The gentleman asked what I wanted and I told him but he didn't advised me where it was located in the store. The officer assist me in locating the item so I could leave. But I had to wait until another customer was finished before I could leave the store. I over heard the employee say two other workers left at the same time. This is bad management. Higher more employees and staff the workers to be working together and not one at a time.

I recently had some costly repairs done, the prices were comparable to other places. An out of town mechanic put aftermarket alternator on my vehicle a few years ago, and unfortunately it was not compatible, and the only warranty offered was for another aftermarket part, which was unacceptable. These mechanics know what is needed and make the right decisions for your specific car. I had no other issues with the alternator, and am confident that the recent replacement part of the crankshaft and its components will be reliable as well. Our truck also gets serviced and repaired at Autotech, and no problems. A loaner was provided at no cost, and they have provided transportation when needed as well. I recommend this business often because I've never had any problems.

As it was getting closer to closing time, and he didn't want to risk not being able to get the battery, so he called to see if I could pick up the battery for him, and store associates stated that I could. All I needed to do was bring his ID to verify his order. Upon walking into the store, there were two women that greeted me, and I informed them I was picking up a battery for my husband. The one associate instantly knew who I was without me telling her. They explained about the core processing and what needed to be done to get the rebate back once the old battery has been removed from the car. They were both so kind and friendly.

So I called Roy's because they were right by where I was dead. I'm glad I did :) I didn't have anything but nice employees through this whole process. They were able to very quickly (dropped it off on a Thursday expected for a Monday/Tuesday appointment...I get a call Friday afternoon with an update! I know that's not the norm, but I'll take it ). Couple hundred miles on so far, no issues outside of the ones that were already there lol. I'll be bringing our fleet to these guys moving forward. Thank you guys for the great experience!
