I did have a prior appt and they said I could swing by whenever and they would finish before close so I could come by to pick it up. Knock on wood it's been great so far! So they shipped,same day to Lake STL, and was cheaper than anywhere else. I came back 3 hours later and they installed the 4 tires in about 30 minutes. They cleaned/shined the tires. Ran an alignment test. -I did not need an alignment. -My old place always charged me. Place is really clean and friendly. Aiden, my sales guy, was awesome!! Super friendly and found me discounts. I'll be back with my other vehicles! Freddy's is next door. You can eat ice cream and watch them install your tires in 30 minutes. It's perfect!

I told the young man that my tire was leaking based on the alert on my dashboard. He offered me a seat and went about checking the tires. He said they would find the problem and let me know. A little later he advised that my tire had a metal shard in it and they were able to fix it. I asked the cost and he said, "No charge." If they are able to fix the tire, they don't charge; they only ask that you patronize them the next time you need tires. I was escorted to my car which was delivered near the entrance and drove home completely satisfied with this encounter. What a great business model.

Patrick and Michael helped me during my visit, and each of them showed their own unique style of kindness and professionalism. Even the gentleman at the soda machine offered me a drink. They don't try and up-charge us and only provide the services that we need and request. There aren't any hidden fees and, as precaution, I always check my receipts before check-out and leaving the shop to ensure everything adds up. I've never had an issue in the many years I have been personally bringing my car in. I even had some pretty major things done here from an engine issue to having all four tires ordered and replaced.

The compartment in the back of my vehicle where the tire tools are stored was left completely open, the lid kind of thrown into the back of my car instead of just putting the lid on. Then the cover for the hole where the tool is inserted to lower the spare was missing. I went back in and they did eventually find it after about 10 minutes of looking. Told they could before 4:30 so I said I'd drop off before noon. I was then told has to be dropped off in next 30 minutes which I did. Arrived and told it might "carry over" until Monday. Umm no, it won't. Went to Tire Choice down the street and started on it in 10 mins. What changed in that 30 minutes when Plaza knew I was dropping off? More profitable tire sale? Laziness? Whatever, not the way to develop business relationships. NEVER AGAIN. Tire Choice is so nice Open to discussing what? There isn't anything to discuss. Done with you
