for him, and store associates stated that I could. All I needed to do was bring his ID to verify his order. Upon walking into the store, there were two women that greeted me, and I informed them I was picking up a battery for my husband. The one associate instantly knew who I was without me telling her. They explained about the core processing and what needed to be done to get the rebate back once the old battery has been removed from the car. They were both so kind and friendly.

But I had to wait until another customer was finished before I could leave the store. I over heard the employee say two other workers left at the same time. This is bad management. I recently had some costly repairs done, the prices were comparable to other places. An out of town mechanic put aftermarket alternator on my vehicle a few years ago, and unfortunately it was not compatible, and the only warranty offered was for another aftermarket part, which was unacceptable. These mechanics know what is needed and make the right decisions for your specific car. I had no other issues with the alternator, and am confident that the recent replacement part of the crankshaft and its components will be reliable as well. Our truck also gets serviced and repaired at Autotech, and no problems. A loaner was provided at no cost, and they have provided transportation when needed as well. I recommend this business often because I've never had any problems.

(I tried to be available and ate breakfast and lunch nearby, but the vehicle was not done till after 7 PM.) I told them that I had to pick up the next day... I received 2 phone calls the next day by the time I picked the vehicle up. I am a fan because they were able to both inspect and fix my vehicle.
