That's exactly where I was last night before I went for an evening walk. Fortunately, I knew there was an AutoZone nearby and they check batteries free of charge (no pun intended). Norris helped me out big-time, not only checking to see if I was rolling with a "bad battery" (Spoiler Alert: I was) but set me up with a new battery in less than 30 minutes. This morning, my car and I were ready to hit the road again - such a relief! Great team, great service - get in the Zone!

Ron, who escorted us to the vehicle was super nice and had some really interesting stories. It was nice chatting with him and it made things a little less stressful, given the situation. My husband had occasion a few years ago to retrieve belongings at J & B from a friend's vehicle who was killed in the accident. He said that the staff went out of their way to be sensitive to the nature of his being there and took care to make sure he had all he needed before he left. I can imagine they see a lot at a salvage yard so it is nice that they still remember that for the rest of us, dealing with a destroyed car and all that comes with it is thankfully not an every day occurrence.

I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. Terrible customer service. I came in to check if there was a nail in my tire and the employee…read moredidn't greet me or do anything of that manner. I explained the problem and he proceeded to go to my car and check the sensors not checking if there's a nail in my tire and then told me I needed 4 new tires and 2 new sensors. Which I just got a new tire a year ago and then the others a couple years ago (but less than 4 years). When all I asked was if he could check if there's a nail. I told him to just fill it up with air instead. After I told him thank you when he was done, he just walked away and didn't say anything. I don't know if he was just having a bad day, but there's no excuse for that.

He took the time to help make sure I had what I needed and made the process easy. What really stood out was that he also offered to put the windshield wipers on for me, which I really appreciated. The last three times I needed a part right away, they had it when no one else did. Most recently, it was the valve cover gasket for a 2006 Pontiac Vibe, before that it was the radiator fan for the same vehicle, on another visit, a turn signal relay for an older model Yamaha Golf Cart. If you are able to DIY, you can really save yourself a fortune especially when parts like these are plug-and-play. O'Reilly's also carries all of the usual tools, lubricants, cleaning supplies, and accessories you will find in other auto parts stores. O'Reilly's is clean, organized, the staff is courteous and willing to help. I highly recommend shopping here for your auto parts needs.
